Love my manicurist who I've been going to for years. Her work station is at the front of the salon. I came in this morning (Saturday) for a 10:00 appointment only to find that my manicurist's station and the one next to it was being used to clean and refill products by 3 workers. This was disruptive not only to my experience due to noise but everything had to be moved to another workstation which delayed getting my manicure started. I suggested to the manager that this kind of work be done away from customers and not near the front of the salon. It is unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. My powder manicure barely lasted 2 weeks. 5 nails are already chipped and I need to go get another manicure. (I typically get powder from local salons and it lasts 4 + weeks with no chips just over grown). I heard their gel manicure is good, and the fancy pedicure was relaxing and nice . I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The manicure felt rushed and careless, definitely not worth what I paid. On top of that, things got uncomfortable at checkout. The cashier mentioned my tip to the technician in Korean, and the technician responded by calling me a name in Korean, assuming I wouldn't understand. That's completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Good service earns good tips, simple as that. Instead of reflecting on the quality of work, they chose to insult a customer. I won't be coming back, and I'll be warning others to avoid this place. Yesterday, I went in and paid for two 30 minute massages. I come in weekly and have been a regular customer for about a year. I'm usually very pleased here, as I've tried out other spas in the area, but have been very happy at this location, thus far. Yesterday, our massages were not relaxing at all. Our masseuses did not play music, it felt very rushed, the room was very hot, the masseuse did not use pressure and they lightly rubbed my back, which was not relaxing. Went here for a much needed mani-Pedi package after a year or so without doing them regularly. I treated myself to the cucumber pedicure and Dazzle Dry manicure. I was happy with the results because I didn't feel rushed. My technician was Lynn. She helped me find a non-Dazzle dry pedicure polish. It was like she knew all of the shades of red offered by all of the nail polish brands they carry in the salon. It took her like 3 minutes to suggest a matching color...and she was right. She really made me feel like the $65 for the cucumber pedicure was worth it. They also gave me a coupon for a free 10 min massage for the next time I come back. They also have a punch card, which I appreciate. I will probably go back. I got the sense that there is a good sense of community here. I Rarely Write Reviews, But This Was Too Disappointing to Ignore I usually don't take the time to write reviews, especially negative ones, but this experience was such a huge disappointment that I feel I have to share. From the outside, this salon looks promising--spacious, modern, and in a great location. Unfortunately, the service did not match the appearance. We came as a family for a special pre-vacation treat, including our seven-year-old, expecting a relaxing family experience. Instead, we were bombarded with aggressive upselling from the start. They kept pushing spa upgrades and extras where it felt uncomfortable. After declining, but getting some shoulder massage and extra lotion, I left that regular mani/pedi was almost a shame on my part! And we still paid $70 per person! The actual service was rushed and careless. I don't even think I got two proper coats of polish for my regular manicure. My child barely got the full experience--the manicure was rushed ay same time getting the pedicure! My kid did not even sat down on manicure table! ... making it more of a quick touch-up than an enjoyable treat! It was so quick, the kid just sitting there waiting for us to finish half of the time! Despite the salon not being busy, the whole experience felt chaotic, rushed, and completely overpriced. We were hoping to find a regular spot, but after this, never again. I've gone to a few nail salons over the years in White Plains and across Westchester, after my first service with Judy at Noblesse I'll never go anywhere or to anyone else. I had just finished running my errands when I came across the nail spa and I figured I just come in and try it out. The manicurist led me to the hand washing sink for me to wash my hands followed by hand cream and dipping my hands in paraffin wax, which is necessary as some of my knuckles are cracking from the cold weather. Then the manicurist gave me a hand massage before wiping the wax off and proceed to file my nails and buff my nails to a shine. During the process, another offered me a 10 minute back massage for $17 more which I accept, since I was pretty stressed from work the day before after a rude customer there took her anger out on me over the pharmacy being closed after arriving a few minutes too late to pick up her meds. After I was finished, I paid for the service and received a gift certificate for a massage the next time I come along with a bag of hand and foot cream as a Thanksgiving gift. What sets the place apart from the others, besides the bigger space I saw, is the use of relaxing spa music as opposed to old 90s and 2K music hits I have heard in other places. The hartsdsle location is better. Here they pressure you for upgrades and massages. When the woman asks if you want a back rub just know 10 min is 17 dollars which is pricey. Came here for a regular pedicure and it was so rushed and no foot rub whatsoever. Not relaxing at all. They want you to purchase a $60 upgraded pedicure for a foot rub. read more

Stopped by the White Plains location to check it out. I got a spa pedicure (there was a great menu to choose from), regular manicure and a 10 minute massage (which was awesome). Staff were wonderful. It may be a few bucks more than other places, but worth it. The place is very large with many pedicure and manicure stations throughout. Will definitely be back. read more

The salon itself is lovely and new and nice. Sadly the staff is not great and are not really following a very 'clean' protocol. They don't really speak English very well so it's hard to communicate. I've had my nails done there twice and did builder nails. Both times they lacked a nice shape and were too thick even after I asked to have them thinned a little at the edges and shaped.
