Almost 3 hours for a basic service is ridiculous. The nail techs clearly have no idea what they're doing. They cut my cuticles and the sides of my fingers badly enough that I was BLEEDING. The glue and products they used made my nails and fingertips burn unlike anything I've ever experienced before. My fingers were sore for DAYS afterward. To make things worse, the woman doing my nails didn't even know what an almond shape was and had to GOOGLE IT. I also overheard the workers speaking Spanish asking each other if they were doing the steps correctly. If you are not properly trained, you should not be working on paying customers without supervision. They also dipped my nails into the WRONG COLOR because the salon had colors mislabeled. I walked out with a completely different color than what I asked for. After spending that much money and sitting there for hours, I left completely unsatisfied. The final result looks terrible -- lumpy, patchy, uneven, and inconsistent. Some nails are glossy while others are matte. It looks messy and unprofessional. This salon should seriously reconsider who they hire because this was unacceptable. Save your money, save your time, and honestly for your own safety DO NOT GO HERE.
