Disappointed in my visit. Had an appointment at 10:30 which it turned out is when the salon opened. Myself and two employees were waiting to be let in but the owner didn't show up till 10:45. Owner was telling employees she needed to get them a key cause of how busy she was and meetings she was in but when she addressed me she said an emergency came up. I got a basic manicure and pedicure. My provider was nice and the salon has a nice ambiance. The pedicure has held but The manicure peeled off in 24hrs (pic). read more

I have been going here since it opened and since then they've expanded their menunif services. I recently had the salmon PRDN facial and let me say it was amazing. not only was the esthetician careful, she took the time to really prep and hydrate your skin. it's been two weeks and my skin is glowing, I highly recommend this and any service at Sachi. read more

I really wanted to support a small business in my neighborhood, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short. I booked my appointment online, but still ended up waiting about 20 minutes to be seen. While the nail tech was friendly, the quality of the service didn't quite match the price point. The salon itself has a nice setup, though it's a bit worn and didn't offer the relaxing atmosphere I was hoping for. During my visit, there was a young child running around and making quite a bit of noise. I understand that childcare can be a challenge, but if a calm, spa-like environment is being advertised, that kind of disruption can really take away from the experience. Also, the smell of acrylic is very, very strong, I also saw a friend there who had an appointment before mine and she waited over 30 minutes. With this type of service. I don't think I will be coming back, but I do wish them luck.! And hope the services improve over time . read more

