It was easy to use their website and schedule an appointment. They also have evenings which was easy for me to do due to my job. Ramon was very pleasant as well as the front desk young lady. Ramon took me to my room and gave me a run down and explained everything to me as this was my second time getting a massage. The scenery and the vibe was so calming i enjoyed every bit. After dropping $250 on a facial, there was absolutely zero difference in my skin. With all of the…read morefancy products and machines, I was expecting it to actually do something, but there was no difference from when I walked in. During the downtime where the LED light is used, for example, for that price, an extra touch such as a hand massage etc would have been appreciated instead of her just sitting there quietly not doing anything. With all of the labels she gives herself, such as master aesthetician etc, when I walked in I was not expecting someone in leggings and a sweater. I was, however, expecting a thorough cleaning of my pores when extractions were done, however that was not the case as when I got home, there were still blackheads there. Very upset and disappointed that I gave so much money for seemingly nothing.

My skin was at its best while I was seeing Amber every couple weeks for Face Reality peels. She really works with you to figure out what your skin needs and what products will work best for you depending on the problem. Communication with Amber was always A+, she was so responsive and great about booking appointments, rescheduling, or even getting me in at the last minute because I had such a weird schedule with my medical school classes. Price were so reasonable and she offers packages if you buy multiple treatments at a time. The shop is so cute, and the receptionist was always great. There were a couple times when I was out of town for a period of time and she actually shipped me the products I ran out of and needed really quickly. No hassle, just called and told her (or the receptionist) what I needed and where to send it. So easy and great service. The worst thing about moving away from Westchester to NYC has been losing her as an aesthetician. I haven't found a comparable replacement in Manhattan yet, and with the absolute wealth of options in the city I feel like that's saying something. If you're anywhere in the area I would highly recommend Amber. I didn't even live that close to Bedford Hills and drove about 35-40 minutes each way every time I went to an appointment. So worth it.

I had the absolute pleasure of having Donna do my microneedling treatment, and I can honestly say…read morethe experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Donna made me feel so welcomed and at ease. She has such a warm and calming presence, and it was clear right away that she genuinely cares about her clients and takes her work seriously. I came in with concerns about acne scars, light wrinkles, and uneven skin tone, and Donna took the time to really listen to me and understand what I was hoping to improve. She recommended microneedling and explained exactly how it works and what kind of results I could expect. What I really appreciated was how thorough she was. She didn't rush through anything and made sure I was fully informed and comfortable every step of the way. During the treatment, she checked in with me often and explained what she was doing as she went, which helped me feel completely relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell she's passionate about helping people feel good in their skin. After I finished my treatment, Donna recommended a few products for me to use on my face and gave me a few samples to take home. I am already loving the products she recommended and I wouldn't have known about them otherwise. She knew exactly which ones I needed! On top of that, the entire staff at the office was just as amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and full of positive energy. You can really feel the good vibes there! It's such a comfortable and friendly environment. It made the whole experience even better knowing I was surrounded by such kind and caring people. After just my first session, I'm already seeing noticeable results. My skin looks smoother, more even, and just healthier overall. I honestly didn't expect to see such a difference this soon, and it has me even more excited for the rest of my sessions. I have already booked my next session and am looking forward to going back to the office again! I can't recommend Donna and The Center for Dermatology & Laser Surgery enough. She's not only amazing at what she does, but she also creates such a positive and supportive experience. If you're thinking about doing microneedling or any kind of skincare treatment, definitely go see Donna. She's truly the best!
