My sister and i went in for manicures and it's been the best lasting manicure with regular polish that i've ever had. after 1 full week the nail polish was still perfect and by week 2 they're just beginning to chip on the ends. Of Note: Esther and Tiffany provided great customer service! The Short: Spent a whopping $210 (before tipping) for a gel pedicure and gel manicure (tip extension w/dip powder foundation) only to experience polish chipping the very next day! I continued to experience chipping over the next few days before I could come in and have them re-polish. (They were good with communication and accommodating my return.) Unfortunately, two days after re-polish and multiple nails have chipped polish. My thumb nail chipped and then rest of the polish came off in one chunk. It may be polish itself, just based on how it was peeling off. Either way, the quality is simply not worth the cost. read more

Great service! Came in as a walked in, ladies were super nice and accommodating. The massage on the chair was amazing! I had both a manicure by Sunny and she was so kind, sweet. She even gave me advice about keeping my cuticles better. Just a very pleasant experience. I was in a rush so she finished with me and took me to the back so I had time for my pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure Jay was super nice and accommodating as well. Super friendly. I will definitely be back and become a regular, so hard to find good service. Very poor experience. I visited Accent Nail after a recommendation from a friend. I work in the area so it was convenient. I only needed a manicure and walked in without an appointment. It was the middle of the day on a Monday so it was not busy at all. I was helped right away but felt like I was rushed through the entire thing. I could barely understand the manicurist, she barely looked at my nails as she filed, she made me bleed, and she made me pay before the service (and didn't say thank you for the tip!). My nails turned out unevenly filed and unevenly painted. The only positive was that she offered me another color to make my nails look longer. I recently visited Accent after a long while having lived out of state for a time. They did not have a price list. I asked if they did gel refills and then gel polish with only the polish part under UV lights. I was having the gel refills done at Venetian in Florida and there was no need for the UV - the gel air dried. I thought they understood me - It took two hours and the nails look bulky and I was under the uv almost half the time. It cost over 115. This was something I would get normally done for 45 and Florida is not that much cheaper than New York. I don't think they understood or they assumed I would be ok with the UV light almost the entire time. When I tried to explain this was not what I asked for they just said we only do this. A lot of these salons are not up to all the new products out there. Everything looked a little worn and dingy and they were not busy. read more

The woman who did my nails yesterday, Gina, was disrespectful and very rough with my nails. It took her over an hour to do a dip powder manicure, this typically takes about 45 minutes. Today, exactly 24 hours later, 2 of my nails have chipped off. SNS powder is supposed to last for at least 2 weeks without chipping and I am now furious. Poor quality manicure. read more

I was looking for a place to do a full set of nails. Called and asked if they had enough time and the lady said yes. Walked in greeted with friendly faces and showed the shape I wanted. I originally wanted acrylic ($70) and they said that those are not the greatest for the nail bed and recommended gel for a little more ($100). I had Gina do my nails and she really did such a wonderful job. Very happy with my nails despite the price point. Will be coming back again for sure. read more

Upon arrival temperatures are taken, the employees are all wearing masks to ensure safety for everyone, they provide a barrier between you and nail tech along with social distancing. Additionally, their employees get tested for COVID every 2 weeks which I personally find a huge relief. I highly recommend this nail salon, they truly care about their customers and their well being.