This was the most atrocious nail salon experience I've ever had. The date of my visit was 01/31/25. Upon arrival to the eye, this nail salon was spacious, clean, and luxurious. I was greeted by the owner and accepted as a walk-in client. I asked how much a regular manicure & pedicure costs and was told "$45" to which they paused and said, "Actually $46". I was then seated and waited 10 minutes at the entrance before I was seated in the pedicure area. I waited for over 20 minutes before I was asked to choose a color for my nails; in the last 10 minutes of my wait, I used the massage chair which made the wait time bearable. Finally, someone attended to me and began the pedicure. I noticed that the nail tech did not wear a mask or gloves. I noticed that the nail tech was attentive and supportive in helping me choose the perfect shade for my nails. The nail tech asked if I wanted gel polish, to which I reiterated that I wanted a regular mani & pedi. I noticed the nail tech gave me a callus remover treatment that I never requested. The pedicure was completed in under 30 minutes. I was moved to another station to begin my manicure. I noticed the nail tech did not wait for the polish to dry after each layer of polish. I noticed that the salon does not have those fans, with the heated red lights, to dry regular nail polish. I noticed that the nail tech placed a cheap clip-on fan and pointed it toward my nails to help them dry. I noticed that the staff constantly spoke about customers and each other in Spanish, which isn't uncommon, but highly unprofessional. Lastly, once the manicure was completed, I was greeted by the owner, and asked for my name to process payment. I noticed that my name was spelled incorrectly both times that it was written down. I informed them of the way my name is spelled, and was immediately asked, "Are you sure this is how you spell your name?" I noticed that the tone in which this question was asked was condescending, and passive-aggressive because it was the SECOND time I informed them of how to spell my name. They said, "Your total is $56.28". I noticed that this price was higher than the amount agreed upon when I walked in. I noticed after tipping and receiving my receipt that I was charged $5 extra for the callus remover that I did not ask for! The next day, I returned because three of my nails chipped. The receptionist informed me that no one could complete the repair. I noticed that the receptionist then completed my nail repair. I noticed the receptionist blew on my nails to dry them after applying polish. I noticed a few days after the mani/pedi that my nails began to chip. I wasn't feeling too great when I found this place. School duties were getting the most of me so I tried the whole "if you look good you feel good" approach. I jumped online, found the nearest nail salon, and called to see if they could fit me in immediately. They were extremely accomodating and 15 minutes later my nails were getting rebirthed. When you walk in you are instantly greeted warmly and the place itself is very cozy and chic. Marcela took care of me (7 months later she is still my go-to person). Before then, I really didn't know much about nail options. I was more of a reg at-home mani/Pedi person. Marcela patiently talked me through the different options and after much indecision, we decided to try acrylic nails. And I was so happy with the results! I've struggled in the past to get nail techs to shape my nails correctly but she truly understood the assignment. Not only that but the few times I've tried designs she really nailed it. Now the reason I'm not giving them the full 5 stars, is because I tried their brow waxing but the girl who helped me left them way too thin and uneven so that was a little disappointing. I had my first facial ever with Sachi Nails and Body Spa!!! The experience was magnificent! Alex made me feel comfy! She walked me through every aspect of the facial. She was extremely attentive and warm! She was gentle and I felt like my skin was truly rejuvenated! Almost a week later; I still feel like I'm glowing! I also received a full body massage which was also phenomenal- just the right amount of pressure, the hot stones were great as well. I can't say enough about this place. Yesterday, June 3 was my fifth appt. at this salon and I am quite happy. The owner, Tenisha offers massages, and facials along with nails. I have only had my nails done but I intend to utilize these other services as well. The space is nicely decorated, and well lit with the spa like feel and atmosphere as noted in the name. The nail techs are great and they all do great work. WhiIe there I have observed quite a few couples come in for joint services, and guys who come in solo to make sure they are well groomed. I really enjoy that you can feel comfortable in this space. I have been happy with every nail appt. except one. Perhaps because I was the last person after a long day. It wasn't a horrific experence, I just wasn't completely happy. That was my one and only time I wasn't thrilled with my service. All the techs Sylvia, Sonia, Tanya, Mercedes ( who also does massages,) Jennifer who is the youngest, and last but certainly not least Anna. Anna is the newsest addition to the team and she has done my nails for my last few appointments. I am very happy with the care she takes with the maintenance of the nail, and her polish application. Her attention to detail, level of efficiency, coupled with her confidence in her skill is why I rebook with her over and over. Tenisha, the owner, runs a really great operation there. She takes great care to make sure everyone is comfortable and our needs are met. Sometimes she has to role up her sleeves to deal with the overflow. I was gifted a Jelly Pedicure, foot scrub & massage and callus remover. I was booked an appointment with Sonia via their website. When I arrived I was assigned Mariana (I think that was her name). Now this place is amazing visually. Looked clean, nicely decorated. Gives you relaxing vibes. The playlist while I received my services was amazing, but I was there for a pedicure. They did offer me juice or water when I arrived. Wide selection of nail polish colors. (And they were regular not gel... huge ) I always request Jelly Pedicure I just love the way it feels on my feet. Now after $84.44 I expected much better work. They need to upgrade their products. When they do a massage wouldn't it make sense to have an oil based product so that your hands "glide" using less product? They don't. They used an O.P.I. Hand and body lotion which is a horrible idea. She kept having to go back and get more lotion. Their choice of callus remover also is not ideal to be honest in my opinion it doesn't work. I have a $4.99 choice I picked up at my local beauty supply store that works way better. While I enjoyed the experience (hence my 2 stars) I will NOT patron this location again. What a wonderful place! We went there as part of my bff and my daughter's birthdays. The owner (Rob) was such a pleasure to deal with. We had massages by Emily and Carmen, they know what they are doing! We left refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to come back again. Keep in mind I live in Queens and she lives in Connecticut! Ok I actually waited until the next day to see if my feeling better was a fluke or something. I have arthritis in my hip. When Emily did my massage, she focused on that spot and even found the EXACT point that was bothering me. Honey, today I'm not afraid to walk around. I love supporting local business especially POC business. I moved from NJ (sad I had to leave my previous amazing nail tech there ) and moved to NY. I found this place and thought it is super clean and amazing. My first pedicure there I still had callus left under my feet however my toes came out pretty . I decided I'll give them a second try. I had a gel mani with Alexandra (she's amazing at what she does ) however the first 2 days my nail chipped. ( I work in the office space btw. Fast forward to last week Saturday , I had a gel manicure and Silvia was kind enough to do it for me she did a great job at with shape but once again 3 days later the gel is lifting and the polish chipped. I am not sure if it is the nail polish being used. Hope they find better products or a better way for the gel manicure that is being advertised to last 2 weeks it's suppose to. read more

