Her lack of customer service skills are horrendous. She rushes through the service, is rough and gets angry when u ask for something or do not like something she is doing. If I am paying for a service, I want it to be done the way I want it. If she has to do something over, so be it. I am paying. I have had two bad incidents there with zero resolution from the Owner. She said she will talk to them and the bad behavior continued. I was asked to tip more when the service I received was sub par. Tips are discretionary not mandatory. I believe u need to work for the tip. I would not recommend this salon to anyone unless u want to be abused by the staff.

The music was that of something you'd get a massage to. My friend and I were getting a pedicure and manicure. The nail polish wall had all kinds of signs of up-charges for "better quality" polish. That was a sign of what's to come. The nail technician was sweet. She pointed out the different spa packages on the wall. $70 was the starting price. (For just a pedicure with callous remover, maybe some sea salt scrub. Not much you're getting added) I was kind of appalled by such a steep price. I then decided to go with just a pedicure. I cancelled my manicure. That's when I could feel the demeanor of my nail technician change. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes. She didn't really get off extra cuticles. The polish was put on really thin and I'm not too sure she even put a top coat on. She rubbed my feet for like 30 seconds each. No alarm set for time. Ran me $38 for a basic pedicure. $6 for polish removal. After tip, that was a $52 disappointing experience. My friend's dip nails turned out really pretty, but chipped after walking literally one block away.
