Yet they were out of stock of all shades of the new Rare Beauty Positive Light Silky Touch Highlighters. They did have them there to check the shades which works for me. So it's up in the air whether it will be in stock but worth a try. They don't carry all brands, but it's most of the familiar ones like Make Up For Ever, Rare Beauty, Tarte, Too Faced, Milk, Estée Lauder, Laura Mercier, Fenty Beauty, Drunk Elephant, First Aid Beauty, Tatcha, etc. I'm just naming a few. I came in on a Saturday evening just was curious to look around. Ended up having a blast and tried plenty of foundations, found my shade and was able to Love it in the Sephora app so I could save it for later. They have the cleaning stations or the tools to try make up. Store is kept very clean. Staff was so friendly and checking on me here and there if I needed any help. Loved that it wasn't over bearing like actual Sephora stores. Will be back, definitely prefer over the mall!

I returned the item the next day unopened, un used and I had the original receipt. I was told I could not get a refund and my only option is store credit. Makes no sense. What if she doesn't want anything else which she doesn't. I refuse to purchase anything else from L'Occitane period because the sales associate who sold me the hand cream was not honest when I asked about the return policy and I don't respect that. She should have been honest and given me the opportunity to decide whether or not I want to purchase the item. She was dishonest just to make a sale and that doesn't sit well with me.

UPDATE: I returned for a fill-in and as noted before was greeted and sat right away after initial washing of hands.
