I went for a mani pedi. Johanna was great. And she really did a great time with the polish (metallic black) i asked for and then surprised me with making even better with these magnets. The design was fire. Will go back again.

Regular Mani/Pedi after one week.

This was the most atrocious nail salon experience I've ever had. The date of my visit was 01/31/25. Upon arrival to the eye, this nail salon was spacious, clean, and luxurious. I was greeted by the owner and accepted as a walk-in client. I asked how much a regular manicure & pedicure costs and was told "$45" to which they paused and said, "Actually $46". I was then seated and waited 10 minutes at the entrance before I was seated in the pedicure area. I waited for over 20 minutes before I was asked to choose a color for my nails; in the last 10 minutes of my wait, I used the massage chair which made the wait time bearable. Finally, someone attended to me and began the pedicure. I noticed that the nail tech did not wear a mask or gloves. I noticed that the nail tech was attentive and supportive in helping me choose the perfect shade for my nails. The nail tech asked if I wanted gel polish, to which I reiterated that I wanted a regular mani & pedi. I noticed the nail tech gave me a callus remover treatment that I never requested. The pedicure was completed in under 30 minutes. I was moved to another station to begin my manicure. I noticed the nail tech did not wait for the polish to dry after each layer of polish. I noticed that the salon does not have those fans, with the heated red lights, to dry regular nail polish. I noticed that the nail tech placed a cheap clip-on fan and pointed it toward my nails to help them dry. I noticed that the staff constantly spoke about customers and each other in Spanish, which isn't uncommon, but highly unprofessional. Lastly, once the manicure was completed, I was greeted by the owner, and asked for my name to process payment. I noticed that my name was spelled incorrectly both times that it was written down. I informed them of the way my name is spelled, and was immediately asked, "Are you sure this is how you spell your name?" I noticed that the tone in which this question was asked was condescending, and passive-aggressive because it was the SECOND time I informed them of how to spell my name. They said, "Your total is $56.28". I noticed that this price was higher than the amount agreed upon when I walked in. I noticed after tipping and receiving my receipt that I was charged $5 extra for the callus remover that I did not ask for! The next day, I returned because three of my nails chipped. The receptionist informed me that no one could complete the repair. I noticed that the receptionist then completed my nail repair. I noticed the receptionist blew on my nails to dry them after applying polish. I noticed a few days after the mani/pedi that my nails began to chip. The image is of my nails two weeks after getting them done. I will not return as this is the most substandard mani/pedi service experience I've ever had.

I wasn't feeling too great when I found this place. School duties were getting the most of me so I tried the whole "if you look good you feel good" approach. I jumped online, found the nearest nail salon, and called to see if they could fit me in immediately. They were extremely accomodating and 15 minutes later my nails were getting rebirthed. When you walk in you are instantly greeted warmly and the place itself is very cozy and chic. Marcela took care of me (7 months later she is still my go-to person). Before then, I really didn't know much about nail options. I was more of a reg at-home mani/Pedi person. Marcela patiently talked me through the different options and after much indecision, we decided to try acrylic nails. And I was so happy with the results! I've struggled in the past to get nail techs to shape my nails correctly but she truly understood the assignment. Not only that but the few times I've tried designs she really nailed it. Now the reason I'm not giving them the full 5 stars, is because I tried their brow waxing but the girl who helped me left them way too thin and uneven so that was a little disappointing. Overall I love their customer service and Marcela's amazing work. Definitely give them a try!

I had my first facial ever with Sachi Nails and Body Spa!!! The experience was magnificent! Alex made me feel comfy! She walked me through every aspect of the facial. She was extremely attentive and warm! She was gentle and I felt like my skin was truly rejuvenated! Almost a week later; I still feel like I'm glowing! I also received a full body massage which was also phenomenal- just the right amount of pressure, the hot stones were great as well. I can't say enough about this place. The owner, Tanisha was super attentive in a genuine and caring way! The decor is also fab. It transports you to "Tulum" .. very relaxing and inviting atmosphere! Cherry on top! They also have a little station for some teas, coffee, adult bubbly! Don't walk... run to Sachi to lift you up with a little self care!

