I've enjoyed reflexology and a full body massage and finally had a facial at Euro Laser. I had the Hydro Facial with Nalene. Nalene is just as sweet as can be. Clear, concise and not rushed. Nalene took the time to discuss my specific skin care needs and what I felt my where my areas that needed to be addressed. With that, she examined my skin and truly tailored my facial to my needs. The Hydra Facial is a 4 step process and I remained comfortable throughout. It is not considered a "relaxing" facial, but again, I suppose can be a bit uncomfortable with extractions & a peel going on. Nalene is just a doll, knowledgeable and thorough with a gentle hand. I was so incredibly impressed with all of the staff at Euro Laser Services. During COVID, Euro Laser has set a high standard bar for cleanliness and safety. With only one customer permitted at a time, the staff works diligently to disinfect and ensure each customer's experience is safe and comfortable. I know everyone is worried about getting back into their routines and indulging in skin care treatments or massages, but you can be rest assured that Euro Laser is doing everything possible to help keep everyone safe. My wife went there twice for fillers. They have an internist, not a plastic surgeon doing these. In both cases she ended up with big bruises all over and the fillers did not even work. Same for skin tag treatments. Not only they missed bunch of them, but ended up with some scars on the face. Dangerous operation. Stay away. read more

Liz treated me for brown spots on my face. The treatment itself took a couple of minutes but Liz spent so much time talking to me about what to expect during the treatment as well as post care treatment. She is knowledgeable, and caring. Euro Laser's skin care line is outstanding. I used the skin tone enhancement therapy pads to lighten my spots prior to my treatment. I was blown away by the results! I tried everything out there, and I never had results close to this. Liz told me the pads would help with the effectiveness of my treatment. I am so surprised there are no reviews yet. The staff at this shop are all unbelievably friendly, courteous, and helpful. If there is any issue, they will go to the ends of the earth to help you solve it (like if you need to cancel, and want to reschedule). The spa is incredibly clean, and the ambiance is relaxing and soothing. But it is really the people that make Euro-Laser. They are amazing. I first came here by recommendation from a family member who swears by Eurolaser and the various treatments they offer. I had my first Hydrafacial with Crystal a week ago and immediately after booked 3 more. My skin was noticeably more radiant, smooth, and overall clearer. I am preparing for a big event at the end of the month and this treatment has literally saved my skin. Crystal is amazing. What an amazing experience I had at Euro Laser! I came in for laser hair removal and a hydro facial paired with dermaplaning and both services were absolutely fabulous! The second I walked in I was greeted by the the woman in the front who was so sweet and answered all of my questions. She also helped me fill out some questions on my intake form. Liz brought me back right on time and we began with my laser hair removal. I was a little nervous at first because of a bad experience I had had with laser hair removal elsewhere but Liz made me feel at ease and walked me through everything step by step. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment which I really appreciated and honestly the whole process was painless! It's been a little over a month now and I have yet to have any hair growth in the area that we treated - so impressed ! Next, I had my hydro facial with Sylvia. The whole experience was so relaxing and Sylvia was extremely informative ! She recommended that I add dermaplaning and I'm so glad I did! My skin was literally glowing when I left. These guys are professionals! This place comes with high recommendations from my closest friends and I now know why. When I called to make the appointment, I was was walked through the pricing and process. You need to have a consultation appointment beforehand as Liz takes pride in her attention to detail and making sure you are comfortable and in the know. Fortunately, the woman who I set the appointment up with told me I could have the service after my consultation appointment, she had ordered my numbing cream from the pharmacy beforehand and I had followed her directions so I was good to go. Liz then provided a thorough explanation of the after-service care. And, from a COVID perspective, Euro Laser really takes it seriously. I was the only customer there (which I'm pretty sure was by design for COVID reasons) and they put all your belongings in a plastic bag (even your phone) to be super cautious. Milagros is phenomenal and I'm glutton for cleanliness so I let her do whatever is necessary to clear up the congestion in my pores during my deep cleansing facials..I have made a commitment to monthly sessions because I leave feeling so satisfied. As I expected, the facial was amazing! My skin is glowing after the Hydra Facial (this is my second visit) and I have not felt it so soft in such a long time. Euro Laser is truly one of the best places I have ever visited for my facials and treatments, and I am so lucky to have found the team! I have had nothing but praises to sing for the staff and owner (Liz), especially Naline for her outstanding work, attention to my skin and great personality! Milly is so warm and accommodating whenever I need to make appointments and I truly feel like a valued customer. I have an 18 year old daughter who needed bikini area laser hair removal for medical reasons. I started out visiting a spa near our home and was so put off by the staff and a doctor we met that I almost bailed on a set of treatments that my daughter really needed. Euro Spa was recommended by a friend of ours who happens to be a doctor. I arrived with some trepidation for our consultation. I was won over immediately by the owner, Liz. She was patient and kind not to mention knowledgable. She answered all of our questions and my daughter embarked on a 6 session package. Along the way we have had nothing but a positive experience. I continue to have complete confidence in Euro Laser! My daughter has thus far enjoyed wonderful results and she is always comfortable attending her treatments without me. My husband used this massage service many times over the past few years. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, my friend gave me a gift card to Eurolaser but I could not use it because I was in treatment and had breast reconstruction over the next year. I gave the card to my husband. He went for a massage and the receptionist refused to take it because it had expired. She explained that everything expires like at Walmart. He explained that this was not a loaf of bread and doesn't go stale. They are a small neighborhood business and they had taken the cash.He asked that the owner call but she did not. The "assistant" called to say she would give discount of $79 for the next massage. My husband told her he would never use their services again. I think this was appalling behavior for a neighborhood business and would advise people to use the other massage services. read more

Be careful because a one off service is fine, but the owner's mantra is marketing and she's persuasive. After you get upsold, to get a better "deal," you'll find it tough to get appointments. I've found better services through doctors' offices - without having to bundle galore to get a reasonable price. read more
