Good morning came into this establishment for a manicure a pedicure that was advertised on their window for 35$ . It looked clean and friendly so I thought. The lady named Maria was so kind and did a great job on my feet . I was thrilled spoke with her asking what her work hours were because I would love to return at a later date when I had more time. Conversation went well and now proceed to do my manicure as she cleaning my nails the owner comes over states she has to charge me an additional 10$ for the color o chose to my surprise I said why she said the polish was special and organic so I said I use this product it's from London town a lakur that the range of colors are beautiful. At wholesale prices cost 8$ per bottle . I asked why are you charging me extra you have no posting and this is just a different brand that is now becoming popular but doesn't warrant an additional cost especially when that was not saltwater when I arrived . She said it didn't matter her behavior unprofessional and rude . The owner came over to charge me and stated now I have to pay an additional fee for using my credit. I explained to him that their rules and hidden charges must be posted for customers to view when they come in. He became rude and combative. Totally unprofessional and inappropriate. To future customers interested in receiving services from this establishment save your money ! It's not worth your time . You will be treated better elsewhere.!! read more

This is my second time here. I started coming here after seeing the hype in a mom's group. First time I came with my daughter for mom and daughter day. She is only 5. I had mentioned that on the phone so that they can sit us together. But we are two different corners and I was nervous and was keeping an eye on my daughter all the time. Despite of her age, the technician who did her nails wasn't friendly at all. She was intimidated and broke into tears in sometime. I let it go thinking they are busy and covid situation. Thought of trying again as I still hear lots of good reviews and went there again today. I showed the person who was doing my pedicure the ombré for sns nail I wanted to do. I asked if she can help me pick colors and she suggested something. She wasn't helpful but showed me two colors and said this is the closest to it and it will look pretty. I go to the manicurist and she puts it on and it didn't look like anything i wanted . The nail technician said painting gel on top of the sns will Help. First she picks a different color.. then says silver sparkles would looks nice and gets that. End result doesn't look anything like I wanted. But I said to Myself I wouldn't come back here. I reach home and I see it's already peeling off. In like 5 hours after I did. I paid 87$+tip for this. I would had let it gone this time too if the color was not peeling off. Anyways never coming back here. I have attached the pics from my today's experience. The quality of customer service was very poor , the tech working on my manicure and pedicure was also managing phone calls and the cash register which meant her stopping every few minutes to complete a transaction. There were no apologies or acknowledgment of the interruptions. In addition the manicure nail polish chipped within 24 hours . There was also a customer who walked out who was tired of waiting and another customer who arrived and her appointment was not honored and had to sit and wait because it was crowded. Zero stars. Zilch. None for Lush Nails. My girlfriend visited this establishment today and called me in tears immediately after to recount her horrible experience here. She was met with unprofessional racist behavior from staff (especially the manager) and a pedi/gel paint job done terribly. As she was seated in the spa chair, she let the technician know what she desired and she pulled out her book to read while the "pampering" was started. As she was reading, she noticed the technician beginning to cut corners, foregoing what is SUPPOSED to be done for this type of request (standard procedure for pedicures for the uninitiated is to remove old polish, clean all parts of feet/nails, and paint.) The technician hoping to take advantage of my girlfriend reading her book, chose to lie and claim that cuticles are cut and feet are cleaned/exfoliated AFTER gel polish is applied when confronted about it. Immediately, a very kind (white) customer seated adjacent to her, receiving the same thing, was having her cuticles cut and feet cleaned before polish was applied, aka the typical pedi. A stark difference in services received. Transcript from my girlfriend: "I asked why my cuticles weren't being cut... I was told repeatedly that the gel polish goes on first and everything else happens after to maintain the gel polish. I found a lot of flaws in this policy or rule because I am not new to getting gel polish as I have been doing so for years. They could not reconcile their claims with what usually occurs during a proper pedicure, that they were cutting corners and when I asked if it was because I was Black, everyone walked away, unable or unwilling maybe to reply. I asked to speak to a manager FOUR times and the gentleman that came to watch the 'spectacle', ignored me TO MY FACE. Humiliating. It was then that I burst into tears because the next customer was as shocked as well. At that point, I heard the nail tech mutter under her breath 'you don't trust me?' to which I replied: 'it's not that I don't trust you, rather, you blatantly lied to me numerous times.' She continued to mutter under her breath and that's when I saw through the facade. I no longer wanted to be in their presence. I no longer felt COMFORTABLE. This experience forced me to tears... As I walked out, I was greeted by a bystander who expressed her concern for me, kindly asking what had happened to me. When I explained, she informed me that she does NOT patronize this nail salon because they are incredibly rude." I NEVER write reviews but, this business needs to be exposed and held responsible for their ridiculously terrible actions. The racism my partner had to experience at a time when one expects tranquility is unacceptable. To all of those involved in this degrading experience, remember: you reap what you sow. This isn't my first time at lush. The prices always fluctuate but this time it was unacceptable. I came in on Thursday for a gel overlay fill-in. The woman doing my nails didn't see a problem at first. Nothing had broke. Nothing was lifting as she started to file. She stated that I needed a new set... okay. So a new set of gel overlay according to their website is $65 why was I charged $85 and there was no one at the front desk that I could talk to besides the one that I did my nails. I did not get any design even if they charge me $15 for a removal why am I being charged $85 does it cost $20 to remove a gel overlay? If so, that is ridiculous I got a single color, not a special color, and I was even given the wrong shape. I will think twice before ever making appointment or referring anyone to the nail salon. read more

