First the place isn't really clean compared to other salons I've been to. And it seems according to the reviews punctuality isn't big here. Tai had called to say she'd be 15 minutes late (my mom's appt was at 315), so Lilly started her pedicure. So we both started our pedicures at the same time. While I was half way done with my pedicure my mom still hadn't even had a clear coat applied because Lilly would stop every couple minutes or so to send a text or answer a phone call. So she ended up spending more than an hour on just a pedicure. Tai didn't come back till almost 430, more than an hour late for her scheduled appt. But while I was getting my mani my mother again had to wait while Tai ate. She ended up leaving with a cut on her finger and one toe. She loved the color but said she would not come back, she didn't feel like her time was valued. She said they spent more time socializing than actually doing her nails. Erica on the other hand was very efficient and took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Only downside is my nails did chip within about 4 days of getting them done. I made an appointment for my mom and I for 4:45 pm. We got there 30 mins earlier because I called the reservation line letting them know I needed to take a prior set off, which they told me to come earlier. We arrived at 4:15 & i didn't start until around 5:20/30. The girl doing my nails had a slight attitude but she did express she wasn't able to take a break or have lunch, so I'm extremely understanding. Unfortunately, all those factors affected her work. Her removing my nails and completing my new set took over 3 hours. I've been doing my nails for over a decade and I've never been to a place that took that long, ever! The work was nice (which she had another person finish towards the end) but the time, constant complaining, and waiting just couldn't out weigh the over all. I also did a pedicure which was below sub par because it is a SINK. There are no jets, no bubbles and my feet were rinsed with a disposable cup. At that point I was annoyed and just wanted to leave. My toe nails were not cut evenly and that made the already stressful experience worse. I did gel polish, and it looks just horrible. Not to mention the price tag was not worth it. It's less than a month later, I have 1 broken nail and the rest are slowly detaching from the acrylic. I will not be back.

I got the basic pedicure and she was thorough and asked what shaped I wanted my nails filed and if I wanted them cut. I was able to relax with the massage on the chair. I will definitely make an appointment to come back since the owner had to turn people away to come back later since there are only 4 pedicure chairs.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of their employees when I went to get my eyebrows…read morewaxed. The lady I worked with put wax on my face that was way too hot and burnt my skin. I came back a little later since I hadn't noticed the scarring right away. Instead of taking any sort of accountability, she walked away, grabbed an ointment for my skin, and told me my skin was not burned bad and that it will be fine. She then walked back to her customer and continued her appointment. While I would not want to interrupt another customer's time, the way this was handled was very rude and dismissive.
