    This is my second experience at Jane's nails. The first time was an emergency cut and color change that I needed done in 30 minutes (because of work). They were so accommodating and took me right away. Today, I was pampering myself for my honeymoon. Once again, taken in right away. Offered me some hot green tea on this oddly cold April morning. The girl took her time with my gel manicure since my nails were damaged from a terrible acrylic set I had from another salon. She did an excellent job and my nails look great. My pedicure was also fabulous. My feet needed some TLC from being on my feet for 12+ hours a day. The salon is clean and the staff is incredibly nice. I definitely have found my new nail salon!

    This is our 4th time here for pedicures. I always use Carmen and my husband gets Lisa. Both of them are great. Awesome at getting my ingrown toe nails out with no pain. Shape and polish is always perfect. And they take their time on the massage.

    I travel and get gel manicures and spa pedicures in many places - NONE compare to Jane's! I love JOY and HELEN but all techs are wonderful!

    I followed Beautician Lynn from her previous location. She is a wonderful addition to this new…read morelocation. While on the highway, turn into the Spa parking lot BEFORE Sogo Japanese restaurant, or you will easily miss the salon. The front door is the diagonal door located on the left hand side. Any other door won't allow access in, and the stylists can't hear you knocking on the window as I had done. I got my usual balayage service and it came out wonderfully! Lynn is so talented, knowledgeable,and fun to chat with. I'm not usually chatty Kathy otherwise, but she makes it easy to become that while in her chair. The space itself if clean and spacious, playing the latest music tracks which creates a fun environment. They have a candy bar, and I hear they serve mimosas also. I will definitely be back. Just to advise about the drama of the other 1 star reviewers: it was negative 0 in NJ the week they had that incident. I heard that the pipes froze and broke hence all the water and the madness that ensued. I cannot attest to anyone's attitude or lack of caring however, anyone reading this should be concerned only with the results of the stylist work.

Some of the stylists are talented, but it isn't worth dealing with the owner, Ricky. After the salon entrance started flooding and water poured on the ATM machine & near the computers, which by the way - you should be grateful that ceiling tiles didn't fall on your customers and that a dangerous fire didn't erupt - customers had to drive with full foils in their hair to another salon for their expensive services to be completed. Fortunately no one got into a car accident while driving with foils in their faces. When the owner was called about the situation, he was confrontational and obnoxious. He is unprofessional and a disgrace of a business owner. No apologies, no concern or regard for others. He reluctantly provided a partial refund after bringing the customer to tears from screaming at her. Clearly the owner is lacking in both the intelligence and refinement departments. I personally went into Atelier Salon and left my phone number SPECIFICALLY FOR RICKY and told the girl at the front desk I needed to speak with the OWNER about recent service. Of course Ricky did not call me because he is spineless coward who is obviously running a circus. Instead, he had a female manager reach out to me who acknowledged in her voice-mail that I wanted to speak to Ricky, not anyone else. Cowardice at best. Ceilings falling down are not an act of God (Ricky's words) - they are an act of negligence. Further, the majority of the reviews on here are a gross misrepresentation of the salon and actual service. At least 5 of the people who left glowing reviews are personal friends or family of one of the stylists here, which you will quickly discover if you look up their names on Facebook. Biased opinions are not an accurate indication of what your experience will be at Atelier. I will not name the stylist I am speaking of because I, unlike you, am not a bully. I will say shame on you, as a representative of Atelier, for endorsing the abusive behavior of your boss and making your friends write reviews in your defense when you had no involvement in the situation whatsoever (the review was solely about Ricky). If you are truly such a talented stylist then your reputation should not be tarnished by issues with your boss if you STAY OUT OF IT. Worse comes to worst you can go back to doing hair in your basement behind your boss's back as was always your modus operandi at your last job, which I'm sure you were fired from. Go to Atelier Salon if you want to support men who berate women. Actually don't go to Atelier. Go to Depasquale, All Styling Studio, Bliss, Eutopia, 7West, literally anywhere else. P.S. - the owner's response to Kristin's review on Google is a JOKE. She said Kelly did a wonderful job on her hair more than once. Clearly your reading comprehension is as substandard as your customer service. P.S. #2 - Glad you were taking videos andd pictures of the leaking ceiling instead of ensuring the safety and comfort of your customers. P.S. - #3 Kristin's review had nothing to do with any stylists, including the one that did her hair, or any other employees. It was solely about how unprofessional Ricky is. Your responses in Google are reinforcing this opinion and proving it as fact.