Well, I wasn't planning on spending so much time at a salon just for a filling (on super short nails) but it happened and well.... Here we are! PROS: Ambiance & Cleanliness : they get a 5 star.... I wouldn't want to take that away from them. The space is fresh, airy and modern. ZERO clutter which is huge for me. And music was from the 90s early 00s so that was nice. Service: service could have been done on a timely manner.... A quick filling with no polish should take 1.5hrs. However, I must say the nail tech was really trying to make me happy and she was sweet and gracious .... I think her name is Lashawna (I hope I didn't butcher her name. CONS: 1. Staff was super chatty....guests shouldn't know that you've only done nails for less than a year... I saw the client next to me open her eyes like "where's the exit". The continued to have conversations on what they like to eat, how they got the job, personal things. It's not terribly wrong. BUT, when doing nails, one should be entirely focused on the client. I suggest getting to know your client so that you can build rapport. 2. Staff seems rather young and with little experience. Seems like everyone is starting off. 3. Polishes are not exposed so although I wasn't able to get a pedicure because my filling took so long, I wasn't able to see any polish options. I don't think I'll go again... but I wouldn't dismiss them, try them out and see if that's your vibe. read more

I've visited Sachi twice in the past two weeks and recommend folks to try their services. They have impeccable customer service and aim to please. Everyone is kind and welcoming. The environment is beautiful and clean. Prices are all very reasonable. The pic attached is my first time trying Apres gel nails with a gel manicure. I love the outcome. My first visit was a non-sceduled last min walk-in for a gel manicure (no design). They fit me write in. Unfortunately, the outcome wasn't great. While my nail tech was super sweet, she likely needed more training. I left with a messy gel manicure that chipped off by the next day. I messaged Sachi about it privately through email and Instagram. I was so appreciative of their responsiveness! They invited me right back and completely discounted the cost from the different service I received when I returned. As you can see they did an awesome job the second time around. When it came time to do my nails, I specifically told the lady I want them long, she said we'll see what we can do to make them even. Although, I really didn't care about 1 nail being a little bit shorter. She went on to file and then cut my nails. I did not realize at the first moment she even cut my nails and then she proceeded to cut all of my nails when I told her, I want them long. Woman, are you actively listening to your client? The price I paid for a Gel mani-pedi was outrageous ($120). One of my nails chipped a few hours after I left (that has never happened to me with gel before) and one of my toes wasn't fully painted either. I made an appointment online for the Sachi Joy Pedicure. This was my first time at the salon. I made my appointment for Sabrina. When I arrived I didn't have to wait long which was a plus but there seemed to be no AC and it was an extremely hot summer day. Anyhow, when I was brought back to the pedicure chair, a different nail technician was introduced to me, which is fine b/c this was my first time visiting. The Sachi Joy Pedicures description on the booking site was completely different from my experience. The experience was ok...just your average pedicure. My feet came out nice, the tech did a good job filing and cutting my cuticles. The decor of the spa was very lovely and they had a great music selection playing. I might go back but I will not choose the $75 Sachi Joy Pedicure to only get your average regular pedicure that was worth $30-$35. read more

I want to be fair when giving this review the fact they called me at my 10:30 am which was my appointment time to follow up they were still available after the storm IDA , I praise them. Another plus is the location the Space is beautiful and clean. They were very polite . But the services were not good. I was not happy about my eyebrows which Christina seemed not experienced or seemed to decide to change the shape of my eyebrow without consulting with me . As she was plucking ,I opened my eyes quickly once I felt too much hair and areas of my eyebrows she was focusing on more than any other time I get my eyebrows done. She tried to assure me it was just little extra hairs that she was removing . I don't have a lot of brows to begin with . She let me look in the mirror and I was just shocked one eyebrow was thicker than the other. Then she even acknowledged she took more hair from one spot she should not have . She apologized but the damage was done. She even forgot my lip service . I was so upset about my eyebrows I politely checked out just let the owner know on my way out . Left and called to remind them no lip service was done . I received a refund. Nice place just not for me . I do appreciate them taking me even with the storm . Services have to match the ambiance But first and last visit .Unfortunate. read more
