Immaculately clean, smells absolutely delightful the moment you walk through the door, and very friendly and professional service from everyone I've interacted with here. The staff is prompt in communicating if anything comes up prior to your scheduled appointment, and make every effort to accommodate at the times that work for you. Service: I've had several rounds of laser genesis administered by Tiara, as well as extractions. Tiara is a highly knowledgable esthetician and dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. Prior to starting treatment, we discussed at length my concerns and expectations. Tiara is attentive to your comfort level and constantly checks in during treatment to ensure you're doing okay. She's an absolute delight and a true gem. Without an pain or discomfort. My skin looks great :) I am so happy :) I also booked fraxel for wrinkles and fine lines with najia herself. It was great. I did it 10 days ago. With a small pain killer and numbing cream - I felt no discomfort or pain. Maybe a little warm. The warm feeling remained for - few hours but soon after disappeared. For 2 days I was a little red. Nothing you cannot hide with a little foundation. Then my skin dried a little and was a little flaky for 2 days. After this I can see already smoothness ;) Today I went to the salon and got the new treatment called Silk Peel - dermal infusion ! Amazing !! Got rid of all my dry skin and it glows!!! Fatima took care of my skin today and she has angel hands. I have found my skin fairies :) They are so knowledgeable and are using the latest techniques available to slow down the age process and take care of your skin :) I love them ! The owner Lilly explained how she uses ginger shampoo and essentials oils on the hair, which sounded great and you also get a neck and shoulder massage. I made an appointment and the experience was so relaxing! She even gave me an extra moxibustion treatment. Never heard of it, but it's basically a Chinese therapy that warms the body and helps relieve stress. I'd glad to have this place in my neighborhood. Will def come back!
