I don't think this is the fault of the local Pharmacists. I do believe they are struggling with a poor IT system and poor upper management. It's no wonder this corporation is struggling and closing stores. I've transferred all my business to a nearby independent, family owned Pharmacy that has an incredible reputation. They took charge and made the transfer easy. Perhaps upper management for Walgreens should check out more independently owned Pharmacies to experience how an essential care business should be run. I discovered, you can buy some top quality hair care products on line or at other outlets - often at a price lower than what's going on here at Bluemercury. I went here recently to get advice, expert recommendations and friendly service. I went in for a gift for my honey and was shown a few interesting products. I went a little crazy and bought $100 worth of exotic potions and conditioners. While I shopped, a young couple came in, immediately got much better service and attention and, after buying a few things (I think they spent about $30) got a handful of free samples. When I checked out, I received no free samples and, despite knowing that I was buying gifts, they didn't offer gift wrapping or a gift bag. Hmmmm? Not sure why... These folks have lots of nice products, but they sell stuff at list price. I can save money by going elsewhere so when I shop in a high end shop, I expect the service to compensate for the higher prices. I'm disappointed that these folks miss that point. I'll probably stop back for a quick gift if I get desperate but I'm not going to become a regular unless the staff gets with the program. Recommended? You make the call...

He is very knowledgable, skilled and an expert in his field. He is caring, friendly and efficient and makes the procedure seamless. My son was treated by him many years ago for removal of his wisdom teeth also and had a great outcome.

I was still willing to make an appointment but she was not interested. She told me to find someone in my network & corrected me because I used the word "dentist" when I referred to Dr. Cohen. I also used the word "doctor" many times in our conversation, so I made a mistake. Forgive me! The possibility of surgery is scary enough. I don't need a rude receptionist. Dr. Cohen should consider changes in his staff.

This is gonna be a thorough review so buckle-up. Firstly, I absolutely love my new brows! I feel like they make me look 10 years younger, and I now can go back to just popping on some mascara and chapstick if I wanna go out to run a few quick errands. The shop is absolutely beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Parking is easy, as well. This is nothing like going to get a tattoo. Farah is extremely meticulous in her screening process, so if you're not a good candidate for permanent makeup, she won't do it... which I appreciate and respect. She goes over your medical history, addresses all skin issues (which she is incredibly knowledgeable of), and then explains the process in detail... always checking in to make sure you're comfortable with the coloring, shape, and next steps. I'm covered in tattoos, and I have to say, this didn't even feel like getting tattooed. She uses plenty of numbing analgesics, and the process really just felt like heavy scratching... not painful at all. Again, she constantly checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable and explains what she is doing as she goes. You're sent home with an aftercare kit and thorough instructions on how to care for your new look. My brows were sore for about 24 hours, but I stayed on top of cleaning them and using the aftercare ointment, and the mild soreness wore off very quickly. If you stay within the timeframe, you even get a complimentary touch-up. Again, I'm thrilled with the results, as Farah is a true artist with a passion for making people feel better about themselves. I've been to this Sephora location twice now and both times I was treated in a way that felt…read morediscriminatory. On my recent visit, I was browsing normally, wearing casual attire and not a single employee greeted me at the entrance. After awhile in the store, multiple employees started approaching me repeatedly to ask if I needed help. I politely declined however they continued to stand near me and watch me closely while I shopped. Anywhere I went in the store, the employees would follow me and watch me as I browsed the products on the shelf. It was very very uncomfortable. Like this is totally unnecessary and invasive. I noticed the employees did not behave like this towards other customers in the store. Perhaps they targeted me because of being a person of color while the other customers were not. Because of these repeated experiences, I no longer feel comfortable entering this store. I will avoid this location altogether and won't ever come back. Racial profiling is unacceptable, especially at a brand that promotes inclusivity. I hope Sephora takes this seriously and trains their staff properly to treat all customers with respect.
