I bought a Groupon for a facial and massage not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. Becky the esthetician was amazing and knowledgeable. She massaged every kink out and was great with the extractions. I would highly recommend this facility, they also have great add on services. The facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. read more

when I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone couldn't have been nicer and she texted me back about questions I had about my spray tan. when I got there the lady at the desk was so rude. I said I have an appointment for a stay tan. she stared at me and said nothing. she had no smile, no emotion at all. not going back read more

I have been coming here for almost a year now. Everyone here is so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Willing to work with you for the treatment you need. Outstanding service plus free wine while you wait! I highly recommend this place for anyone considering any laser hair removal! read more

Okay this place is the WORST place for customer service. the Owner is actually TERRIBLE. I went to an urgent care to get COVID testing done today because I have a risk of exposure. I want to be responsible and not come in until my test results are back. Still charges 25 dollar cancellation fee for my appointment (and I've been a customer for over a year). Trisha is a horrible human being with no sympathy - does not know how to run a successful business. Pretty sure that is why shes gotten such terrible reviews. read more

Terrible place to go to. I have spent over 4,000 dollars on this location for a tattoo removal and my tattoo looks the same. This place is literally a joke. Last time I was there I paid over 1,000 and then I got pregnant so I was unable to go. Turns out they wouldn't give me my money back. They are a RIP OFF!! Trust me don't waste your money. Also they are super rude. It is so bad that I will let them keep my 1,000. I WILL NOT GO BACK! read more

Update: owner called me like 7 times in a month and did not leave a voicemail. Decided to call back with my cousin today after she called twice. You would expect someone calling that much as per my review A MONTH ago would be calling to apologize for the shit service. Only for the owner to explain to me why we were wrong and defend the service we got. She proceeds to say the Groupon does not include steam and extraction. And that since it was my first time getting a facial I wouldn't know that the person doing your facial usually does not say one word to you, so little words that you don't even know her name lol. But look at the picture of the Groupon lol. Then she claims we didn't receive a steam and extractions because it's not recommended for the skin when doing microdermabrasion. And said if I wanted steam and extraction with it I should have bought a 15 dollar upgrade. Backtrack... lol so now how tf does that make sense when you just said it's not recommended for microdermabrasion. They're literally stupid. After being on the phone for 5 minutes I'm wondering wtf is this call for and if she's just calling to state how my whole review is wrong. I just hung up on her because like seriously, wtf is the point of this convo like what are we talking about?! Then she calls me again twice after I hang up. If your not calling to apologize, then why do you keep calling my phone? She also couldn't explain Maria saying it was okay to cancel the Groupon and that she didn't give us what we paid for But we were charged anyways. She literally said "she probably just said that to make you guys happy" lmao okay trish. Run your business how you want. But as a person in the marketing field. I am happy to give you advice and let you know it's never a good look to reply to a yelp review to a customer and not apologize. You're reply only implies that we were wrong and Maria did a great job. Yelpers actually read these reviews and the owners replies. And as per the other numerous reviews stating how nasty and rude you are, this was your chance to redeem yourself in front of them. You failed. Try again with the next 1 star review. :) But like honestly. Who cares. It's been a month. I got my money back. We are easy going people. We don't complain. Again. My cousin gets facials all the time. She wanted to buy packages from this place because she was looking for a new place closer to home. But don't piss me off seriously. Clearly your business doesn't need us and our money doesn't want you. Obviously you don't care and we don't care either. But stop calling my fucking phone. You're annoying me now. read more

I went to this place 3 TIMES to remove my small tattoo- it looks completely the same and it never was even close to peeling., they have ice as numbing option- normally establishments will give you numbing cream. The girl who tended to me was extremely dry and rude. I'd never go back to this place neither would I recommend on any level read more

NOT worth your money or time. Unfortunately this place does not live up to the name "Spa"... I've been to nicer dodgy tattoo parlors. It was quite dated and felt dirty. My microdermabrasion facial was fine, however I was offered to add on a service that included a collagen mask, full extraction and longer duration (from 60 to 90 minutes) but I only received the college mask, though I paid for, what I thought was, the full package. My mom also purchased a facial and scheduled hers prior to scheduling her covid booster shot. She received the covid booster 2 days before her facial and had a bad reaction to it. She called just to see if it was possible to reschedule in a few days without being charged a cancellation fee and was told no. She told the Trisha that she was surprised that they would still impose the cancellation fee considering the circumstances and the woman told her: "We don't need people like you, go F**** yourself" and hung up. It's clear from the reviews that this is normal behavior for this business owner. If I could give 0 stars I would! Better off giving yourself a facial. read more

