First: my daughter had surgery in the summer & finally, I was scheduled for mine for Nov. 1, 2021. For my daughter's surgery... she did NOT end up with anything close to what she had specifically asked for. In fact, he didn't address her primary reason for doing the surgery AND her "results" are only somewhat maintained by basically staying in shape-wear--which has NOTHING to do with her surgery. The friend who referred us told her to make an appt. to go over the results & express her frustration. They tried to convince her she looked great & should be happy with the results-- which was just some lipo in a couple of areas--not what she went in for and NOT worth the large amount they charged her. REALLY?! A college aged student forks over her savings for a specific procedure... which was NOT delivered... and you want to convince her she should be happy with what she ended up with OR REPAY the ENTIRE amount to "fix it"?! Ridiculous. I told her to not go back for the "fix" and was considering not doing my procedure with them. However, my friend told me what I was going in for (tummy tuck post two years-ago C-sections) was very common & he was excellent at those...vs. my daughter's BBL & hip sculpting? Not so much. FAST FORWARD... Oct. 2021 I had gotten a PCR test for pre-surgery clearance 5 days before and while the test came back negative 24 hrs. later... 24 hrs. thereafter I got COVID. I was wiped out and had to postpone surgery, but since I had no idea when I could reschedule (since I'd need to be medically cleared for it again) I asked for the money to be returned to me until we could reschedule. Debbie, the office manager (small office staff & Debbie is in charge)... took over a MONTH to return the funds giving excuse after excuse for the delay. No response to my email (multiple)... no response to my calls (except once) and her other staff would say things like "oh yeah, she got your messages, she's just really busy." Or: "oh she knows... she's doing it this Friday... that's the only day she has time to do it." Keep in mind that "Friday" was a month Plus after my surgery had to be put off. THEN... as I finally get her on the phone to find out what happened to the refund on that Friday (didn't show in my bank account)... she said "oh well, the bank is holding it for some reason... it happens..." only I called my bank and that flimsy excuse/lie wasn't the case. You get the idea. Then she told me AFTER the fact she had to withhold $500 for cancelling (it was supposed to be rescheduled) AND in fact, she lied and withheld $750 and is STILL NOT RETURNING ANY EMAIL to get this issue corrected... now 2 months later. She used an excuse she is "in trouble" with her boss so she "had to" withdraw the money. Another lie. Her "boss" is her longterm boyfriend and SHE is the Office Mgr. Total BS. Stay away or just don't expect great results.

I had lip filler and the assistant put a numbing gel on my lips first which made the procedure nearly painless. I had this done before by a doctor and he did not numb me and it hurt like crazy. My lips came out perfectly and with minimal swelling and no bruising. One day after the procedure, swelling was nearly gone and my lips looked great. They gave me a lovely lip balm with arnica to help with swelling, too. I only wanted a subtle change and no one tried to talk me into doing more filler or additional procedures. I refer to the experience/procedure as a 100% fail. I'm not blind but I really do not like having to wear glasses and now I have to wear 2. A particularly annoying outcome of the Lasik surgery is that I used to be a pretty good clay pigeon shooter and now I'm below average at best. This was 100% caused by the eye surgery as the Dr. purposely made each eye different from the other. One eye was for short distances and the other for long distances. In nature both eyes are very similar and when shooting the shooter sees one target. With the Lasik I now see 2 targets. It totally screwed up my shooting.

I absolutely have zero regrets with my decision with Dr Kundel. He is great. I will take pics of my progress before and after when I can. But I thought I had to write this soon. I became so confident as a person after my treatment with Dr Kundel. I did not experience what the others experienced where he was in any way rude or abusive. I always felt that I was under his care and his concern. I don't care what the old reviews say. But Dr Kundel saved my face. He failed to take an X-ray prior to taking out a perfectly good filling. Then he failed to keep proper and legal notes in a chart and has failed to give me any records whatsoever. He also installed a too-big crown that was badly constructed and then tried to shave it down while in my mouth. He did not understand correct installation and other techniques that are to be expected in any Dentist. I had to seek another Dentist to repair and remove that horrible work that he did but the damage was done and his abuse was unacceptable.
