Jolanta was as nice as could be and very accommodating of our individual skincare needs. I was anxious about going since I have very stubborn blackheads, but she extracted them and my mom and I agree that both our skin looks cleaner, fresher, and smoother today than it has in months. We'll definitely be looking for more of her Groupon's in the future and I was happy to see she does full leg wax's for $60 which I think is a great price for Westchester.

This review is for my experience with eyelash extensions. I emailed someone from Blvd a week later…read moreto explain my experience and give them a chance to resolve this but another week has past and I've yet to hear back. This was by far the WORST experience with eyelashes I've ever had. It's been two weeks and all of my lashes have fallen out. When I got home, I noticed lashes started to fall out immediately that night but I figured it was just a couple of loose ones so I didn't think anything of it. However, I did notice they were uneven -- the right side had way more lashes than the left. I then noticed they continued to fall out all week. Nobody, not even my sisters noticed I had gotten my lashes done and the whole point of getting lashes is for a noticeable difference! $180 for what?! Also, the technician had her hands all over my face and nose the entire time. They were heavy on my forehead and thankfully I don't have sensitive skin but if I did I could've broken out. When working on my left eye, she kept pushing down on one of my nostrils, blocking it and I have a sensitive nose so that was frustrating!! I've never experienced this before and it was so uncomfortable and felt like this was very new to her. I've been getting my lashes done frequently for the past 3 years. I take care of my lashes and brush them so they last long. I always go to Lash Loft in the city because it was near my office but wanted to try somewhere closer to home since my office moved locations. I've paid the same price for lashes that look even, full, and last over a month because that's what it should be like. Such a waste of money and soooo disappointed. Don't come here for lashes because this is NOT what it should be like.

At one point I had took the nail file to attempt at fixing my tips but the tech told me she would be fixed. Every single nail tip is crooked and majority have air bubbles!
