She didn't even care to look at the affected area, only stating, "If I document anything you'll be charged for a medical visit.." I've also had Botox shots before where the lines in between my brows were completely eliminated. In this case, they are still visible after a few units of Botox. When I asked her about it, she said there wasn't anything further she could do. I also found the service to be "militant", people talking over each other (really disrespectful). And I won't be going there again. They don't know anything about how to relate to patients. It's a very superficial office.

She treated my arm and said she would remove one spot on my chin and if it was what she deemed benign she would remove the rest (which was 3-4 more) but would be a charge of $125. I agreed and paid for it plus my co-pay and was on my way. I noticed later that there was still one white spot on my chin. I called the office and explained my situation. I expected them to say just come back and they will take the last one off. Instead, I was told it would be ANOTHER $125 plus another co-pay. I think that is completely unreasonable. I cannot remember the woman I spoke to on the phone but she was not empathetic at all

He said I should give him benadryl and come after hours when I could cover my son with my body to hold him down while he performed the removal. When I looked shocked he asked me if I possessed the ability to do this without becoming emotional. Alarm bells went off in my head as this seemed extreme to say the least. I called my pediatrician who agreed and recommended a plastic surgeon who performed the procedure gently and without the need for me to "hold my son down". I phoned Treiber's office to let them know I was not following through with them and the doctor sent a registered letter to my husband accusing me of neglecting my child's care.
