The doctors told me I would be fine but afterwards I felt surprisingly tired and like I had a constant headache. Because of the stitches and surgery I wasn't able to do anything I normally would try to feel better. No working out, minimal activity, any moisture could aggravate the area. I have never done energy work before and didn't understand how it could do anything but it sounded like the perfect thing to try. The session was gentle yet POWERFUL even though Gina was hardly applying any pressure. I remember feeling something she did on my arm in my side torso, and something in my foot I felt in my upper body. It was amazing.