I was gifted a Jelly Pedicure, foot scrub & massage and callus remover. I was booked an appointment with Sonia via their website. When I arrived I was assigned Mariana (I think that was her name). Now this place is amazing visually. Looked clean, nicely decorated. Gives you relaxing vibes. The playlist while I received my services was amazing, but I was there for a pedicure. They did offer me juice or water when I arrived. Wide selection of nail polish colors. (And they were regular not gel... huge ) I always request Jelly Pedicure I just love the way it feels on my feet. Now after $84.44 I expected much better work. They need to upgrade their products. When they do a massage wouldn't it make sense to have an oil based product so that your hands "glide" using less product? They don't. They used an O.P.I. Hand and body lotion which is a horrible idea. She kept having to go back and get more lotion. Their choice of callus remover also is not ideal to be honest in my opinion it doesn't work. I have a $4.99 choice I picked up at my local beauty supply store that works way better. While I enjoyed the experience (hence my 2 stars) I will NOT patron this location again. And I would not recommend it to my friends and family. I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I love supporting local business especially POC business. I moved from NJ (sad I had to leave my previous amazing nail tech there ) and moved to NY. I found this place and thought it is super clean and amazing. My first pedicure there I still had callus left under my feet however my toes came out pretty . I decided I'll give them a second try. I had a gel mani with Alexandra (she's amazing at what she does ) however the first 2 days my nail chipped. ( I work in the office space btw. Fast forward to last week Saturday , I had a gel manicure and Silvia was kind enough to do it for me she did a great job at with shape but once again 3 days later the gel is lifting and the polish chipped. I am not sure if it is the nail polish being used. Hope they find better products or a better way for the gel manicure that is being advertised to last 2 weeks it's suppose to.

I have been meaning to get my nails done for a long time. I have been very nervous about finding a place that I could do that at. I'll don't think I could've found the more perfect place. I was so comfortable and I walked out with the most beautiful finished results. Aside from the fact that they offered me a mimosa, delicious by the way, and truly made me feel like I was the top priority...I am beyond pleased and I will be back.

But now I'm very, very pregnant and can only go so far at this time, so I realized its time to find some place closer, even if they become a back up to my usual Bronx spots. The Paint Nail House has been on my radar for awhile. The aesthetics from the outside are very inviting, it's hard to not be curious. So, I decided to stop by for a spa pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. I kept it simple because, for one, if they are not able to do a pedicure, then that speaks volumes on the staff's expertise. Moreover, I am a licensed nail tech, so there are specific things that I look for when choosing my beauty services. Setting up an appointment was super easy. I logged into their site about 2 days prior, chose a date, time, and technician, and I was booked. On the day of my appointment, I easily found street parking and headed in. The salon is absolutely modern and beautiful inside! From the waiting area, to the service area, and the bathroom...beautiful! I checked in with the receptionist then headed over to the polish wall to find my color. They had a great selection of traditional polishes and I love a nail salon that organizes polishes by brand. I mean, one entire section for Essie, another for OPI, then another for Dazzle! I was in heaven. They also have multiple sample books for gel polishes. It took a few minutes but I was finally able to start my service. The staff at the front desk advised me to head over to one of the pedicure chairs based on its posted number, which I thought was genius. I've never seen that before. I sat down and met with Lucy. She knew I wanted a pedicure but was unaware it was a spa pedicure. When I mentioned it, she showed me the menu of spa services and I pointed to the one I booked (Dream Spa). She left and came back with a box treatment of her choosing. I asked her if that was the only one as I wanted something different. She walked away and came back with 5-6 boxes to choose from. I chose a lavendar option and the service began. Overall, the service was good and relaxing. Lucy paid great attention to filing my nails, cleaning up the cuticles and providing a great massage. She also used some disposable tools like a cuticle pusher and nail file. Moreover, she did a good job with polishing and fixing a smudge. However, there are 3 things I would've ask for more attention to - Firstly, she started the service by placing the spa mask on my leg first. I've seen this at other salons and I'm not sure why but the mask is the third step in the treatment (it's actually outlined on the product), are they trying to cut down the service time? Secondly, clean up and set up for the next customer is a little questionable. I sat through several clients and noticed the techs would take a sponge and what looks like antiseptic to clean the pedicure basin. That's not acceptable from a sanitation perspective. It took less than a minute which makes me wonder how clean and sanitized the basins actually are, but I'm not surprised as this is a common pratice in other salons I've experienced. Finally, there is a language barrier. It seems most of the staff are primarily Spanish speaking, which is nice since they can meet the needs of customers who need that however, basic communication in English was not present with my tech. For example, when I told Lucy about which pedicure treatment I wanted, she was a little puzzled. She looked at the tech next to her and asked her to translate. The tech and her customer ended up having to explain what I asked. Another example, I asked her to add glitter polish to my big toe. Again, she had to ask the tech next to her to translate. This is not a deal breaker or anything, but I do think language should be considered with customer service. Not only does it offer a more personable experience, but it saves time. Throughout my time, there were quite a few Spanish speaking customers that came in and I could see they had that personable experience given the more lengthy conversations being had. I did not have this issue with other staff but I also did'nt speak to anyone else but Lucy and the gentleman at the front desk. All-in-all, I had a good experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and I enjoyed the service despite the aforementioned observations. Moreover, I like the final look of my nails and the facility itself appeared clean, especially the bathroom. My spa pedicure was $55 which is slightly above the usual that I pay, but not out of my budget. They do accept debit/credit cards but tip is cash only. I would return to try an enhancement service on my hand but I'm not sure if I'm ready to make them my overall go-to place just yet.

My male friend and I were seated side by side, which made it even more fun. The nail techs were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. We were in and out quickly, with happy feet to show for it.
