They really make you feel comfortable, and after a few visits it honestly feels more like you're catching up with family than going to a doctor's appointment. So far I've had Moxi laser treatments, Botox and lip filler, and I love the results. I've gotten so many compliments, but the best part is that everything still looks like me, just refreshed. One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Marcelin is that she meets you where you are. She'll work within your budget and your schedule instead of trying to sell you on a complicated routine or a bunch of products. When I told her I don't have a lot of time, she simplified my skincare routine so it's actually something I can stick with and She just understands and makes it so easy and that's refreshing! You can tell she really cares about her patients, and her whole team does too. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling like they genuinely want the best for me. I couldn't recommend them more, and I'll always be back!

During the downtime where the LED light is used, for example, for that price, an extra touch such as a hand massage etc would have been appreciated instead of her just sitting there quietly not doing anything. With all of the labels she gives herself, such as master aesthetician etc, when I walked in I was not expecting someone in leggings and a sweater. I was, however, expecting a thorough cleaning of my pores when extractions were done, however that was not the case as when I got home, there were still blackheads there. Very upset and disappointed that I gave so much money for seemingly nothing.

My skin was at its best while I was seeing Amber every couple weeks for Face Reality peels. She really works with you to figure out what your skin needs and what products will work best for you depending on the problem. Communication with Amber was always A+, she was so responsive and great about booking appointments, rescheduling, or even getting me in at the last minute because I had such a weird schedule with my medical school classes. Price were so reasonable and she offers packages if you buy multiple treatments at a time. The shop is so cute, and the receptionist was always great. There were a couple times when I was out of town for a period of time and she actually shipped me the products I ran out of and needed really quickly. No hassle, just called and told her (or the receptionist) what I needed and where to send it. So easy and great service. The worst thing about moving away from Westchester to NYC has been losing her as an aesthetician. I haven't found a comparable replacement in Manhattan yet, and with the absolute wealth of options in the city I feel like that's saying something. If you're anywhere in the area I would highly recommend Amber. I didn't even live that close to Bedford Hills and drove about 35-40 minutes each way every time I went to an appointment. So worth it.

Long story short, i saw someone other than Dr Treiber and when i asked why, they said " Well, everyone sees this woman first". You will have to come back another time to see the Dr. I explained that i had taken off work and wouldn't be able to do that. After a lot of crazy happenings behind the desk they said "you can come back in 2 hrs and the Dr will see you then". Ok, so i went back. Saw the Dr. She wrote down 2 other Dr names that i can see for the dark circles under my eyes and then proceeded to drum up business for Botox and incredibly high priced serum. So, stupid me, already there, i was like.... Ok, lets do botox and buy the serum and see if that helps before i go to these other Dr's whom i didn't know. Upon checkout they promptly gave me an almost $900 bill which they UPON THEMSELVES, NEVER EVER UTTERING ONE WORD ABOUT IT said "we took off $50 off of the $350 consult fee!!!!!!! So, in utter disbelief and the fact that i simply could not walk out without paying, paid. I NEVER EVER SHOULD HAVE PAID. THIS DR AND THE STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES!!!!! Other Dr's that i had called prior for appt's mentioned a consult fee but if i were to schedule whatever with the Dr, that the fee would be used towards treatment. Dr Treiber should retire and move to Florida and get out of business!!!!!!!!!

So I'm sitting there in these uncomfortable chairs that are closely packed side by side as if I'm in a platoon awaiting for some stumper mission to be handed down upon me, I am called to see Dr. Cestero. Kind & endearing women, but her english need work lol. Her first language is spanish so I was little off being that mi espanol es no bueno & no me praticar (and i dont practice) for the english speakers. So she is observing my condition & and mentions a reason for why it could have occured but the language barrier was difficult to overcome. Now for everyone who was spanish speaking (which was everyone) I clearly saw they were comfortable with her & that's great. Overall she was able to address my concern & her bedside manner was courteous for our language barrier but i would have liked to have asked more questions.
