Given the prices she charged I didn't think a tip was warranted. However when I said "oh I didn't think to tip you because you're the business owner" she replied that I did have to tip her and was a bit rude and pushy about it. It felt like the price was being increased to discourage me from getting the service after the technician made it clear she didn't want to do it. I politely said, "I'll be back," but the truth is I won't. This would have been my third time trying to support this business, and the lack of professionalism was the final straw. Customer service should make people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door, not embarrassed or like they're an inconvenience.
