The male owner loudly berated my girlfriend in front of the entire store for "not tipping," while she was literally in the process of paying and about to leave one. It was aggressive, humiliating, and completely out of line. No customer should ever be put on the spot like that, especially over a voluntary tip. This wasn't a misunderstanding, it was a deliberate decision to shame a customer in front of others. If this is how the owner treats people, it says everything you need to know about this place. There's free parking located next to the building, so it's easy to access and hassle-free. You pull up and just walk in the door. Once inside, the vibe is friendly, serene and relaxing. The owners, Josephine and Roseanne, are super friendly and talented. The hair care services are beyond excellent. Josephine is a gifted stylist and a truly fabulous colorist. I won't trust my medium length blond locks to anyone else. My hair looks beautiful and healthy, and I always receive compliments on it. Roseanne is a wonderful nail technician and her pedicures are great, too. The pedicure room is private, with two chairs. The only downside is that Salon Euphoria doesn't take credit or debit cards, but checks are OK and of course, cash is always welcome. Our entire family has been going to Salon Euphoria for years. One nail was lifting, I had noticed it the day prior when I hit it against a wall cleaning, so I knew that had to be replaced. He ripped off 3 others which did not need to come off, they were painfully lifted by his thumb nail. All the nails he removed had visible removal of my natural nails. I use acrylic and my nails were my own. He was aggressive with the filing and moving my hand around. Then sent me to the lady there to get them painted, I always do a glitter color, only one application of top coat was applied which means my nails are all bumpy. The kicker was the price I paid,normally it is $40 , a full set costs $50 for reference, he charged me $55. Again I love this salon and the ladies that are there, I will never go on a Sunday again! So sad by this experience and lack of consistency.
