This is a nice spa with slightly older women running it. I liked the level of maturity and professionalism. Place is clean and most things used for a pedicure are disposable. It is near my home so it is a plus for me. I recommend this place. read more

New Year's Eve and I was able to get a mani-pedi without much waiting. I appreciate that they were able to do both services at the same time (I didn't mind and I understood because it was NYE. Really good manicure for $10! Gina was very nice and shaped my nails beautifully. The whole experience made for a relaxing lunch break. Plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. I had a regular manicure, but they seem to have a good variety of gel choices as well. I had to update, went back for the fourth time today and still consistent quality - not many places can you walk in and have four good manicures with four different technicians. If I could give zero stars I would. For the second time, I went in to try and get a gel manicure. And for the second time was told "We don't have time for you." as they shooed me out the door. Normally, if they are busy I can understand. But when there are people available, it makes no sense. I won't be going back a third time! read more

I like this place but I'm on the hunt for a new regular salon to frequent. They are very nice and clean, however, since the recent changes due to COVID-19, my favorite nail technician did not return when they reopened and so far I haven't been thrilled with my nails. They're not terrible, certainly not the worst they've ever been, but they aren't the best. For me, it used to be worth taking the trip to White Plains but I don't feel that way now. I am sad that I need to search for my "new girl" but I don't feel like this is my place anymore. read more

I came to this salon after a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately did not have a good experience. Prior to my visit I called to make an appointment for my mom and I for an hour before they closed. They said that they had room, but after we arrived, we had to wait and extra 20 minutes (not to mention we were not greeted when we arrived or when we left). We both wanted gel manicures, but despite our appointment and open chairs, we were not able to sit together. By the time my nail technician started my manicure, it was 30 min before they were supposed to close and she was visibly irritated. She rushed through the entire thing, kept checking her phone, filed my nails unevenly, and did not say one word to me, but rather grunted when she needed me to switch hands. Other than my crooked nail, my manicure came out fine and my mom's was good (her lady free-handed French tips). I did like the color options for our gel, but I was not pleased with the atmosphere of this salon, or the service I received. This place is not super easy to get to (located on a busy street and I had to find parking behind), there is no music playing inside, and nothing aesthetically pleasing. I was also sort of turned off by another employee eating donuts in the middle of the salon. read more

I love getting pedicures here. It's very quiet and relaxing !! I think this is a basic salon, basic meaning manicures and pedicures. I don't believe they do gel, acrylics or any intricate nail work. I know they offer waxing but I've never tried it. Everyone is very nice and gentle, they ask how you want your name shaped and to cut or file. It's also very clean I love it:) read more

The manager is prejudice, will never return to this establishment. I walked in and asked how long for a manicure and pedicure and I was left standing with no response from her. I had to ask another worker who give me the answer. Also, I was assigned the Spanish worker Elsa ( who was professional and nice). When a white lady walked in 5 minutes after she was greeted and told how long of a wait it would be. You can guess the manager worked on her. So nice to see in 2018 that prejudice is alive and living in Westchester. read more

I had the green tea pedicure and had the best experience in 5 years of living in the area - Suzi was wonderful, careful, good massage, attention to detail. I also opted for a gel mani which was really well done. The girl that gave the head/shoulder neck massage is AMAZING (I don't know her name) and really did a proper massage that I happily paid for $18 for 15 mins and tipped 50% on! I have been going here for awhile and they are getting worse and worse. I have gotten the Uv fill forever and for the past few times, I walk out and my real nail breaks they are using cheap stuff now and rush you in and out. I'm disgusted with this place. Honestly the worst series of experiences I've ever had having a simple manicure!!! Every single one of my gelled nails bubbled and peeled within three days and I was headed on a vacation. I usually go here for a regular manicure. However, after my last experience there, I decided not to go anymore. I called to make an appointment and let them know I would like a manicure but my acrylic nails had to be removed. When I got there, the lady didn't know what she was doing. She used the drill, a metro card and cuticle oil to remove my acrylic nails. Because it was my first time getting acrylic nails removed, I didn't know the proper steps. She hurt me and my nails are now thin and fragile. I should've left but I didn't (my fault). When I told a friend about my experience she was shocked and told me that they had to dip my nails in strong acetone to soften them and remove them. I don't recommend going there to get acrylic nails removed. read more

Elsa is amazing, the place is clean and they give nice services. However online it says they close at 730 and I went for a mani pedi on a Wednesday and was rushed to be out by 7:00 as they said that is when they close. If they couldn't take me and be done by 7:00 then they should have just said so. I hate being rushed. I get my nails done to relax not be rushed . Also they need to update online to the correct closing time. read more

I work in White Plains and was introduced to this place by my mother-in-law. It is an absolutely wonderful salon and the ladies that work there are great. They have a great attention to detail (I have really tiny nail beds so my nails usually look sloppy after a manicure - never here!). If they are stressed or rushed (it happens) they will always take the time to fix anything that you are not happy with. read more

The parking is easy and the salon is convenient but I will not go back. I got a pedicure that was supposed to mosturize. I left the salon with a very sloppy pedicure and a feeling that I was rushed through. The nails on my toes were not even in length (two were so short it hurt) and the polish was put on so thick it was clumpy looking. I do a better job myself. read more
