Initially, 2 days after we got it done, our nails chipped. We called and asked if we can go back to get it fixed. We went back and got it fixed. Literally, the SAME day we went to fix it, our nails chipped again. They use cheap products and rush the entire process. Almost all of my cuticles were bleeding because of how rough, harsh and fast they work. The quality of their work is horrible and unclean. Terrible experience!!!!! I called ahead to make an appointment and explained that I needed acrylic nails and toes soaked off. The owner or at least the woman who was doing most of the translation COMPLAINED THE ENTIRE TIME! It was the worse customer service experience I have had by far. I asked her for medium length square nails. She cut the thumbs almost to my skin, but the rest of the nails were long. I asked her to cut down the others since the thumb was too short and she argued me down about how the thumbs were even and she wouldn't be able to even out the nails at that point (pre acrylic) which actually would have been easier. After my request (to fix HER mistake) again she was mumbling under her breath. I was referred to them and I wasted my time and almost $200 in total. NEVER AGAIN! Finally, about 2 months ago I tried Diamond Nail Spa, and I am finally satisfied. I usually get a green tea pedicure, powder manicure (ombre french) and a massage. Tarrytown has a large number of nail salons for such a tiny town (something I've never fully understood) but this will now be my go-to nails salon! This place is brand new. Mon-wed $30 regular mani pedi which includes: warm paraffin oil on your heels, lower leg scrub, and a mini shoulder massage as you dry. 2 days in and I have 0 chips and I am notorious at destroying my nails within 24 hours. Oh and they let you tip on card (which so many places don't allow). Large parking lot right across the street. And they don't hustle you to upgrade to a fancier service. Highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Diamond salon for almost a year and everytime is better than the last! They are so kind and accommodating, and beautiful work! I've been getting my nails done on and off for 15 years and this is by far my favorite salon! Great atmosphere with great fun music, and interesting and/or soothing TV or YouTube channels (across from the pedicure stations). The salon is clean, welcoming and the added clear barriers for covid help me feel safer! I've gotten a number of pedicures and spa treatments, SNS and tips - all were expertly done! Last night they helped for me in last minute, and late in the day - I got a foot massage while waiting and it was heavenly! As a runner, my feet need extra love and that was one of the best massages I've ever gotten! Pedicure was perfect too! I got a quick fill-in and then the ladies helped fix my smudged toe and even gave me a pair of flip flops so I could run my errands while my toe dried again!
