I got the lavender pedicure, it is an indulgence I don't often opt for, but Jimmy gave me the best pedicure, gentle when called for but strong hands for the message, checking in on if I wanted more or less pressure. I have a serious love-hate relationship with these folks. The downer is that unlike most nail salons that offer perks such as designated discount days, Perfect Nails doesn't offer ANYTHING. But in terms of results, technicians- even the owner and his wife- all do an excellent job. Especially- my Latin girls who I prefer for my mani/pedis here. My #1 technician is on sick leave, so her sister has taken over most of the clientele and I followed suit. Plus getting here is a skip and a hop for me. Just to add, these folks have been COVID-prepared with protective screens by their Pedi and mani stations and obviously- masks are required. read more

I had such a great experience here. My girls name was Maria and she was really sweet and very nice. She told me things I didn't know about getting a gel manicure and watching her work was just amazing. The prices were really good and for the amount of work they do amazing. After you get your nails done they normally give you a massage Maria gave me a massage that was just out of this world amazing like I'm pretty sure she could be a masseuse. All in all a great experience a great manicure and great prices. I highly recommend this place. I will be going back here again when I do need to get my nails done. read more

Nice place. Went on a Friday around 1pm and it wasn't busy so we were seen right away. Staff was friendly. The woman working on me didn't seem to speak much English so I wasn't sure always if she was understanding me but we figured it out with no problems. I got a regular manicure and a pedicure with a callus remover treatment - totally worth it. During the manicure the woman cut my cuticle and didn't say anything. It stung and was clearly bleeding. She did put something on it but a simple apology would've been nice. There might be a parking lot but that day it was completely muddy so I didn't use it. I was able to get a spot right in front. There's no meter, just a sign for 1hr parking. One downside, it took a while to figure out the pricing. Some are listed on the wall and the price list was actually behind me. Not really helpful if all the chairs are facing one way lol. I generally think Westchester nail salons are overly expensive but this wasn't too bad; I think it came out to 45. They also give you a quick neck massage while your nails dry. My only recommendation is that they ask first. As a first time customer it was a bit weird to have them start touching me out of nowhere. This nail salon was okay for me. I was looking for a nail salon close to where I live to take my mom to get her nails done. I saw that this place had some good reviews so I thought I would give it a chance. Positives : Is located really close to my home and has free parking which is great (even though street parking would not have been the worst thing) The staff is extremely nice, the woman that did my toes and nails was a gem. She carried a conversation with me throughout and was always smiling. I thought she cleaned and prepped my nails and toes really well! Neutral : I had called in and asked if they had room for two - two pedicures, one gel manicure and possibly one regular manicure but when we got there my mom wanted to try something that would make her nails last longer so i suggested sns. The nail technician seemed okay with that but the owner (I'm assuming) realized she wasn't doing a regular manicure when another client was waiting and got upset and scolded the manicurist in front of me and mom which was really awkward. I must say though that it showed he really wants to stick to schedule and so I cannot be mad at that but it did make us feel really uncomfortable. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for years. The owners ( Jennifer and Jimmy) are always there and take great care in providing excellent service in a ( super) clean environment. The nail techs are all top notch and want to make you feel pampered and happy. Prices are reasonable and parking is super convenient. It's best to make an appointment to avoid the occasional wait. I feel so bad giving a low rating BUT I can't ignore what I saw while there on a Monday evening in late November. I was getting a pedicure and noticed the male nail technician (older Asian man, sits at the work station near the front door entrance) take one of the nail cuticle tools, and use the tool to clean his ears - he literally was digging in his ear, reading the newspaper, and used the cuticle tool for both ears. Once finished he wiped the tool into a tissue, then put the tool back into the container with the rest of the nail tools. Red flag! Germs, and worse. I just don't feel confident in their hygiene protocols. read more

I didn't have to go in to feel unwelcomed. I called to ask if they provided a service , a guy picked up and the only answer he has way "i don't know". I asked if they did ombré with acrylic , baby boomer service. I wouldn't have minded if he asked someone else but that effort wasn't put in at all. read more

Have been going here since it open , 10 years ago. Owners are friendly, warm and accommodating to all of their customers. They have very sweet, hard working woman working for them. The salon is always clean at any time of the day. The services are wonderful. They are known for their pedicures. The best!!! Prices are very good. I will never go anywhere else! read more

This place is great. You feel like you're a part of the family, with the added charm of "hey baby... thank you baby" by the sweet owner. Her husband is quieter (silent actually lol which is nice too) but precise and does a great pedi. I've had the hispanic woman for a pedi as well, she's good/ok/not bad, but the man of the house is better. They're not cheap per se, but I think their prices are standard, and with an added attention to detail and mani pedis that last weeks... perfectly... this place is definitely a go-to. read more

Great place, always busy but everyone is super friendly. My girls and I came in today for Mani and pedi's in preparation for a wedding and Nancy and Jimmy did a great job. It's a nice place to go for in a pinch. I use to go regularly, then switched to only if necessary. The staff is good, but they don't communicate with you what they are going to do. I went for a mani/pedi, asked for the peppermint pedi, when it came time for the SNS they were limited with color so I switched to a regular mani. When all was said and done and my price was quoted, I was surprised at the total. I come to find out the manicurist added callous remover to my pedi without telling me jacking up the price. Other nail salons ask or let you know if there is going to be an additional charge before going ahead with the service. After leaving and walking around my left side of my left foot was hurting, when I look at the bottom of my foot, I see she cut my foot causing pain every time I walk. But I had to wait almost half an hour between the mani and pedi, even though I had an appointment. The staff was working on other customers. This place is such a RIP OFF!! The lady/ owner hikes up the bill after the guy gave me the correct bill and yells at him for giving me the right amount! She charged me $30 MORE than what was supposed to be charged!!! I was the last customer of the day and so she really took advantage.The nails didn't even look good!! My nails were bulky and uneven!! Please avoid this place at any cost. If anything, I feel bad for the women that help there and have to work under such an immoral boss!!
