When other customers came in, she stopped in the middle of her work with me to help them which seemed a little rude to me. I forgot I had an allergic reaction one time from henna. She insisted the ingredients were all natural etc. and allergies were not a problem on the phone call. 6 hours later my brows were red, itchy, and swollen. Good service on brows, she seems skilled. Nobody answers the phone. Computer generated receptionist is not helpful. Left 10 message over 1 week. Finally I emailed corporate and someone called me. But then they apologized and said they would call me back and I got nothing. I don't know what is going on, but once I finally got into the store and it was different employees and different manager. I didn't get a receipt of my service and I realize after I left, they overcharged me. I'm trying to get a receipt emailed to me and of course I'm getting the runaround again with no answer. Sad but I will not be returning.
