‼READ TO SAVE YOUR MONEY‼ I went in for a lash lift and tint, as well as a brow tint(got coerced to…read moredo lamination), and was really disappointed. The girl who did the service was nice, but the overall experience fell short. It felt like I was there forever -- I arrived at 11:30 and didn't leave until 1:30. I've usually gone to Brittany or Luciana, but since they're no longer there (which is sad because they were great), I gave this new girl a chance. Unfortunately, my lashes barely held their lift after few minute of driving away (5 mins) and didn't even look tinted. They just looked like my regular lashes. The brows came out decent, but she did some waxing and cutting, which I hadn't asked for, now one tail is shorter than the other and thinner.. there goes months of growing. To make things worse, I ended up with a burn! I wasn't going to pay $175 for this, so I went back and asked for a refund for the lashes at least. It's a real shame because the place was great with Brittany and Luciana. I wouldn't be surprised if they left because they weren't treated well and made their own business. The girl who worked on me even mentioned she only had THREE MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE, which really showed. Brazilian Beauty shouldn't advertise services they're not qualified to provide. Sadly, my eyes hurt now, and I wish I didnt even get coerced to do brow lamination wasted half my day for nothing. I LOVED this place but can no longer recommend or support.

Everyone I interacted with at the salon was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival, which made me feel more at ease about trying a new location. At just $10 for threading, the quality was great.

I said I wanted long layers and only 1 and 1/4 inch cut. I ended up with more than 14 inches cut off and short layers. I measured it and on the shortest layer she cut off 14 inches! My hair looks like a mullet and is going to take years to grow back. Not only that but the layers that were cut were not the same on both sides, one side is 2 inches longer than the other, all together a disaster of a haircut that looks like diy haircut that a 4 year old did. Does not understand the concept of long layers and blending and actually making your hair even. Will not be returning ever and will be hiding for more than three years till it grows back. They were great, and were able to take me with just about an hours notice on a Tuesday afternoon. Upon showing up, I waited for a good half hour as they finished other patrons who were already in stylists chairs, so perhaps the appointment should have been scheduled for later in the day. I really wasn't thrilled by this point, but my mind was quickly changed when I met Melissa who, I think, did a great job. Granted, I walked in with a Groupon wanting highlights and left with a darker (and $25 more expensive) do, but I do like it. Just beware that there will be up charges for the style that you might end up getting. I think I'll give this salon at least one more try in a couple of months when it's time for a touch up.
