I started going to this office about 12 years. Dr. Evans is one of the nicest, knowledgeable, and patient specialists I've ever encountered. She has taken the time to answer all of my questions despite how busy she may be. I've also found the receptionists there to be polite each time I've spoken to them. Dr. Evans' website is also easy to navigate. Overall I believe dermatology offices can become quite busy since they not only conduct assessments but have to perform lengthy procedures depending on their patients' needs. I just came back from a facial with Carmen, who works with Dr. Evans. Her technique and room is kept neat and clean. I felt nurtured and relaxed from my treatment. I believe she has been in this line of work for 35 years. It was nice that throughout the facial she asked if I was comfortable. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that while I was waiting for my face mask to dry, I also received a lovely foot treatment as well. I highly recommend Carmen. read more

I have been going to Dr. Evans since I was a little kid (almost 2 decades). My entire family goes to her. She has an excellent bedside manner and treats you like a human, not just a patient through insurance. Her demeanor is kind, gentle and she also always has the best shoes. As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Evans saves my life or what is left of it. I had some psoriasis and she suggested that it was internal and to get my gut checked. I had a colonoscopy and low and behold, colon cancer. When I thanked her, she said it wasn't her, it was God. I will not go anywhere else. As for the 21 yr old who don't know they need an insurance card to go to the dr, wake up. You left because you were embarrassed. You should know better and so should your mom. Yes the receptionist can seem curt and obnoxious, but I tend to think there is usually a reason behind that so being kinder can be the lesson here. read more

Dr. Evans did not take the time during my annual skin check. She quickly gouged my face with 2 biopsies without ever telling me what she thought they were or that I will have permanent scars on my face. She never discussed alternate options and I felt very rushed. This is not what you want when you go to the doctor. read more