I've been here 3 times in the past 6 months for three different services. First time was for facials for myself and my 3 teenage daughters. Second time was for lash extensions. My most recent visit was yesterday for laser hair removal. All three experiences were excellent. The environment is clean and relaxing. The technicians are all very sweet, knowledgeable and skilled. I've had to change appointments due to last minute changes to my work schedule and they were very accommodating. Their prices are terrific compared to other spas. read more

Owner Trisha is a real nasty piece of work. She texted asking if we could reschedule our appointment and my husband assumed it no longer worked and didn't show up. They charged a $25 fee. When I tried to speak with her about it she was rude an unprofessional. When I told her that I was going to give a negative review on yelp she said "oh I am so scared about your little review on yelp." I hung up on her and then she called me back and called me a c*nt. Good luck with this one! Go to a better more professional place. read more

this place is a joke, don't go here if you want the owner to charge you a different price than what's on Groupon even though you started the treatment through Groupon, and then accuse you of being on drugs when you try to get a refund, then text your phone every week to remove a review lol the other lady is nice but professionally I wouldnt do laser treatment on the face I saw that they have on makeup!!! but I guess those dried wipes was supposed to wipe it off read more

Laser Luxury - owner telling me I have to remove the review in order to keep the rest of my package which I already PAID for CASH ( inner thighs and chin) - Medical Spas Near Me - Briarcliff Manor, New York

The salon is clean and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. Have had spray tans, laser and facials and been very happy with the results.

I had a great experience at laser luxury! I received teeth whitening, facial & lash extensions. All done very professionally, clean & comfortable. I am obsessing over my lashes! read more

Very clean and relaxing environment. My mom and I love coming here for laser and facials !

I'm not normally DO REVIEW but this time I have to... Not sure about other services but eyelash extensions here is terrible. Plus with staffs's attitude (or the owner?), no way I am going back! First time visit, before the service starts, they mentioned that they only do within 1 hour because I got the deal via Groupon (which sounds ok to me) BUT they did it so fast and less than 1 hour!! and my eyelashes wasn't look good - unfilled and some were falling off right after. Since I purchased with refill, I just wanted to get it done so I went back and had to bring my kids (5 years old and 1 year old baby) with me. They welcomed us nicely and one of a nice staff tried to help my baby to calm down from crying. I was very appreciate that because we were waiting for awhile and passed our appointment time and my baby got upset and tired (my son was good, only the baby). Since I wasn't happy with the first visit and the service I got, I reviewed in Groupon site with 1 star about my opinion. But what they did responded to my review was blaming that my kids were screaming and crying through the whole service causing the eyelash technician to not properly focus!!!!! Seriously Laser Luxury! Your service is not good with my first visit, nothing to do with the refill part and to used my kids as your excuse, that is way too far as the business you are running!!! I won't go back and not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Extremely dissatisfied! I was sold a package and was asked to purchase another one after I explained to them that the service they performed was a FAIL. They have horrible communication and I'm not sure if the equipment they use is effective. I feel completely ripped off ...so, I would NOT recommend this business to Anyone. I would find a more professional and well reviewed business. read more

I had a really great experience here. I came in on the groupon and upgraded to a higher service for a very cheap price. I had such a good experience that I even added on another service in the same visit and bought a topical cream. Laser definitely hurts, but I got the owner and she is very professional and let me take breaks. The spa was very very busy. I got there an hour before my appointment and I was seen 15 mins after my appointment was scheduled. The person who I scheduled the appointment with was rude, so I wasn't expecting the best but I was pleasantly surprised! My advice would be to schedule your service with the owner. Also, they give you wine while you're waiting which really helps with the pain! Update Once my treatment was finished* The pain got worse and worse each time. The top of the laser is flaming hot every time. I believe this is due to the amount of clients that are seen. Also, after the first 1-2 times, the lady didn't let me take breaks anymore. So, I'd call the pain excruciating. read more

I was honestly so unimpressed by this salon to be completely honest. I had high hopes but after one visit I was completely turned off. Briana did a great job spray tanning me, however, the room I was enclosed had subpar lighting and poor ventilation, and honestly looked like it need a really good cleaning. The machines looked outdated and the carpets need a good steaming. There are many salons out there, I would seriously recommend going elsewhere. read more

