I decided to book here for an upcoming wedding. My experience was okay. My makeup artist was…read moreextremely friendly and in the end I think she did a good job. At the beginning she asked if I wanted lashes, and I agreed. Towards the end of my appointment, she handed me the mirror to check on my makeup. I pointed out a few things, which she fixed and at that point, I was happy. When I went to pay, my artist mentioned to the person at the desk the lashes. And when they stated the price, it was $20 higher than I was originally anticipating per the pricing online. They asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes to check it but they only handed me the credit card slip. I asked for the itemized receipt and the lashes were an extra $20. At no point did the makeup artist mention the up charge and I was a little taken aback. A friend of mine came in after and I mentioned the lashes to her and she opted out of them. I was frustrated as I literally had lashes in my purse while sitting in the makeup chair. I wish I had the option to pay the extra fee instead of not being warned. I mentioned I didn't get my makeup done often so this wasn't something I was expecting and it wasn't listed on their website that lashes were extra when booking. I was really disappointed as I felt like it was done secretive instead of being open with clients.

I have been visiting Camilla for years and she's definitely the best in the industry. Waxing is…read morejust a small portion of what she does, though I might add her wax is the best and less painful one out there, she created it herself. She does everything from facials, fat loss massage and cool sculpting. I definitely feel like a million bucks every-time I visit, she treats every client like family! I have recommended all my friends and family and 5 stars is simply not enough.

‼READ TO SAVE YOUR MONEY‼ I went in for a lash lift and tint, as well as a brow tint(got coerced to…read moredo lamination), and was really disappointed. The girl who did the service was nice, but the overall experience fell short. It felt like I was there forever -- I arrived at 11:30 and didn't leave until 1:30. I've usually gone to Brittany or Luciana, but since they're no longer there (which is sad because they were great), I gave this new girl a chance. Unfortunately, my lashes barely held their lift after few minute of driving away (5 mins) and didn't even look tinted. They just looked like my regular lashes. The brows came out decent, but she did some waxing and cutting, which I hadn't asked for, now one tail is shorter than the other and thinner.. there goes months of growing. To make things worse, I ended up with a burn! I wasn't going to pay $175 for this, so I went back and asked for a refund for the lashes at least. It's a real shame because the place was great with Brittany and Luciana. I wouldn't be surprised if they left because they weren't treated well and made their own business. The girl who worked on me even mentioned she only had THREE MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE, which really showed. Brazilian Beauty shouldn't advertise services they're not qualified to provide. Sadly, my eyes hurt now, and I wish I didnt even get coerced to do brow lamination wasted half my day for nothing. I LOVED this place but can no longer recommend or support.

I have been coming to Total Body Clinic to get my Brazilian Waxes done and I absolutely LOVE IT!…read moreFirst off it's a very sensitive area so the wrong wax or wrong Esthetician can really make for an unpleasant experience. At the Total body clinic they use hard wax and I am a big fan of that type of wax. It's less painful than strips, more effective at getting hair n I hardly ever get Ingrown's. I have not tried the other services they offer as of yet but I know I soon will. I highly recommend this place, it's clean cozy and you just feel at home the second u get there.
