Her staff is friendly and warm - and helpful - some things you don't often find in medical practices these days when they're trying to push patients through as quickly as possible. She puts you at ease and explains things in a very easy to understand way. Yes appointments have been canceled or dates switched in the real world all doctors do this. She is not the only one who's schedule can cause this. If you have a problem she will always try to fit you into her schedule. Or at the very least message you or have her assistant call you. She is a very dedicated doctor with a wonderful personality and as I said she is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. Never has she ever ignored my requests for help. She should never be judged by a canceled appointment The reviews left by others putting her skills as a doctor down are basing it on scheduling not her ability to be an excellent doctor. I have complete faith in her and I without a second thought have put my life in her hands. Dont go by anyones review you have to meet her in person to see what kind of doctor she truly is. I inquired why I was not informed about it when I first made the appointment and Briana stated that it was because I was misinformed. I made this appointment due to a serious health condition and I waited three weeks for it. I asked Briana if there was any way the doctor would see me and Briana stated that I would have to speak with the office manager. I asked her when I would be able to speak with the office manager and she replied that "she did not know" and hung up on me. Briana's behavior poorly reflects on this medical practice. We seek doctors because we need them and it is critical that patient care begins with the staff working at the office. This is not an appropriate way to treat a patient.

After our…read morepediatrician misdiagnosed my son's problem I made an appointment with Dr. Dyer because she has an outstanding reputation in the medical community (I am a physician myself.) She did a thorough exam, reviewed all records and previous ultrasounds, and gave a detailed description of the diagnosis, therapy and outcome and spoke on a level that my son could understand. She also spoke to him privately (he's 16 years old) to see if he had any concerns or questions that he wasn't comfortable discussing in front of mom. It's obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!
