Horrible service! Male tech gave me a cut on my finger!! My nail tech was the old man, and he did not pay attention to detail when doing my powder nails. My nails were left chunky, uneven, and very wavy by cuticle. My nail color was blue but by the end of my service he was also going to leave my fingers blue like a Smurf. I had to wash off aggressively for majority to come off and still required polish remover on all corners. The guy kept disrespecting my nails and was pressing on my finger hard in which I had to tell him to stop. Will never be going to his nail salon and you should also save your buck. I started coming here in April after the salon I was going to changed ownership and it went downhill. Annie welcomed me with open arms...literally! The pedicures are top notch. June will scrub my feet until they are as smooth as a baby's butt. She is incredible. I always get the powder dip and I am never disappointed. The salon is clean and pretty and I always love my nail day! The best part is they give you a gift card for your next service based on the amount you spend. Love coming here! read more

I came in to get my acrylic nails soaked off due to a new job. I asked the nail tech to soak the nails off only and complete a gel manicure. I walked out of the salon with no gel manicure and damaged nails. She filed my nails that much! As of today, I pretty much have no fingernails. If I just got a soak off why would she file the nail again knowing there's barely any nail there because I just got acrylic nails done. The previous nail tech filed it already to complete the acrylic nail set! My nails are breaking, cracking, and flaking off more and more everyday. I've been going to this salon for at least 15 years and usually do not get manicures for this exact reason. They are not nail technicians, maybe aspiring massage therapists, and that's it. Usually, my nails are stiff and strong. The nail salon next door literally opened up to put them out of business, and I'm certain it's only a matter of time. They do not think about anything here. I had been looking for a nail salon in the area and decided to try Elevate in April 2025 for a basic gel pedicure. I HAVE NEVER HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Let's start with the atmosphere. First of all the place is DIRTY, which became especially evident when the lady pulled out filthy and unsanitized tools to do my pedicure. She then proceeded to use an electric nail buffer ON MY SKIN... on HIGH SPEED! When I tell you how painful it was, I had cuts on nearly all of my toes (picture included). She then put scented cuticle oil on the cuts which BURNED my skin and argued with me when I told her to take it off because it was hurting me. When it came time to pay, I was shocked at the $70 bill, which seems outrageous even for the Eastchester area for a basic, single color gel pedicure. I paid the bill and walked out. As I was getting in my car, the lady who did my pedicure FOLLOWED ME INTO THE PARKING LOT AND DEMANDED A TIP! When I told her I thought I gave her a tip on the credit card, she goes "don't you have cash?". I could not believe it. I will never set foot in this salon again. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! read more

First my pedicure polish was not smooth. My $35 gel manicure cracked in two days. I returned to the salon to have both related. The owner couldn't find the matching polish for my manicure and reprimanded me for not knowing. However he chose the color, not me. Finally, the manicurist put a different color gel over the previous gel. My nails lasted one day. I am actually scared to go back to complain because everyone was very rude and unprofessional. read more

Honestly... one of the worst manicure/pedicures I've ever received. A "ten minute wait" turned into 40 minutes. The polish application on my nails was sloppy. I noticed see through patches in the polish and asked for a third coat. The third coat she applied was SO thick that I had to spend almost 30 minutes drying my nails. Even so, an hour and a half later I could still leave finger prints in the nails if I pressed hard on them. Even now you can see globs of polish in the cuticle line...(pictured) The pedicure was rushed and strange... she used soap to scrub my toe nails with a very rough and dirty looking nail brush. She used a fresh foot pumice sticker on a reusable handle which was a plus but used it to scrub my heel for about .5 seconds with no force. She giggled when she was done and I giggled in return because I honestly thought she was joking that she was done... She wasn't joking... the joke was on me. ‍ Also, when she used lotion on my hands and legs she used a ridiculously small amount. The friction combined with so little lotion made the massage painful.. I don't ever see myself returning here. read more

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Was previously Annie Rose Nails. Annie and her husband renamed it and had the salon remodeled during Covid. Very pretty! A little on the pricey side, but very clean which is a requirement of mine. Everyone is always welcoming. There are foot tub-liners and individualized scrub and cream packets. And we always leave here happy. Treatments are never rushed. read more

I'm really disappointed. I had an appointment for a manicure/pedicure. In the pedicure chair they immediately started to fuss with all the buttons and pulled the chair all the way back, which I told them was hurting my back. They double teamed me, and were rushing. Not relaxing at all. The woman who did my nails was rough. I didn't get any polish but I told her I wanted them really clean -she didn't clean under my nails, nor did not moisturize my hands - nothing. This place was awful. I hated it there. They were rude and i question how sanitary there nail tools are. They did a horrific job on my nails and made 3 of my fingers bleed. When this bleeding did not stop one of the employees told me that i was not feeding myself or else the bleeding would have stopped. I really do hesitate to post anything negative in these challenging economic times, but I was deeply disappointed in the lack of cleanliness in the salon. I didn't see any sterilization of any of their instruments and will not be going back. I know not all salons can invest in an auto clave machine, but you need to be using cleaned cuticle clippers and nail files - as in, I want to see you pull it out of the UV cleaner or auto clave machine before you touch me with it. The people seem very nice and they were turning people away they were so busy, and the person who did my services was lovely, but I'm very concerned about sanitation here. read more
