I've been coming here for over a year. My massage therapist is Alicia. I've used Nancy too. Both wonderful and great at what they do! I've e evolved to deep tissue after always having a Swedish massage. So worth it. If it's too firm, they'll always lighten it up. Oasis is always clean, organized, and has a beautiful serene ambiance. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a parking lot downstairs and surprisingly it was pretty full, but I did get a spot close enough to the entryway anyhow. Tuesday at 4:30. All good ! Normally I'd visit the spa on a Sunday evening. I guess during the week it's busier as it's in a mall type building with other businesses. I love this spa and I will be coming here for a long time! I had the most incredible scrub and massage here. I had never gotten a scrub before but the gal was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I could not believe how many scent options they had. I was just passing through during some work travels but out of all the spa's I researched this one just felt right. The steam room and zen room were fantastic touches and I just loved the ambiance. If you're not pulling serious ZZZ's during the last 30 minutes of your 90 minute massage (60 minutes Full Body Massage + 30 Minute Foot Massage) then your masseuse ain't doing things right. With that said, my masseuse Claire, does things right with her massaging mastery. So much so that I was lulled into a meditative, dreamlike state for the last moments of my foot massage. Terrible experience and a serious failure in basic safety and emergency training. A fire alarm went off and staff had no clear protocol -- guests were left inside without direction, then outside for 40 minutes with little to no communication. After all that, I proactively asked if my appointment was still on. I was told to wait again, only to be informed later that I had less than 20 minutes left for my facial or I could come back another day for a "discount." I was already in a robe -- completely unreasonable. No one could explain why scheduling wasn't adjusted given the situation. To make matters worse, I was approached in the locker room while getting dressed -- extremely unprofessional. Management, including the COO, did not handle this appropriately. There was no accountability and no meaningful resolution offered. A discount was only mentioned after I stated I would be leaving a review. This was rushed, overpriced, and poorly managed. I know this was my first time but everything from scheduling to being welcomed at the front desk to the very clean bathrooms/locker rooms to the sweddish massage by Toni, the relaxation room. I could go on but it was above what I expected! Their elevator was out of order that day and the staff kindly notified all their clients of the inconvenience prior to arrival. Came here for a facial. It was too rough/intense. The esthetician pushed down very hard on my face during the extractions. Now my cheekbone and nose areas hurt and are tender to the touch from the amount of pressure applied. I was later contacted by the manager and she was helpful which I appreciate. read more

I have enjoyed their services in the past and when I gift services, my friends are pleased with the care they are given. My original issue was with a gift certificate I received and the manager's poor response. After voicing my concern, the owners quickly called and helped me resolve the situation. I appreciated their prompt and fair response. I look forward to continuing to be a patron. I requested a side-by-side massage. It was wonderful, the massages were amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The temperature was perfect and everything was very clean. I've been here a few times and I've always had a great experience. My previous visit was when I was pregnant and I felt completely comfortable because the staff here are knowledgeable and very safe; you definitely in good hands. This last visit was not different in the least. Hubby gifted me a certificate that I've had for some time and I was finally ready to use it. I was not sure what was included so when I called up to make the appointment, I found out it was for a body scrub or facial, and massage, or so I thought. When making the appointment, there must have been some miscommunication and I was under the impression that I could choose between having the body scrub OR facial, and also have the massage included. A few days later, I received a confirmation message that concerned me. It turned out that the GC was for either a body scrub or massage, and a facial. I don't know who would want to have their body scrubbed for an hour but I was not interested in that. Lol I immediately called up to fix my appointment and was able to get my massage and facial, without the body scrub. Unfortunately, I was late because appointments I had at some other places ran later than they should have dueto poor management. I called up and informed them I would be late and they had my robe and everything waiting for me so once I checked in, I was immediately led to the locker room to change. I headed to their quiet room and had some infused water while I waited for a very short while, for my first appointment with Kimberly. She was very sweet when she came to get me. Despite arriving late, she was able to be thorough and give me suggestions to improve my skin. She was so gentle, I fell asleep during my facial. It was an amazing feeling. Normally, I would have scheduled my facial as the second treatment because you definitely don't want to be lying on your face after a facial but them's the breaks. Because my appointment got mixed up, I was kind of forced to have the facial first with the massage afterwards. I did not complain as I did enjoy both sessions. Avyer my facial, I headed back to the quiet room and waited a bit until Blanca came to get me. She was awesome! I did not realize that I scheduled a Swedish massage and when I explained that I am very tight and knotted, requiring deep pressure, she immediately changed my massage to a deep tissue instead. I'm happy they did not charge additional because deep tissue does cost more than the Swedish massage. She listened to me during the massage and made me feel very comfortable, asking how I was feeling with the pressure she was using. It was a wonderful experience. She urged me to take care of myself when worming out, carving out time to both warm up and cool off. I was so tense and she noodl-ized. I enjoyed every moment. After my massage, Blanca handed me some water and led me to their rooftop quest space, where I hung out for a little bit to unwind. After that, I went back tot he quiet room for some more infused water and then headed to the locker room to shower and changed. I had nowhere to be so I was able to take my time and just enjoy "being". Because I had two full service sessions, I paid the difference from what the GC covered. I did not mind. It was a wonderful experience. Obviously, Oasis is much more expensive than the massage spas I usually visit but it's definitely worth a visit from time to time, to splurge and pamper yourself because you WILL be treated well. I've seen many girl's groups come in and have a great spa day in the facilities. My only suggestion is to be mindful of others sharing common spaces. My daughter was her before with her best friend so she wanted to go again with me. I was in desperate need of a spa day. Oasis has a beautiful atmosphere. Calming music plays and the dim lighting is very relaxing. The spa is very clean. I hadn't gotten a facial in close to four years ( I moved to another state right before COVID hit and I was having a trust issue with places where I moved). I did have a massage a couple of years ago but time got away with me. My daughter arranged for a microdermabrasion and a exfoliating body scrub along with a Swedish massage. Sounded like heaven on earth. The body scrub was exhilarating. The facial was wonderful and advise was given to help me with my aging dry skin. I was very pleased with those. The massage was another thing. I advised my masseuse that I had a problem with my neck and I liked a strong hand for the massage. I love deep pressure to relieve my tension. I felt she did not get deep enough in my muscles. I have had Swedish massages before and both people worked my muscles more. The massage I got here was just ok. I feel my request was ignored. I took my mom for a massage and facial express package for her 60th birthday and she was so impressed (she is not easily impressed btw). This made me so happy! What a great experience! I hadn't gotten a massage since pre lockdown and I was really in need. The location is lovely and really well set up. My masseuse was professional, did a great job of listening to my needs and I felt really relaxed when we were finished. I'm taking off a star because it wasn't that easy to make an appointment as the booking website wasn't very clear. Also, the front house staff was not super with it. Not like rude or anything just not very polished. For example, they couldn't tell me how to tip my masseuse when I was there and I actually had to call the next day to reconfirm details to tip them with. Especially post COVID cash only tips are just not cool for the customers or hard working massage professionals. Especially considering they do not indicate clearly on their website or over the phone that tips are cash only. It's super easy to put up a list with zelle info or whatever they prefer in the front lobby. Anyway, great massage, come with cash. read more

The last two times I booked an express package they have told me I booked the 60 minute one and made me pay the price difference. It could have been a better experience.
