Started my first experience with the signature facial . I can feel I was in good hands and she was highly experienced . Really brought needed attention to my skin and felt smooth took care of hairs and any cleansing ! She took care of my skin to the level needed and I had extra laser smoothing treatment for aging skin she said it was for tightening. , it's a bit far for me but I can see why it's popular . They had high end skin products . The women at desk were smiling and professional ! Then another day I tried the spa pedicure . She worked my treatment well ! The space is beautiful ! I had paraffin on feet and hands. I really needed it . Warmth on neck . It's a long treatment so it's special but it can be tiring . I asked to adjust the music to a comfortable station and level . They did. Landed on a Taylor swift Selene Gomez vibe and it was better actually perfect . I believe it's important to ask what you need. It took me awhile to adjust to the chairs yet i did . It's not as close to me but glad I checked it out. read more

I met a friend at this salon because it is near her house and asked for a pedicure with a sheer pink. They did not have the DND gossip girl that I usually go with, and the closest they could get was OPI ballet slipper. All I wanted was an almond shape and a little bit shorter, but the nails on both hands are different shapes and different lengths from each other and the gel wasn't even dry on the right side. Now I have to go back to my regular salon to get everything fixed despite how expensive this was. What a waste of 2 1/2 hours. I spoke with the girl at the front desk and they took down my phone number, but I haven't heard anything back from the manager. Stay far away from this place. read more

Never would I have thought I'd give a negative review. This has been my go to and I brag how each tech gives the same pedi. Until this week. I hate to call out a tech but this one was especially painful. I have physical scraps from filing the tops of my toes too aggressively and to add insult, got continued sanitation cleaner sprayed over and over adding to the burning. I believe her name is Patricia. Massage was barely given. Highly disappointed read more

Happened to be in the area so I made a quick appointment on a Friday night. The reviews online weren't so stellar so I was a little leary. When I walked in, the place was PACKED!!! The pedicure section. The nail section. All of it, packed. I was scurried right away to the waxing rooms which I was happy about. I was there early so I was glad I didn't have to wait. Allison had me in and out of that room in 10 minutes for all the waxing she did. I like this place a lot. Primarily because it's like a beautiful well-oiled machine. The prices are a little higher but some things are worth it. read more

I having been going here for years and I always feel welcome and the services are amazing!

I went for a gel manicure and came out with scratched palms and excruciating pain! Be aware , this lady named Eugene or Eunice even with gloves had long nails and would scratch your palms in the last step! read more

Third time was NOT the charm. My first visit, my UV Gel nails were filed thin, she wound up grinding them down a little shorter than I wanted (my fault for not catching that sooner) and the polish was sloppy. I'm not the type to complain and it wasn't really that big of a deal so I just knew not to book with her the next time. Second visit - I get Jenny. I tell her I didn't need much length taken off. She nods her head yes and proceeds in grinding my first nail down to the tip of my finger. I asked her not to do that and she laughed and said ok. A little while later she takes out an acrylic nail and I tell her that I don't have acrylic nails and I don't have any nails that need to be replaced. She laughs and nods. She then proceeds to take the acrylic nail and shoves it under one of my nails and rips it off!!! I yelped and I believe it was the manager came over to chat. As we were talking, she f'ing did it AGAIN!!! The manager stood there and saw what she was doing and looked at her waiting for her to say something and she said nothing lol. I mean this woman literally ripped layers of nail from me!! I had chosen a cats eye design and was really excited about it and thought at that point, surely nothing else could go wrong. Well guess what? They can't replicate the designs they display in their salon!!! And then when I did get annoyed that she couldn't even do a halfway decent design, nor could the manager even bother to get another nail tech over to fix anything - Jenny starts throwing a fit and complaining/cursing me out in her language. BTW salon owners - word to the wise, our phones can translate you now!! I was then charged an extra $10 for "fixing" my nails. I said nothing because really, what were they going to do. They did offer for me to go back over the weekend to get new polish, which was actually very cool. I did feel bad that Jenny was so upset because I think they're all put under a lot of pressure there and the reward is probably very little in comparison. I still over-tipped her like I do with any nail tech. So, because I'm clearly insane and this place did have so many good (and now I'm guessing fake/paid for) reviews - I decided to get a brow and lash tint. I went to Jai, who really was very sweet. I have old and faded microblading and very little hair covering it and she was honest with me about the tinting probably not working. She was right and I appreciated the honesty. The lash tinting looks great on the top lashes and the bonus is thanks to her incredibly sloppy work, it tinted my bottom lashes... And the skin underneath it. I've tried everything and I just have to wait it out until it just fades away. I look like a freaking burnout. Thank goodness for Haus Labs concealer! It's also worth noting that I left that place looking like a crazy person. She did not clean up my face properly at all. I'm lucky I didn't have dyed skin on the sides of my eyes and further down the front of my face. I was shocked when I got home - more so because I had stopped at the grocery store on my way looking like that! On top of that - brow/lash tint combo was supposed to be $50 as it says on the site when I booked it. Nope, the blonde girl said it's $30 and $30 lol. That's enough for me lol lol lol read more

