She has taken the time to answer all of my questions despite how busy she may be. I've also found the receptionists there to be polite each time I've spoken to them. Dr. Evans' website is also easy to navigate. Overall I believe dermatology offices can become quite busy since they not only conduct assessments but have to perform lengthy procedures depending on their patients' needs. I just came back from a facial with Carmen, who works with Dr. Evans. Her technique and room is kept neat and clean. I felt nurtured and relaxed from my treatment. I believe she has been in this line of work for 35 years. It was nice that throughout the facial she asked if I was comfortable. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that while I was waiting for my face mask to dry, I also received a lovely foot treatment as well. I highly recommend Carmen.

OMG!! STAY AWAY!! Especially if you have a teenager. I got to my 9:00 appt at 8:45 to fill out…read morepaperwork. The receptionist reprimanded me that I was not there a half hour before the appointment to fill out the paperwork. Even though i had the paperwork done by the time of my appt they took someone else because i didn't get there at 8:30. Then billing harasses me about me needing to pay $130, despite me telling them 3 times i met my deductible and do not pay anything. I asked to speak with the person in billing and she refused to speak with me. when the dr finally comes for us i ask to speak with him privately first , he refused , said he would not speak with me unless my 17 year old was in the room. Trust me just stay away from here
