Powder and leftover product were all around my fingers, my nails weren't properly buffed, and the overall finish was sloppy. I went back inside to have Fatima fix them but they still weren't right. Sam also tried to correct them, but unfortunately, the result was still unacceptable. Please look at the photo!! What's even more concerning is the decline in cleanliness. The salon simply does not feel clean at all. During my last visit, I saw a bugs crawling across the floor, and I've become increasingly uncomfortable with how the equipment is cleaned and maintained. My last pedicure left me feeling very uncomfortable about the sanitation. My daughter also developed what appeared to be a nail fungus after getting her nails done there, and I have serious concerns about whether the salon was a factor. I've been coming here for almost two years, so I considered myself a loyal client, not just another customer. That's why it was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to be allowed to walk out with my nails looking the way they did. Unfortunately, I will never return. I do not recommend this salon.