Amazing gel pedicure with Olga. Place very clean. Highly recommend First time here. Will be back read more

We had 2 appts for gel pedicures. One person scraped your feet, great foot ands leg massage, hot stones. Put the moisturizer on the plastic on your feet. The other did NONE of those things. We didn't realize this until we were comparing notes about our pedicures. Feel like we were robbed out of our money and experience. This is not right. read more

I've been coming here for years, the pedicures are fine, people are nice. Although the prices for the spa specials are really good every time I go they are using their cell phones throughout the hour of my massage. I hear their phones vibrate then they use Just 1 hand or stop all together while texting their responses.. pretty much the entire hour! If it was like once I'd probably let it go but it's been every single time and it's throughout whole session! There should be a no cell phone policy while they are doing a spa services just like other places. read more

Manicurist was not friendly, no conversation and made a comment about where I put my sandels. She didn't even say thank you for your business... Not worth the money. I was not even asked to choose my nail polish color. She just got nail polish from front desk. Overpriced. read more

Appointment only spa and salon which helps keep things humming! Kristen, the manager, is great at making sure you aren't sitting too long and that you are satisfied with the service. Heather does a great gel fill and everyone else I have seen has been friendly and more than capable. I've had a facial by Grace who is also wonderful. The Ladies at reception are awesome. This is my second time going and they both were terrible experiences. The first time I spent over two hours for a gel manicure to just come out terrible. The lady filed my nails down to the point they were extremely thin and painful. The second time my pedicure was great but my manicure was terrible again. It was a different lady who was extremely rude to me. She got mad that I hadn't picked my color before sitting down and was completely rude, she told me the color I picked I shouldn't have picked it the polish was bad meanwhile the lady next to me said the polish was fine. She left my nails streaky and didn't let them dry leaving them marked up. I told the manager o was not happy and she told me "your nails look fine" I will never be going back here again. read more

I have been going to GRACE, who is absolutely wonderful. She is an artist! I had lost my entire thumb nail a couple of months ago, and after waiting patiently for the nail to start to grow back, today Grace was able to build me an entire new nail. So no more Band Aids on my thumb every day! Thank you Grace! She is the best. read more

Good for a pedicure but not good for an acrylic fill. Too thin and chip within days. Girls don't want to do them and do a crappy job. Have to get the right girl for a pedicure also. Some are better than others. read more

I went for a $95 facial. The girl doing my facial said I needed an acne facial.. meanwhile I have like 2 pimples on my face. who doesn't? She continued to DESTROY my skin. She pushed so hard with a tool and was even using her nails to try to extract tiny whiteheads that aren't even visible to the naked eye? I left with my skin being destroyed, so many marks that weren't there before. not to mentioned when I got to the front they told me it would be $130?? I would never pay $130 for someone to destroy my skin. She never even mentioned the upcharge? Do not come here, I will NEVER be back. read more

Love this place after my friend recommended them! They give wonderful pedicures that include the callus removal, hot stone and foot massage, and this lemon lavender oil treatment for $30. I also usually get a gel manicure as well and feel that do such a good job! For me, their gel manicures are a little pricey than other places ($35) but since I don't do my nails often, why not! If you choose mani/pedi combo, they knock off $2 off your total. If you choose gel mani/pedi combo, they knock off $5. They're gentle and efficient and the whole facility is so clean and organized. Staff are all very friendly and personable. I took my mother here for an early mother's day pampering and she loved it! Great gift idea for any occasion! read more

Love this place! Anne the owner so professional too. I WOULD recommend this place to anyone. Kudos!

been a customer since this place opened and it has definitely gone done hill. Ever since Ann the owner hired their new manage it's been horrible, not only have I witnessed her be rude to customers but also to her own staff. Where to begin? If only I could give more than 5 stars!!! I just moved back to the area and--hoping to find a new go-to nail salon--Paradise was the first place I tried. Normally, searching for the "right" fit takes a little trial and error, but it took one visit to Paradise to know I'd be returning. After a few months of regularly getting gels done by Jenny, I can confidently say this is the BEST nail salon in Morris county! Upon walking through their doors for the very first time, I was immediately greeted by the warmest welcome from the lovely ladies at the front desk. The space is gorgeous, sprawling, and often busy - understandably. But despite how many clients they see, everyone who works there does such an amazing job at honing in on *your* experience and ensuring that you feel cared for. That said, the best testament to every good word I have to say about Paradise, is my nail tech: Jenny! (Jenny if you're reading this, hi, you rock!). She always goes the extra mile in ensuring my mani exceeds my expectations, and she never ever makes me feel like a burden for speaking up if I want something different. And when she's not in the "zone", we talk and laugh together like longtime friends. It's so refreshing. I truly believe it's the little details in our interactions with people that have the power to make or break an experience. At Paradise, it's exactly these "little details" that keep me coming back -- and I plan to do just that for a long, long time. :) (Can't wait to try a facial at their spa! Which is the exact definition of an "oasis", fyi.) read more
