Terrible service. Not impressed and have to waste my time finding another doctor for a second opinion.

After the examination, Jarrett took the time to explain my condition, how to manage it and prevent from future flare ups.

Review for Dr. Devens and staff…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother, who has progressive MS and can barely walk, had an appointment here for mole removals across her back. We drove 45 minutes to get here, even calling the office about 45 minutes in advance to let them know we would be running late because of police activity and major road construction. Despite that, when we arrived 16 minutes late, they flat out refused to see her. I explained the situation to the receptionist -- that my mother's condition makes travel very difficult and that this was part of an ongoing medical procedure. The response I got was cold and dismissive. The receptionist didn't care about anything other than the fact that I was "speaking loudly." She even threatened to call the cops because I raised my voice out of frustration, while showing zero empathy for the fact that my disabled mother had struggled to get there at all. The worst part? My mother had to hobble back in herself only to be told she shouldn't come back. Let's be honest -- this is what happens when you're a Medicaid patient and the doctor has a "God complex." Patients with the "right" insurance probably wouldn't be treated this way. Now we have to start the process all over again with another dermatologist, wasting more time and putting my mother through more stress than she should ever have to endure. If you value compassion, basic decency, or accessibility for people with serious health conditions -- do not come here. Make sure you have the "best" insurance and show up perfectly on time, because otherwise, you'll be treated horribly. This experience was demeaning, exhausting, and unnecessary.

BEWARE Dr Goldberg is negligent and provides irresponsible care. I saw Dr Goldberg for SRT…read moretreatment for basil cell. plan was to get radiation 2x weekly for 7 weeks. After one treatment i was advised my subsequent appointment was cancelled because the machine broke. No eta or urgency on fixing it. Then days later got a call that I could go to their other office for treatment. After my second treatment they cancelled my next appt. I have consulted 2 other Drs and both said that Dr Goldberg was negligent and i should not have had 2 treatments a week apart. it did nothing other than unneccesarily radiate the skin. and he does't do image guided which is needed to verify the tumor is gone. I was not told this. I requested four times that Dr Goldberg call me to discuss but he refused. and i just received a large bill which i will not be paying!

Almost makes my skin crawl…read more.... While I have been to worse places, this is a place I'll still likely never return to. They say first impressions are important - well my first impression of this place was not at all good. While things slightly improved, this place isn't promising. I arrived about 30 minutes earlier than my appointment time and came upon a crowded waiting room. I went to the desk and the miserable human being sitting there almost went out of her way to not acknowledge me. I did notice a sign in sheet on my own, signed in, sat down. About a half hour later - after nothing - I saw another patient with a clipboard for a new patient paperwork, so I went back to the front to this miserable person and told her I was a new patient. No eye contact, she sighed and handed me the clip board with a pen and nothing else. I get it - people have bad days - but you don't take it out on complete strangers in your place of work. Can't handle it, then quit. Better yet, she should get reprimanded and terminated. I work in healthcare and this is inexcusable. The fact that she's working is poor. She was wearing blue scrubs and had her Airpods in. Thankfully, I didn't have to deal with this sorry sack again as I handed my clipboard to a friendlier and more welcoming person. If I cared enough to come back, I can only wish to never see this person again. Past that person, all other staff were friendly enough. The doctor answered my questions. I was given a prescription - but instead of them faxing the script to my pharmacy, they have this place I never heard of that delivers to your doorstep. I'm on the fence about trying it or just holding out for another dermatologist. I was eventually seen about 40 minutes past my appointment time - an hour and ten minutes total wait. This is located on the 5th floor in a building that holds a lot of other offices. There is plenty of parking, but it can get crowded at the same time. Would've probably been about 3 stars, but that person at the desk is not very good for any environment that has to do with the general public. So I will see what else is out there before I attempt to return to this location - IF I do at all. Maybe if I do, hopefully that nasty person is no longer employed there and they'll give choices on where your prescription can go.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. The PA and his assistant will lie to you about sending…read moreyour medicine to pharmacies but you'll never get it. They also suck at patient education and they told me I could buy glyccolic acid pad, and then they didn't tell me from where so I came back to pharmacy only to find out they want me to buy from their office. Then they are like we'll work with you in sending them over like how is that going to make up for the time my face has suffered due to your incompetency? Also the dude is getting paid for some lasers, so he thinks antibiotics aren't a cure for acne (its acne, dude, not cancer, open a textbook) so he wants to do laser (like we all don't know there are so many other antibiotics/ isoretinoin etc available for acne treatment) just so he can extort money. I should have listened to the ratings here and never have wasted my 3 months with them. My acne is worse than before, and I'll probably also be filing a lawsuit for the emotional and financial distress they have caused me by denying my treatment. This place is the definition of incompetency. The person who gave this 5 star is probably from their own staff lol.
