I got the green tea pedicure, which includes callus removal, a scrub, lotion, and 10 minute oil massage. Suzie's massage was firm and relaxing - she focused on my ankles which is great because I'm pregnant and they usually look like balloons. I would definitely go back! It's so hard to find a truly relaxing pedicure but they do it right here. The massage you get while your nails are drying is an added bonus. They do not skimp on the extras.

I didn't like how towards the end I was rushed because some more people started coming in, she literally ruined my thumb and instead of redoing it just painted over it which looks not the best and my nails are already chipping. I was really missing that after nail massage but I guess they don't do that here. I would give them another shot because I enjoyed everything else.

I was assigned to a young man who I assumed to be a family member because after a few minutes I realized he knew nothing about the spa service I requested. First, he had to ask other staff where the spa supplies were. Then once he began the service the first product he used was incorrect and I told him so. At this point he went to get the manager who ran the shop and assigned me to him. They did not speak in English about the issue but I could tell the older man wasn't happy but he stayed a while to instruct the younger guy on the next steps. Soon after the manager left I had to correct the young man again and he responded by say "he never told me how to do this" while gesturing towards the manager in the front. I tried not to get upset but spa services are not cheap and I informed him of this. I expected a relaxing service but instead I left frustrated because I still was charged full price for a literal training session. I paid the amount I was charged but I did let the manager know I would not be tipping for the pedicure and why. The manager did not argue and only responded with a smile because he definitely knew why. The young man who was assigned to do my pedicure was very apologetic but I wouldn't return for services because I didn't appreciate being charged full price for beauty school level services.
