The pain in my back was on and off for multiple years and before I went it was actually causing me to curve forward to relieve the pain. However, having had five treatments at Barefoot, my pain level has subsided by about 60% and considering my progress, over the course of several more treatments, I feel my pain will be alleviated completely. The only reason I am lowering my review is due to the cost and the fact treatment didn't work for me. The cost was explained very clearly up front- I understood that. Unfortunately I was told the area I needed treatment (we figured out via MRI) hadn't had much success for other patients either. It sucked because I spent well over a thousand dollars to receive treatments that didn't make a difference. I do appreciate Dr. Nicos honesty as he suggested I stop treatment since there was little to no improvement, it was just unfortunate I had to spend so much money to figure that out. But as mentioned, everyone was friendly, professional and I was aware of the cost. I took the risk, and was one that it didn't work for.

The "cleaning lady" literally doesn't clean the showers. She sweeps the floor, pours toilet cleaner down the toilet without wiping the toilet down and sprays some sort of lysol. For what you pay here, CLEAN YOUR NASTY locker rooms! The showers don't have items removed (old shampoo containers, tissues), dirty shower floor, dirty shower doors and mold on the shower heads (photos attached).
