The vibe wasn't the best and it felt more of a chore like gesture for them to complete the service on me . My massage was just a lotion on the hands and I just felt undervalued especially for the price. Not to mention I went in with gel and asked for it out but didn't get it on my toes and just tried to play team because the tech was sweet. But I just feel like as a tech, you should be honest if something cannot get done or you should suggest how to do it , not ask me who does not know much about the colors that are in the nails. read more

I agree with the last 2 reviewers . I went today . The worse pedicure I ever had. The prices went up too much and the pedicure was horrible. She scrubbed my feet less than a minute . I actually told the callus was still there. Another 30 seconds she scrubbed. I should have told them how horrible but I was with my daughter and didn't want to make a scene . My daughter also said the pedicure was horrible . Off to find another pedicure place . Will not return . All the original people who worked there are not there anymore. Would rate 0 stars but that is not an option. I asked for a simple design which required two circles and two LINES. However, they did not comply. The man rushed me and was picking up PHONE CALLS during my appointment. Then, about a year ago my family member wanted to use a gift card her brother got her for Christmas and they said she could not use it before the holidays, even though it said that NO WHERE on the giftcard. Finally, just 2 months ago i asked for a red solid color and they, once again did not comply, and gave me a TOTALLY different color. The pedicure was lack luster and the new employees don't have a care for the customer experience. The place really needs a spruce up , chairs are old NOT a spa . I have been going here for more than four years, but I will not be going back again. The technicians get annoyed if you ask them to do or "fix" something. It seems that they're always rushing, rather than giving your nails the service and care they need - and that you're paying for. However, they think nothing of making you wait (and wait) for them. In addition, the little things like the shoulder massage and hand massage have disappeared. The salon's manager is rude and has an attitude. I am truly disappointed that Luxury Nails has gone so far downhill - it used to be a five-star establishment. read more

Iv never wrote one of these reviews before but my experience was so horrible I felt the need to worn others. Today I went to get UV gels and a pedi with my mom,aunt, and grandma to start it off he had me separated from all of them the whole time. (Annoying but fine) then I had to wait for my pedi to start why everyone else I was with was finished with both their mani and pedis. Obviously I'm upset at this point but whatever I was happy to just be able to get my nails and toes done again. When I go to pay HE CHARGES ME $100 FOR A UV GEL SET! (The sign specifically says $60) if they are going to be charging such a crazy unreasonable amount they should worn you before they start! Now i understand times have been tough but $100 that is just robbery.!! On top of it all his attitude the entire time was horrific.I will never go back there again and I hope I can save someone the horrible experience. read more

This place was really fantastic the first time I went. I came in on a Tuesday, but it was still winter break time so the place was still a bit crowded. I was promptly seated even though it was busy, and a woman came over to give me a gel manicure. I showed her a picture of a relatively difficult design and she made it come to life immediately with no issues. During the appointment, they turned several people away because of their lack of staff, which is unfortunate because their services are so great! For this experience I would definitely give 5 stars and I believe my manicurist was named Lisa or something similar to that. The second time I wanted to come in, I called to make an appointment for later in the day, but it was a Saturday and the place was even more busy. They told me I could come at 4:15PM and when I got there, I was seated for maybe 25 minutes before they called on me to sit down for a pedicure. The pedicure was fantastic and the foot rub was AMAZING. However, when I went to sit for my manicure, she shaped and cleared the cuticles and put the first clear coat of gel on, before the manager quickly moved my seat and changed the woman Lisa who did my nails last time and placed me with another manicurist. This was just a bit odd. Overall, each time I get my nails done, it is truly fantastic. You should definitely make an appointment in advance and if you have the opportunity to come on a weekday, it is definitely better and more relaxed. Idk what it was. My mom and sister got their nails and it look great. However, with mine it was horrible. The lady was not nice and rushed through everything. My toes have paint on the skin. And some spots missing paint. My fingers are missing spots and there is a hair in my nail from the lady. On top of that she scrubbed off a scab that was almost healed. When I sat down for my manicure she said pay now and I said oh let me text my mom she has the money and she got all panicked. They don't listen to anything you say either. This is the most sanitary nail place I've been to - the foot tub is lined with plastic that they throw away after every customer. Their nail stuff is sanitized. And Mayda is my favorite. I got a mani-pedi this past Saturday and have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Daniella spent a lot of time with my pedicure and massaged my legs and feet thoroughly. It was extremely relaxing. Clara did my manicure and was very patient and skillful. The Spa is clean, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities. It is very pretty and the owners are polite and friendly. One thing I forgot to add was that both services were done by different individuals. It might be a matter of personal preference, but I feel it is easier when it is the same person especially with regards to tipping. read more

The pedicures are the absolute best! You get a shoulder massage at the end of each service which is my favorite part! Dyana does a fantastic job with the gel manicures and Maria does just as well on pedicures. I typically get a spa pedicure when I visit this spa. You can't go wrong with visiting here!
