CME nail spa is located in a convenient little strip in Springfield with a large adjoining parking lot. I came in midday on a weekday after calling ahead and they encouraged me to come right in. There were a few people getting manicures when I arrived, but they took me immediately for a pedicure and seem to have some nice Covid precautions still in place - asking me to wash my hands when I came in, and everyone working there was masked. Doria did my pedicure and she was detailed, thorough, and gentle. My nails looks great and I didn't feel rushed at all. She gave me a brief massage while my nails were drying too. This was easily the cheapest nail salon I found in the area (prices in the attached photos), but the quality was amazing. They even have a rewards program with $5 off after 7 visits. read more

Just had some extensions removed and had a manicure with dip powder. My nail tech was excellent, saved two of my nails that were on the verge of breaking and did a beautiful job on my manicure. Great attention to detail. Their prices are also great. I'm so happy they're down the street from where I live! read more

Very disappointed with unhygienic mani pedi service received today. Nail tech dropped foot scrubber on the floor & tried to use it. I had to ask for a new one. She also dropped the screw on top to the sugar scrub in my water basin & put that back on the bottle that used for other clients without washing it. My manicure tech was changed halfway thru. My cuticle/skin was cut on multiple fingers & bleeding. The tech put something to "stop the bleeding" but it continued to bleed & she tried to continue to polish. I had to ask to remove the polish & clean the nail & skin with alcohol to get off all the dried blood & clean the cut for safety. To add to this walk ins were taken ahead of me despite having an appointment so I waited 40minutes & the services (for a regular polish basic mani & pedi) were slow, but not luxurious, taking one hour & fourty five minutes after the wait time. Today was not at all the experience of treating myself to a relaxing, good mani & pedi I hoped for. read more

I was a little hesitant to try a new nail salon but I have had enough of my old one, and the reviews for this place were good. I called randomly in the middle of the week and was able to get an appt right away. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic fill in. Ok first that pedicure it was really nothing to write home about. The tech was nice but didn't really give me the nice foot rub and scrub I'm used to. I would say it's a 3 out of 5. If I went back I would just get my nails done. Ok so the nail tech was nice a bit heavy handed with the machine but did a really good job with my nails. She was bit slow but I think that is because she really wanted to do a good job which she did. I wish she a bit faster but I would ho back to her again because of the quality of her work. read more

I don't know how I haven't come to this place sooner! It is a very nice, small, and clean place. All the workers are very nice/kind. I got acrylics and a gel pedicure and both were really great and everyone was so gentle with my hands. One of the best experiences I've had. So I made and appointment for me and my niece to get pedicures for 1:15pm . We arrived there about 10 min early and waited. Another clients walks in and says they just called. That client gets a seat in the pedicure seat. Why do my niece and I have to wait with our feet soaking from 1:15 til 1:45 . I just asked for a towel and told them do my nieces feet. There was not going to be enough time to do both. Horrible customer service... definitely would not be back... I will drive 35 min to clifton where I usually go. read more

My new salon! I went in for a pedicure, was taken immediately & was amazed by the cleanliness and accommodations this place had to offer. I ended up having a broken toenail (I didn't even know) and they couldn't have been nicer and pleasant about helping fix the problem. Pedicure came out great and the foot/leg rub was super relaxing. I love this place! It's my new go-to for pedicures and gel manicures. I believe the owner's name is Maria - she and her staff are very friendly and accommodating. They take their time/don't rush you and do beautiful, thorough work for reasonable and competitive prices. I will also add that this place is squeaky clean - they open a package of sterilized tools for every customer as well as use liners in the pedicure tubs and new/disposable files for everybody. Went to get my nails done.. plastic extensions with SNS. It's fairly clean but it was empty. The nail tech started my nails and was putting the extensions on. I realized they were starting to look crooked and lopsided. She filed hem down to the length I wanted and they were. EXTREMELY crooked. She fixed them and applied all the powders. She was killing my cuticles with the file until the owner took over and finished. I paid $45 and went home to file and fix my own nails. They have limited colors to chose from. I showed both people what I wanted and I didn't get that. My nails are crooked on the sides and tops still. read more

Really wanted to like this place. I imagine the owner worked for someone else and decided to venture out on her own, congrats. Now let's work on getting the other girls up to speed. My mom came here for sns mani and regular pedicure. Someone had to talk her nail tech through how to cut ingrowns during the pedicure. She was happy with the manicure but I thought it was a little bubbly and uneven. Wanting to give this place a shot seeing how it's basically across the street from my house, I came in for a pedicure. Beginning of my pedicure: "Cut? " "Yes", I say and she proceeds to cut so far down she grabs the skin of my toe. "Ohhh, sorry" she says as I jerk my leg back into my stomach. Cutting my cuticles wasn't much better so I wouldn't dare ask to cut my ingrowns. The 2 mn back massage at the nail dryer was the best part of the service. Honestly, this review isn't to complain. It's more of a letter of awareness to the owner. It seemed like the girl was still learning and that's fine but she was 1 of 3 techs working today and that's not acceptable, especially when you're new. That's 1/3 of the clients that were serviced that won't be returning. Please educate and develop a set of standards for your girls to start off with. It'll make the clients happier to come back based on consistency and sustain your business. This town doesn't need another mediocre nail salon. There's no point in opening if you're no better than the other half-assed places on the same block. read more

I've gone to nearly every nail salon in this town- this one is a strong contender for the worst. The nail tech was new and it was obvious, which typically, I would've been Ok with.. however, Pedicure was so rushed and awful, cuticles not cut, nails filed completely uneven. I didn't even have her use the color I picked. I asked for clear, ditched my manicure and then left. Guess I'll be getting another pedicure tomorrow. Awful read more

I was heading out to get a pedicure at different place and got stuck in traffic in front of the place. I didn't see any customers inside so I decided to stop in to see if I could get a pedi. The salon was very clean and I was able to get my nails done right away. I got a Shea butter pedi, which was really good. The nail tech did a really great job. (I was putting off getting a pedicure because the last one I had, the tech cut my big toe pretty bad, taking a hunk of meat out causing my nail to grow over the skin- I was stressing and embarrassed having to have someone fix my nail). She fixed my nail up, my feet look great and the pedicure was relaxing ( Shea butter and hot stone massage). The nail file and callus Emory board were single-use and they used the bag in the foot bath. She didn't offer to use the metal foot grater, so I don't know if it's even available there. I got my eyebrows waxed by Maria and they look very good. They had the regular polish selections. They had Friends playing on Netflix- so I watched an episode I never saw before. They had signs natural fingernail treatments, which I am thinking about going back to find out more about. I'm glad I stopped in, because it was a good experience. read more
