If you want to pay premium prices for below mediocre services this is the place to be. I came for a gel manicure and the whole service was rushed. I'm not sure who I had as a technician but she cut my cuticles too quickly and wasn't paying attention. Now they're sore and raw. The polish job didn't even cover the nail fully. Definitely will not waste my time here again and leave with cut open cuticles and a polish job that could have been done better at a middle school girl's sleepover. read more

I regret going in here! The owner is very nasty and makes you feel like you're a nuisance for being in her salon. I had a grown out dip powder manicure that needed to be removed before my new one, and instead of soaking my nails in wrapped foil with acetone pads, she flung the polish off by sliding a METRO CARD under... and then had the audacity to charge me an extra $10 for a "soak off"! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I made an appointment based on their recommendation for a powder gel manicure. I got to the salon on time and found out they had about 12 colors to chose from. I told them I wanted white, they only had french white. I said that I was okay with that color. They did not want me to get white and instead chose a different color that was completely clear. When I explained that I did not like this color 'Heavenly' put one hand to soak and went and took another customer for a manicure pedicure and NEVER came back to me. This place went down hill Fast. I'll never return. My daughter and i went in for pedicures and gel manicures. It was slightly busy and they sighed out loud and were clearly annoyed that we wanted gel manicures Bc they didn't have time. My pedicure had paint all over the side of my toe and both gel Manicures had bumps. My gel chipped in one day!!!!! The quality of this place has gone downhill. I waited at least 40 minutes when they said I could come in at 3PM, and when the woman got to me she was rushed and not very friendly. I asked for oval shaped and it was barely that, not to mention she made them really short without asking. I got gel, and the color is barely opaque. Because of that, it also looks slightly splotchy. The tips of my nails feel ragged rather than wrapped in polish, which is usually used to make them last longer. The gel color options were also pretty limited and (at least to me) not very appealing. If you want a quality job and for someone to pay attention to you, spend your money somewhere else. read more

This place is terrible. The "owner" or "manger" is rude and nasty. She gave me the sloppiest manicure I have ever received. I felt like a nuisance on her day. I left with nail polish all over my fingers, and did not receive the massage that comes with a gel manicure in every other nail salon I have ever been to. She rushed through my nails so fast that a man received a manicure next to me in the same amount of time. A man. Without any polish or drying included for him. The people are nice and the place is super clean BUT.... I went in to get a mani pedi and me not knowing about the prices didn't realize that this would cost me $40. Honestly the high price bothered me a bit but not as much as the poor job done to my nails. To start off the guy did not even cut my cuticles all he did was push them back and cut only where he probably thought needed cutting. This just ended up leaving a messy canvas for when he went in with the nail polish. My nails do not look manicured at all and look more disheveled then when I came in. It has been 3 days since I went and my nails are falling apart. I am embarrassed that I paid such a high price for such poor looking nails plus I gave him a generous tip! The worst service, mani pedi I ever received. I wouldn't be so upset but it was also one of the most expensive treatments I ever had. I went in for pedicure & powder manicure. I had power on my nails so knew I had to soak them off. This salon said they do dip manicures but I don't think their used to doing them. Since when do you get a bowl of remover to stick your hands in to soak off ?? They had me sit in a pedicure chair with my hands in the bowl soaking. I asked for pedicure first but usually get it done while my nails soak off with cotton balls. They waited til nails were cleaned & still had me waiting for my pedicure to start. I wanted a basic pedicure but of course they were pushing the spa ones. I do not need or want a 20 minute massage. The place nickels & dimes everything . They have a guy going around just doing massages but has money bowls all over asking for tips & fees for massage. This was my second time trying this place. It's very convenient but too expensive & terrible treatments. So upset I waisted my time. Nails are a mess & I'm going on vacation tomorrow. They didn't work on cuticles , barely filed nails. At times waved the brush over the nails like make believe. Should not have given them a second chance. Also, place was not crowded so I should have know better. I gave them one star because u can't give them zero & the place seemed clean. Salon is in a strip mall not 5th Avenue & service does not warrant the prices they charge. read more

I went in to get the powder tips (acrylics). Which I have done so many time in the past but never from this location. For a powder tip to be $45 I expect perfect nails. The lady was extremely fast and and was not taking her time shaping the nail. I told her I wanted the ballerina shape style (which I showed her a pic) but apparently that means do it straight and thick. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service I received. read more

Not only are the prices higher than what you typically find in the Rivertowns, the pedicure focused largely on the leg area, and very little on callouses and cuticle work. This nail salon does a consistently great job. It's clean, comfortable and fairly quick/ efficient. I also appreciate the little touches like paraffin treatment in the winter with all manicures. If you get the top coat (only $1 extra) the regular manicure lasts at least a week, which is not typical for me. read more

Terrible service. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude. She did a horrible job on my nails - my cuticle wasn't cut, my polish was all over my skin and nail not fully covered. I felt rushed. I really enjoy being at this nail salon the staff is very sweet and friendly. I always get a regular mani and pedi the price is $12 for mani and pedi is $25. The steam towel that they use is amazing~ and the atmnosphere is very relaxing and quiet. They give 5 minute free shoulder massages while drying and they do an excellent job in taking care of your nails and feet. I highly reccomend this place because it is very clean and well organized.