I Love Love Lush.. My daughter found Lush Mother's Day! Lush and Lily saved the day. New to the area my daughter booked an apt for Mother's Day at another salon ( POP & Something?? I think Polish) to find it was so filthy disgusting we left. My daughter felt so bad and searched LUSH SAVED THE DAY!!!! Lush booked us an appoint to come right in!! When we arrived they were so pleasant, we were asked to wash our hands and were seated us right away. The salon was clean and sanitized. We were both over the moon. I have very sensitive skin I went to Lily, she was so sweet and understanding, she really was amazing with me. A girl with pink hair took care of my daughter. The atmosphere was wonderful everyone that works there all happy. I reallllly wanted to like this place because I heard such good things and saw so many beautiful nail designs and art work. I am looking for a nice place for my girls trip in may that can do designs so I wanted to test run lush. The photo with the black polish was a nail set from their Instagram and it's beautiful the nails are perfect. The pictures you see are how my lines came out. They are not super bad but not at all was the Instagram represented. The ladies were nice the pedicure came out good. It was clean and had so many colors. But the design was not only not what I expected but I asked multiple times to fix it and if the nail technician couldn't do it I'd rather her tell me and we leave it alone she ended up having a guy do it but he did it and put my hand in the gel light before I could even see them and clearly it wasn't right still. I wish I could give Lush Nails zero stars. I called Monday (checked phone records when I got home). When I walked in at my appointed time, 12pm, they asked for my name and I gave it to them. The person at the counter said they had no record of me calling. She kept blaming me: when did you call? Who did you speak with? Are you sure you called the right number? She said well these two who just walked in have noon appointments and then I have 2 more waiters. She said you can wait 15-20 minutes or come back. I said I can't come back. And 4 people for pedicures wouldn't be a 15-20 minute wait. This is not how you run a business and I will DEFINITELY not ever return and I WILL tell everyone I know of my experience. read more

I am a regular at another salon in the area, but after a friend recommended Lush Nails, I thought I'd give them a try. I booked an appointment for a manicure and a pedicure on the day of. I walked right in at my scheduled time and had no problem sitting down for my pedicure right away. The service was satisfactory and they did what was requested, but I left feeling like I still needed my feet scrubbed/soaked a little longer and the cuticles of my finger nails were not completely cleaned up. I actually went straight home and trimmed what was not taken care of. Overall, it was OK but I wouldn't say that it wasn't completely worth the expense. My service went well until it was time to pay, where the cunt bitch receptionist asked me to be more gratuitous when tipping. I tipped 10 dollars and was embarrassed in the whole salon. The best SNS dip powder manicure I've ever had! Guyten did my manicure. He was quick and did a beautiful job. My nails are the perfect square shape and the polish did not come out thick at all. They also did not charge for SNS powder removal from my last manicure. Mike did my spa pedicure and gave a great leg and back massage-- every spa pedicure includes a 10 minute back massage in addition to the 10 minute leg massage you get during your pedicure. My friend and I booked an appointment here for 2 people. She has never had a pedicure before and was nervous. We both just had children so this was the perfect place for relaxation and peace. When we arrived we were asked to wash our hands and were seated right away. It wasn't crowded at all and it eased her anxiety. I think the woman who took care of me name was Lily and boy, was she amazing. A gentleman took care of my friend who she was also pleased with his service. This is now my new go to spot and I couldn't be more excited for the switch! Its 5 minutes from my house, clean and they practice social distancing.