Do not go here for eye lash extensions! You pay a fortune and mine all started falling out the same day. They tried to convince me that was "normal" but two days later and they are still falling out. Not to mention their terrible customer service when I tried to explain what was happening. They offered nothing to help, literally said "I don't know what else To say to you" won't be visiting this spa again for anything! read more

Well there are signs all over the office (reception, waiting room, in the room) stating that "tips are greatly appreciated" which was kind of a turnoff. I still made a second appt, but when a family emergency came up and i needed to reschedule, they said there was going to be a $25 fee. There are MANY medispas out there... skip this one read more

I took advantage of #luxurylaser 's $40 #AmazonLocal #facial special and was wowed by the value; so much so I purchased another as a gift. I then asked Nicola, my facial tech, to recommend a maintenence program for me that didn't involve buying a medicine chest of goopey creams. She suggested a monthly microdermabrasion. Oh. my. word. Phenomenal. You can see an immediate difference. Extremely talented techs, reasonably priced, very soothing ambience more than make up for the drab building exterior. I've tried a couple of other local places but this is by far the best. read more

I went here with a friend to get spray tans before a vacation. It was an ok experience until 2 days later my spray tan looked seriously AWFUL. Don't waste your money coming here. It actually looked like I had Cheeto hands and feet, and also completely came off my body after I showered once and faded very quickly whatever was left. Unacceptable. ALSO we got a call on the way home asking her for a tip. So she proceeded to make us feel very uncomfortable about a tip, and then charged her card for tips for both of us without even asking her/ me. Very very unprofessional, will not be returning. read more

Found on groupon I purchased but the owner requested I buy it from them.. sketchy but what choice did I have. This made me nervous. I received a facil and microdermabrasin from Alyssa. The place is small and looked clean. Very sweet woman that took her time for the most part. The massage was everything. I have very dry skin which felt really smooth after. She talked but not too much where it took away from the relaxation part. I mainly caree about the micro.. the facil was more of a bonus to me. I did a microdermabrasin a few years ago that was with the crystals (took about 20 mins) but this one was different. It more felt like a mini vacuum. Not sure how effective this one is.. this part seemed too quick in my opinion (maybe 1-2 minutes) esp since this was my main reason for getting this deal but again I'm not sure. Overall, good experience though. read more

I am nearing the end of my laser hair removal treatments. Up until my last 2 treatments I had Ally. She was awesome. So kind, explained everything, and took her time no matter how many people were in the waiting area. I think they may have changed management, which is why I will not be having any other services done here. The lady who has did my last 2 treatments was very pushy; I think she may actually be the owner or manager. She kept trying to get me to fork out more money - asking me if I wanted a cooling gel for an extra fee, if I wanted to purchase sunscreen as I am so fair, and pushing me to purchase another treatment area when I told her I had to think about it. She was just not genuine and she rushed through the procedure as well. I miss Ally, I hope her and her new arrival are doing well. read more

After starting a new job as nurse, I decided to treat myself to a little relaxation. I found a Groupon for Laser Luxury and was so excited to use it. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in on the day I requested. Upon arrival, I noted the soothing environment. Lights were dimmed, calm music was playing, and there were candles and relaxing images throughout the waiting area. The receptionist Trisha was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me register as a new guest. She let me know about extra promotions I would be eligible for upon each visit. They also had a great menu of add ons to choose from. My Groupon was for the Facial w/ Microdermabrasion and I opted for the collagen mask upgrade. Definitely had a positive, relaxing experience. I look forward to trying more of their services! read more

I have been going here for my laser services since the beginning of the year. Each time I go, Trish is quick to sign me in and start my services. She is very kind, gentle, and understanding of her clients needs. The atmosphere is welcoming and comforting. After having laser treatments elsewhere with very little success, I noticed improvements in just one laser treatment after from Laser Luxury. I assure you this is the place you should come to. It certainly is great to have someone reliable as this business. I plan on coming back for all my laser needs in the future. read more

Laser tattoo removal I have had one treatment done at another tattoo removal place and the results were dramatic within the first time. I bought a package of three here because of the huge price difference and soon realized what you pay for is what you get. Three sessions later and there is no difference to be seen. The owner turns the insanity down and slowly turns it "up" the more sessions you have. I was told it would be at least ten sessions and even on my last session she said I may have to go back to where I went first for a complete removal. She also tried to sell me on everything from bandages to numbing cream and other removal services every time. Do not fall for "it will be at least ten sessions" it is stretch out to ten sessions intentionally. read more
