If I could give negative stars I would! I started going in 2023 and requested Lizzi multiple times because they all do things very differently.. and was told I would be with her. After the third time coming in and having a different laser technician I was annoyed at the lack of communication. They told me she wasn't touching the lasers since she was pregnant... (they informed me she wasn't available since she's pregnant and no longer doing laser during her pregnancy), not a problem but they should've communicated this with me instead of me showing up disappointed all three times. The owner has claimed this hasn't happened yet is never in the office lol! I the biggest problem for me was when my laser technician told me to take the summer off because laser isn't good if you've been in the sun. They also do tell you if you've had sun exposure to wait. After listening to their advice .. they tell me my sessions have expired!! They're trying to blame the two times I cancelled, one was an emergency and the other I had been on an antibiotic and was also recommended not to do laser during this time. When I asked why no one called to inform me my sessions were expiring even though they called earlier that week to cancel me "day of" for a service to their machine. After two years coming here a thousands spent they told me they won't give me my expired sessions UNLESS I book another package. Both times I asked to speak to the owner because not one single person found a way to rectify their mistake. The owner simply doesn't care. There was never a call back or an apology. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. I'm a regular customer for the past year+. The moment you step in you start the relaxation journey. The music is soft, temperature is cozy, light beautiful scent and the staff is friendly. I started visiting the spa in preparation for my wedding and now it's part of my self-care routine. Very disappointed in the lack of consideration at the front desk yesterday. I arrived 5 minutes early (as requested) for my 10:45am facial. I was still waiting at 11am to be brought in. When I approached the receptionist I was told that the previous client was late. Well, that's not my fault. No apology from the aesthetician either. I paid $70 for a Brazilian wax and for the price , I would expect proper protocol for pre-wax. (Baby powder or baby oil) but they just went straight to waxing. I purchased this treatment for my daughter, I later brought one for myself. The first 3 treatments went perfectly fine no irritation no swelling no side effects. The 4th treatment was a disaster we have never had session with this tech. After the session my daughter came out crying. Shortly afterwards her face blistered I took her to the ER to be treated for what was diagnosed as 1st degree burns. The tech called me and said it's very unfortunate but this can happened and she was sorry. I explained to her I was very upset that my daughter would have this scarring and that she's in pain. She said to apply sun screen and it should heal fine. Not we will cover the ER visit the CO pay umh bring her in for a facial something in an attempt to rectify this situation. She was very short and matter of fact! I'm sure it would have been different if it was her face! I would have been more understanding if this was her 1st treatment but it was her 4th!! read more

I was here in 2011 for my wedding-the wax was ok...I think it took a little too long-probably a half hour? The facial was good, my skin looked great for the wedding. Was looking forward to a return trip. However, this place has changed policy-won't let you make an appointment without a credit card so they can charge you a I don't know what fee if you have to cancel. Hey guys, life happens. Unfortunately I won't be returning to your spa because of this policy. Not too keen on handing my credit card info out over the phone, either. Went downtown to a super high end spa and got a great facial-elsewhere-for probably less money. I'll be going there from now on. Maybe apply your fees to people who are chronic cancels/no shows. Purchased a Groupon for laser hair removal on my legs. Per the terms of the Groupon, I received the required consultation first, after which I had the option to move forward or receive a refund. I was told during the consultation I was an ideal candidate because of my very fair skin and treatment wouldn't take more than the 6 sessions included in the Groupon. The treatments seemed a little inconsistent but I followed the instructions exactly. I repeatedly asked when I would see results and they kept reassuring me. Just had my 6th session and surprise surprise they said I needed more and were pushing me to purchase an additional package. When I asked about reviewing the notes from the consultation, I was dismissed. In hindsight, it seems like my making an additional purchase was the goal all along. There are a lot of similar places in Westchester so I recommend avoiding Facelogic and going elsewhere. UPDATE: I did thorough research, which included a consultation with your "trained" staff who did say it would only take 6 sessions. The only reference to needing more sessions was her saying that in a few years I might need a few touch up sessions. I asked for the notes from that consultation but you don't want to provide them. read more

