I went to check this place for the first time since it had great reviews. I am so disappointed!!!!! Gel manicure took only 20 minutes including hands massage. It looked exactly as it supposed to look if somebody does in such hurry. I paid $30 plus tip, went home and understood that i cannot go to work with such nails. I came back, waited for 45 min and my nails got redone. Unfortunately the first lady cut them too short and uneven - it cannot be repaired easily. Terrible service and quality. My gel manicure chipped off a few days right after I got my nails done. The nail tech couldn't even understand any design. Gel pedicure was painful, and she soaked my feet in a nasty water. It was not clean at all. This place looked unsanitary. They use very old tools. I'm from the Bergen county area where there are great nail salons all over the place, but this exceeded my expectations! Everything from the owner (Lisa) to the atmosphere was amazing. The owner was so sweet and personable and did a fantastic job on my nails. The staff was amazing as well. I did a gel manicure, which usually chips within a few days, however the Gel they use here is great quality and long lasting!! I also got a manicure and they used paraffin on my heels and took their time doing my nails. Went in for a pedicure and manicure, came out with a cut on my toe, a polish job that my 6 year old niece could have done, (but better) along with the dirt underneath my fingernails that I came in with. ( yes dirt, I'm a landscaper). What the heck was she cutting? Seriously! BTW, All professional manicurists should know you don't cut the cuticle on the toes, no one has cuticles on the side of their toe. I Have gone here for 5 plus years, I have been happy here until recently. They raised the gel manicure by 5 dollars when they reopened after covid and dropped the chair massage. Ok I understand, but the little things that set them apart from other salons are no longer present. Tried a new place close to work to make my life easier . They charge the same, not driving out of my way and they do a paraffin hand treatment and chair massage! its not that they did anything horrible, its that they really aren't doing anything to keep me going back anymore! read more

And now I'm back to square 1. Went with my mom for two regular manicures and we both walked away very highly disappointed. Again, very quick service, but NOT in a good way. The techs felt like they were rushing and didn't take their time, and it shows. My nails are all a different length and the "round shape" isn't consistent. We both also walked out with bubbles in our polish, and the techs didn't paint over the edges of our nails so after a mere couple of hours, I already have a small chip. This is not a review of the services at the salon..just the scheduling process. I walked into the salon and asked whether any of the technicians had time to do a pedicure. Admittedly, I walked in on a Saturday morning, but was told that someone would be available in 15-20 minutes. I had no problem waiting. Then 25 minutes later, I was asked whether I could come back in an hour. I said that I could and ran a couple of errands in the meantime. When I went back to the salon, I was told that no one would be available at all. I know that Saturdays are busy at nail salons, but I wish I had been told when I walked in that it would not be possible to accomodate me. Yes, yes, yes, yes yes..... FINALLY... The perfect nail spot. I've only lived in North Jersey for a couple of years and I've tried over 10 places. Some were ok, some were HORRIBLE... but none that I could call "my nail place"... until I discovered Orange nails. Less than 1 minute from my house and I JUST LOVE IT THERE. Mon-Wed is $25 for mani and pedi and they are just delightful. It's not the typical, wash, cut, file and paint... The do the extra stuff that we love so so much.... Softest brush ever over feet and legs... wax bag for heels... hot towel for legs (and hands if getting a mani) and the massage at the end! And BTW, my manis last over a week every single time. No gel... just regular mani. Over a week. The salon is spotless and they're just pleasant. The music is also always soothing and nice. The owner is great. So polite and really takes care of her place and customers. I considered it a best kept secret and hope it doesn't start getting overcrowded on days that I go, but they really do deserve this 5 stars. read more

Such a great, clean place! I took a late lunch to get my nails done as I wouldn't have any time to go during the weekend, and they were so accommodating. A great selection of new, trendy gel polishes and they took me right away. I was in and out in under an hour, and that was including the removal of my previous gel manicure. The manicure itself was average and the tech did a very neat job but left my cuticles very sore and peeling. First thing that I'm impressed was the number of staff- their were plenty of workers ready to services their customers (which is something I loved) I have been to salons before where they ll are under staffed and you have to wait. I received both a pedicure and gel manicure service. The pedicure was thoroughly performed and tools were clean!!! The gel manicure was precise and neatly done. She gave me 3 coats of polish to secure in the color as I told her I was going on vacation this upcoming week! So i live about 45 min from this place. I came here to visit a friend and needed my feet done as well. As i was driving spotted this little gem since it was the closest to my destination. I walked in an notice this was a nice but small nail salon. This nice Chinese looking lady greeted me, she was really nice and told me to pick my color. I must admit, their color selection was very limited but i chose a pink color. Even though a pedi is a few more dollars expensive than my normal spot in union county, it was worth it. I've been here 3 times and have left extremely disappointed every time. I always schedule an appointment with another technician but somehow always end up placed with the owner. She is always rushing and ends up leaving me with a terrible manicure. All three times I have either left with bubbles in my nails, painfully cut cuticles or just a bad gel manicure. I'll show you a photo of my latest one. The paint doesn't even reach the end of the nail completely and she painted on my skin as well. Overall not pleased.
