What a great nail salon. Clean and bright, yet cozy & relaxing. I typically get SNS Powder Gel on my nails and a pedi of choice. They pay attention to detail which I appreciate. My choice of nail shape is always spot on, cuticle area is clean and the job is done right. I have done at least 3 different types of pedicures from your basic to gel to the fancier one including steam massage. All were great. The pedicure chairs are wonderful, very comfortable and good massage. Everyone is very nice and they do whatever they can to accommodate you. Whatever color you need, they have it! read more

I went on a busy day so my experience may be off but I got a powder dip manicure and regular pedicure. The guy who did my dip manicure did it very quickly but did not pay attention to my cuticles at all. It seemed rushed but he did a great job. Only thing is that I wasn't able to wash my hands and had residue all over my hands. The woman who did my pedicure also did a good job but left a lot of polish all over my toes. Also when it was time to pay, I felt very rushed and she put her hand inside my purse and tried to open my wallet. I was taking my time because I thought my nails were wet. That threw me poff a bit, kind of made me feel weird. read more

Unfortunately was not happy. I asked for silver on my tips and they charged extra $25 which they overcharged me because French is an extra $10. I got SNS tips and the shapes of my nails were all different she filed nails by hand for an hour. Just use the drill and save both of our time. Maybe they would've come out more consistent. Then my mom got her pedicure and she charged extra 15 for "callus " removal when she just used the regular scraper like every regular pedicure and did not make a difference. I don't mind paying the extra for callus, but don't pretend to remove it!! Will not be returning. Overall they overcharge for a unsatisfied job. read more

They do not reuse any nail filers/buffers, so the nail technician uses new ones for each individual customer. They use clean sterile instruments that are opened in front of you. I drive 30 minutes just because this place is the BEST. I'm from long island and have had a tough time finding a good nail salon in Westchester. Cindy's Nails surpasses my high expectations. Very clean inside and all of the employees are nice. I get the french powder gel and it comes out flawless every time. Be sure to make an appointment because there's not much space to wait. They massage your back while the top coat dries. Also, when they take the powder fell off the mechanical file them down and put a cotton soaked in acetone covered with foil. They only leave it on for 5 mins and the remaining gel slides off easy. No pain or dried out cuticles from soaking for a long time. I'll be coming back read more

I get a UV Gel fill in every 2.5-3 weeks, and it always looks spectacular and lasts. They're also extremely professional in the age of COVID. Temperature checks as you walk into the salon, and multiple hand sanitizers throughout the service. There are also partitions up between the client and the nail tech, and only every other chair is in service. I absolutely love this salon! read more

I'd called and made an appointment, and was a few minutes late because I'd never been before and wasn't sure where to park, and they were so lovely and told me where there were spots - when I got there they did not make me feel rushed at all. So when Cindy first opened I was one of her first customers. The place was empty and I was able to get services whenever I called. As her business progressed she became more and more independent and whenever I called she never seemed to have time for me. My lifestyle does not allow me to make a nail appointment two weeks in advance. As such, I never went back. I agree her manicures and pedicures are amazing but customer service always remains prevalent and she should never forget the people who were there when she had no business and an open book of appointments. read more