I bought a Groupon for a facial with an option for a peel or collagen. I call to make an appointment for 11 AM on Saturday April 22nd; I get a call back asking to change the appointment time to 2:15 which I grudgingly accepted; during that conversation I was told my Groupon would not be honored and I would have to pay an additional $50.00. I printed the Groupon and THERE IS NO EXPIRATION DATE. Then today April 21st I get an email - not a phone call changing my appointment to 4:45PM. This entire experience has been NEGATIVE from the first phone call to the rude email. I tried calling them back and the phone rang for 2 minutes then just cut off. I've been here 3 times for facials and had an amazing experience with 2 of them. Those times I left with clear, smooth skin that was so soft. One time the extractions left red marks for a few days. In the past few weeks I've gotten the signature facial from Debbie that left my skin glowing for weeks and I recently had a custom organic spray tan by Dara that left me looking like I had just left the beach! I also had a massage by Yelena and after I told her my neck was very stiff from a few days before she offered to give me a chiropractic adjustment that felt amazing. This is my second time getting a facial from here. The previous time was a longgg time ago. I only came back because my mom has two left over gift cards for $50 each that she wasn't going to use. I originally booked the image glycolic peel and nearly fell over when she said the non member price was $185! I mean I know it's Westchester but come on- this isn't the Ritz Carlton. I called back about ten minutes later after contemplating my appointment and asked to cancel it and the woman said ok so I'll bump you down to the $99 facial after I told her I had gift cards amounting to only $100. Ok fine. I agreed. I arrived, filled out the forms, was taken back to the "spa area" which is cute enough but realistically it's just a little space with various booths that have a curtain for privacy. It's very small. Nothing major but obviously good enough for what they have to work with. The facial was lovely and I almost fell asleep at a couple points. I came out, was advised to buy some $30 mask which I wasn't too interested in purchasing and went to check out. Well here is where the problem began. They said they couldn't find the payment on the gift cards and I mentioned they had been purchased a few years ago but there was nothing on the card or envelope indicating that they expire. The woman working there advised me they only are valid for one year after purchase and it would've said that on the receipt but I said if it doesn't say it on the card itself how would a recipient know since they wouldn't be given the original purchase receipt. She originally did not want to honor it at all. Then said she would maybe be willing to honor half of it and when I politely continued to say I didn't think that was right as they didn't have an expiration date written on them she cut me off and said she didn't want to argue and said she'd honor it as if I was some lowly customer. I was never rude not did I have any nastiness in my voice or raise my voice. And she argued that she recently purchased the spa from the old owner as if that is a reason to not honor an old gift card. Then they said the facial was 119 and when I said I was told the day before it was $99 they said that was the member price. However they quoted me the non member price on the other facial I had booked. In the end they gave me the facial for 99- pissed of course. It's not a place I'd recommend or go back to. Also, whenever you book a service they ask for your credit card and say if you cancel your appointment in under 24 hours they charge you $25. Really?? Most doctor offices don't even do that. Give it a break, you're a small time spa stop trying to rip everyone off. And stop doing member and non member prices! Sheesh! The only place I know that does this around here. read more

I had a hydrafacial done by Alissa. Alissa is very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time having one so I have nothing to compare it to. The place is super clean and well kept with a nice spa like feel. I came in at 1:45pm to do paperwork and then changed into a robe. My facial began at 1:57pm and ended at 2:25pm, so the whole facial is a little shy of half an hour. I wish it was a tad bit longer for the price. I left there with my face feeling super soft and no redness. I purchased a serum from their image skincare line which I'm hoping maintains my skin. Rude, Rude, RUDE! Im fairly certain the surly receptionist they hired will cost them THOUSANDS in revenue. I showed up for my appointment fifteen minutes early and she completely ignored me. Only when I stated that I had an appointment did she address me- there was NO greeting before that. I mentioned to her that I had come directly from work & since I work outside I inquired as to whether she could provide me with ONE OF THE ALREADY OPENED AND ON THE SHELF (Face wash) TESTERS to wash my face off before the procedure (because WHY would I want someone touching my face before it was cleaned) she stated "Ummmm, no I cant do that" Makes me wonder exactly what the TESTERS are for ... merely decoration? I went to the bathroom and rinsed my face (best I could do) returned to waiting area and proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes. When the attendant did appear I was ushered into a room where I was asked a series of questions pertaining to an IPL photo-facial: "Yes - Ive had them before. No - I do not burn easily, I tan. Yes - I use sunblock year-round." She then put face wash ON DRY SKIN, massaged it in and wiped it off with a wet towel. Next she began the procedure to electronically excise the tiny broken blood vessels on my face. It was the most minimal effort I have ever experienced. For the final act she used some sort of moisturizer that she PUSHED AROUND MY FACE with her index finger (as if it were covered in battery acid and she didnt want to get burned) and then she gave it a cursory wipe off WITH A FACECLOTH SOAKED IN COLD WATER (this just before I stepped out into 34 degree weather). Bear in mind I take slavishly pristine care of my skin . . . I use ONLY Shiseido skin products and adhere to a strict skincare regimen. Three days later NO DISCERNIBLE DIFFERENCE in the minor roseacea that I sought treatment for. Do Not waste your TIME or MONEY with this establishment. My sister in law and I received a Groupon for facials, the location itself is very convenient, clean and relaxing. My facial was with Alissa and she was great, the issue was when we went to check out the woman at the front desk was dismissive and overall not very friendly. At one point my sister in law asked about the price of one of the eyelash products on the counter and she responded without looking up from the computer that it was "very expensive". I know we were there using a Groupon which happened to be a gift from the holidays but she had no clue of our financial standing so the response was rude and unnecessary. After moving to suburbia from NYC a few months ago, I was in search of a spa that was not offended by my simple request for a Brazilian waxing! For the price, it was definitely not the best waxing I have ever had but it's the best I have found around here. I decided to try their microdermabrasion facial on a whim. Absolutely amazing! I have paid $300+ at other spas and I paid a fraction of the cost at Facelogic and the results were better than anything I have ever experienced before. The skin care professional I had was knowledgeable and the facial dramatically improved my skin and was incredibly affordable! Went in for a massage after reading all the glowing reviews- especially about it being better or as good as the city- unfortunately not so! The massage was mediocre at best-more like a rub down. Having had tons of regular massages this could be my second worst massage. And I was even specific about the area's I needed worked on. Was thinking of trying the massage first and then going in for a facial but after this I think I'll stick to the long haul to the city. The employees were very friendly, professional, and skilled. I came in for a facial and massage. This was my first facial so I was unsure of what to expect. The woman spoke to me about my skin type and was knowledgable with my questions. As far as my massage, the woman was extremely nice and applied the perfect amount of pressure (without being too rough as I've experienced in the past with other massages).
