This place is in a great location and the staff is nice. However, the services are very inconsistent. I usually get a pedicure. It usually takes about 35 minutes. Today, I was in and out in 20. Hi my daughter decided to give this place a shot. We live in denville to support the locals. 1 - we are new to the salon and didn't know where to sit. The receptionist def saw us standing there by the door for 10 or so. Than I had to ask where to with my kid. 2- I'm a licensed cosmetologist and as far for hygiene you need to soak at least for 5-10 min. State board rules! 3- Ricky laughed at me because I asked for a 5 min soak. I will def not come here again and pray that I don't get a fungus. 4- I work with clients and I speak Spanish and never talk in front of my clients a different language. read more

I have been to this salon probably 3 or 4 times, and I can tell powder dip gel is their specialty. Every technician I have gone to has done a fabulous job! They pay attention to very fine details and make sure your nails are perfect. The salon is one of the most beautiful in New Jersey, and the owners are incredibly attentive to their clients. Best part is I haven't had to make an appointment yet. They are either not that busy since they are still new or they have adequate staff. I would highly recommend trying this place out! P.S. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program. You get 2 percent back if you pay with credit card and 6 percent back if you pay by cash. If you spend approx 70 bucks a month, you could get a free SNS manicure in 10 months! Their prices are average for this area. SNS is 40 and extensions cost you 8 bucks more. Came ger for a regular mani pedi. I didn't even want color, just for them to cut my nails and clean them up nicely. The pedicure was great. The guy who did it did a great job and was really nice. Then they sent me to someone else for the manicure. She didn't ask me what kind of shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut. She just filed them and pushed my cuticles back and told me I was done. It probably lasted less than 10 minutes. I just walked out and looked at them. I noticed several of my fingers were bleeding, my nails are actually jagged and sharp, and there is still dirt under them!! She didn't clean them up at all and did worse that I could've done at home. I can't imagine a simple manicure without even using polish could be done so badly. I really never write reviews but this is something so insane I had to do something about it. Though I really enjoyed the pedicure , I don't see myself coming back here. I don't want to risk having this experience on my toes. read more

Warning Very poor quality of nail service! The quality of service that I received the last time I went for my nails was terrible. I got a regular gel manicure and pedicure and my nails broke only a few days later. My nails are now damaged, weak, and brittle. I'm very disappointed . My nails were perfectly healthy prior to getting my nails done because I was wearing them natural for the past year and half. Didn't have a good experience here. Got home and realized my nails were thick, clumpy, lopsided, and unevenly shaped. Didn't have a chance to even look at my nails because of the rush and confusion at the end. Made an appointment and when I arrived they said I would have to wait an extra 30 minutes because the previous customer arrived late. Once I got there I told them I wanted an acrylic fill in it and they agreed. I asked the nail artist what the difference between UV gel and acrylic was and and she said she didn't know, which I think should be common knowledge for a nail artist who does both. When it was time to pay they charged me $10 extra for getting UV gel when I specifically asked for acrylic, not gel. She put gel on me without even asking, and I was charged for it. Star ONLY for massive polish selection and clean bathroom. To begin the front desk personnel are not even the tiniest bit friendly to the point of rude. Really off putting, a smile goes a long way girls. I got a basic manicure, my nails were cut so short they hurt. Polish is not put on very well, there is polish left on my skin at the end and sides of my nails on several fingers. No hand massage, certainly no shoulder massage. This place is a stylish trendy place to get all the latest styles when it comes to nails. They are willing to try any sort of design that you show a picture of. I wanted a nude matte nail with a design, and when I showed them the picture they went above and beyond to come as close to the picture. They did charge $5 extra dollars to add a matte top coat, and $5 for a small glitter design on two nails, making my gel manicure $45. This is definitely expensive and the reason I took a star off. I can rationalize adding $5 for both but $10 was just too much. I also noticed that the cheapest pedicure is $30 which is the most I've seen in this area. It is a very nice clean salon and the staff is helpful, but just beware that it is not an economic place. EDIT. My nails chipped within the first few days despite getting a gel manicure. Additionally, the $5 extra I payed for a matte topcoat was garbage because the very next day my nails were back to glossy. read more

Desperately needed my nails done for the weekend but the first two salons I normally go to were closed. Saw that this place closes @ 8 & was extremely happy to get my nails done here. She didn't really take out the cuticles and after my nails were polished, she tried to take a few was sticking out. Have been going to top style for almost a year. Was treated so poorly today that I will never go back. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and I was told "they will do nothing for you." It's a classic situation of having an appointment and they choose to take other people over you. I sat there for 45 minutes with my hands soaking and then was lied to repeatedly about why no one could do my nails. The place is not cheap and the cleanliness has gone downhill. Now that the customer service is abysmal, I won't go back. It's also the kind of place where they gave people not fully trained who cut the cuticles until they bleed. I was charged for coffin which is five dollars more, these nails are clearly square. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! I have never felt so uncomfortable in any line of business I've been into. I called ahead to make an appointment and mentioned if it was ok if I brought my own gel nail polish base (rubber gel nail polish) which I was told was ok. I sat with my nail tech named GRACE who I mentioned, that I did not want that machine to be used on my nails, since they were already very fragile, instead to use acetone like I normally do to take them off. Then she tells me that I will be paying extra for this service (an extra $8), I also told her that I had brought my own gel base that I wanted to use and tells me that I will be paying extra for that as well (an extra $10). Through out my whole time being there Grace was abruptly harsh as if she did not want me there as a customer. She kept speaking to her coworkers complaining about everything as if I wasn't there. She definitely skipped nail prepping procedures to get me out of there. My nails came out super clumpy and out of shape, never in my life has ever happened. I had referred a friend to come with me hence I been to this nail salon before (far different experience, which is why I referred her in the first place) and she herself told the front desk lady that she was not coming back ever again and the lady could of cared less. Since she also was getting charged extra for picking a range of colors for her nails, something thats normal at any other nail salon. Even after we voiced how unhappy we were, nothing was done to make us feel at ease or accommodate us (no discount was giving).
