Friendly staff, beautiful, clean, relaxing space. On a Friday morning, it is very busy, yet somehow still quiet. I've been very happy with my nails, and manicure lasts awhile. They are cautious with Covid, administering temperature checks upon arrival, installed plexiglass partitions, and have hand sanitizer out in abundance. I have visited now 3 times. Once, treated myself to a back rub, and it was excellent. I plan on becoming a regular. read more

The experience was great until I went to check out. The prices I found online were not what they charged me. When I went to go pay, I was expecting to pay $50 for a set of tips and ended up paying $115. I was in complete shock and the person who checked me out told me that what I found online was outdated. I felt completely deceived and wouldn't have gone to get my nails done there if I had known the price. I've never paid that price for nails before in my life and will not be going back. read more

I brought a bridal party to Oasis Nails & Spa based on recommendations from two different friends, and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our entire group. The spa was clean and we each had a brand new set of utensils that were opened in front of us. Personally, I feel that $37 for a mani/pedi is a bit expensive, especially when you can get cheaper deals on sites like Groupon, but I really did enjoy this experience and plan to go back for the occasional treat for myself. read more

Normally I go every season to treat myself to a relaxing spa pedicure and once in a while a mani. This time I took my sister, I wanted to show her my favorite nail salon. I work in the spa business and I recognize good service. People who really care about making you feel pampered and comfortable. Unfortunately my nail lady really didn't seem to like her job very much. She rushed my service. She really didn't want to talk to me .. when I asked questions and skipped steps into my manicure just to have us finish in time. This nail salon is priced higher for upscale service and I felt I was jipped. My sister loved her service with Esther who I normally see. She's always so kind! I was looking at getting my nails done for a special occasion recently. Being new to the area, with about 8 nail salons in walking distance, I chose Oasis as they always seem to have a steady influx of customers whenever I pass by. I was very happy I did! The salon is spacious, bright and comfortable. They have a large staff and everyone was very friendly. They offer a menu of services including various spa pedicures, waxing and massage in addition to just standard nail services. There was an excellent selection of polish colors to chose from (including Essie and OPI). I was blown away by the service I got with the basic spa pedicure and manicure though! They not only massage your feet, but also treat you with a hot stone massage on your legs. Also, while your nails are drying, they give you a shoulder massage which is a nice extra! I was very pleased with how my nails turned out and the manicure held up for at least a week. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the level of service I received. I didn't have to wait long for my service early afternoon on a Friday, but at busy times, be prepared to wait if you don't have an appointment! First time ! My usual manicurist was not in the salon. So figured today would be a good day to try and find a back up salon - just in case. I like the fact I wasn't rushed to "Pick a Color". maybe I just picked a good day since it seems to be a slower day. I like to get regular manicures and I am pretty anal about the cuticles being cut clean. Anywho , the woman who 1st started on my just filed my nails , really not into any shape & my cuticles were alright. I not only had to switch seats but another lady started working on me and of course the 1st thing said want to pay now ? -Didn't realize you can't write the tip on the CC receipt and didn't bring cash and overall not 100% satisfied for a first visit to the salon. Went in today for a pedicure, I have to say, this was the best pedicure I've ever had. We were worried because there were three of us and it was the day before Mother's Day. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to accommodate us right away, the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. Enjoyed a nice neck massage while our nails were drying. Since change of management recently I am sad to say this is no longer the Oasis that I loved. My experience this last time was less than stellar. Everything felt impersonal and rushed. Barely any time spent on massage or foot care. She cut my nails so quickly, rubbed some cream in, slapped on some nail polish, and shooed me to the drying chair. :( This place was so much better than this. Wow what happened to this nail salon! It has gone way down on their service and not being kept up. They cut too far into my daughter's cuticles in 3 spots and the owner just said sorry, hugged my daughter and blew kisses! Not acceptable and a gift card should have been offered. Also noticed the chairs are worn out and need immediate updating. Also very overbooked and the staff is rushed. Just found a new place and my other daughter went today. I've been here before and had a decent experience but last week I had one of the worst pedicures ever. The girl who did it was so nice but she rubbed the skin around my toenails raw with the emery board, caught me with her nails as she massaged the bottom of my foot, and then bent my pinky toe back so far that the skin underneath tore. I had my young daughter with me and was running late for another appointment, so I regrettably didn't say anything at the time, but I should not have paid for this service. read more

I most recently moved into the Boonton Township area and was looking for a salon for my mother and I to get a manicure and pedicure for my daughters wedding. The staff was very friendly and the salon was very clean. My mother and I requested silk wraps which looked very pretty. Approximately two weeks after our appointment my mother began feeling a great deal of pain in one of her nails. I immediately took her to another salon to have her tips removed. When the silk wraps were removed we were told that the nail bed was cracked when the silk wraps were applied! ! Mom is elderly and I was very concerned about her developing an infection. Our final trip was to our family physician because as we all know this can be a dangerous situation. I have had my nails done for 17+ years and in all the years that I have had my nails done I have never heard of this happening. Needless to say we will not be returning to Oasis Nail and Spa. read more

I have been to this nail salon three times.The first two times I had my gel manicure done, they did a great job. But the third time my gel manicure was done horrible. i asked the nail to make sure she puts nail polish as close as possible to the cuticle so the gel manicure can last longer. But instead she made a horrible mess. nail polish was allover my cuticles and the nail polish was bubbly. It was not what I expected for 35 dollars. read more

I have only gone here 3 times and have never been disappointed. I have just been getting shellac manicures there, and they really take their time to make sure your happy. I guess it depends on which manicurist you go to, but Sunny randomly gave me this aloe vera hand massage. That only has happened to me there once. What I LOVE is that they always give you a little back massage too. I gave the woman who did it a tip and she looked at me like I had 5 heads. Very clean facility and they open new tools right in front of you. I gave 4 stars because a month ago I paid $25 for a shellac and today they charged me $35. I guess they raised the price. read more
