I'm very picky when it comes to getting my nails done. I booked an appointment over the phone and got my nails done earlier this afternoon. The staff were friendly and patient with me while I chose my colors. I got a regular pedicure which was $30 and a curved line on my big toes. They said starting cost of the design was $5, but I don't think they should have charged me so much for the line on my big toes. When I asked the nail technician to redo one of them, she wasn't too happy about it but did it anyways. I get my nails done twice a year so I want them to look nice. I also got the dip powder manicure and that was $50. The total before tip was $85. I was planning to use this $5 off coupon when I checked into Yelp but they said they have nothing to do with Yelp and they will not honor it. That was a let down. They should talk to Yelp and take that down so it's not misleading. I gave her a nice tip because she was patient with me. Overall, she did a pretty good job. Would I visit them again? I'm not sure. They were a little pricey. I may check other nail salons in the area before going back. read more

My friend and I had a very nice time here! I was coming in for a pedicure, he got a haircut. When we walked in, they had coffee and treats for guests, which was a really nice touch. All of the staff were extremely friendly and it was a very comfortable experience! I'd return here again for services. read more

Walked in without an appointment and was greeted with great customer service and was whisked away quickly to get an amazing pedicure! Went with their silky milk spa special as I needed extra moisturizing and a good scrub. Excellent massage and relaxing atmosphere! Did I mention the excellent massage? Clean and bright atmosphere without the typical smell of nail polish or acetone you might find in small salons. Watched another customer walk in and ask for help with a toenail that she accidentally damaged last week. They were more than happy to help DOS it free of charge. That is outstanding customer service in my book. 7 pedicure stations and 4 nail, with and a large variety of polish colors and brands to chose from. Would definitely recommend coming here. Ample parking and next to a Dunkin' as well if you need a caffeine boost after being lulled to sleep/relaxation by the massage. Ask for Aaeyda, she is awesome! read more

Every time I go there I am always treated well. They always remember that I need a pillow for my back and I don't go that often. My nails always come out beautifully and their pedicures are just as good. I highly recommend them!! read more

Great job on my gel manicure. Heidyi took her time with removing the old gel polish. I did asked that she not use the electric drill (which is harsh to my nails). She obliged. I got a French gel manicure with ombre glitter on my ring fingers. Each step of the process, was definitely to my liking. H. was hesitant and asked on several occasions to view a picture I had on my cellphone of the design. She also asked one of the owners for help. No problem. H. did a great job. The white line on my tips were to my liking. Thin/subtle and not thick/gaudy. I like the decor of the salon and the relaxing music that was played. The televisions are an added touch of distraction. This was my first time here and I will return. read more

This was my first time here. I live in Morristown and have the hardest time finding a consistently good salon. Upon entering the shopping center it doesn't look the nicest from the outdoors but it is near a DD which is convenient. Once inside the salon I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean it was and updated. The employees working were very kind. I got the SNS manicure which was pretty good. It didn't last as long as other times. I would try a pedicure or gel manicure at this salon and see how that lasts in the future. They are doing a good job following covid guidelines. I felt very safe. read more

I got a full at of acrylic nails, and while I did like the end result, I have a couple issues. For the design I showed the nail artist, I was not made aware that it would be considered an acrylic French manicure which was priced at $100. That price compared to other nail salons in the area is absolutely insane, and I still felt that my nails looked 'fat' in the end. I wish the price was communicated to me when I showed the deign I wanted, because then I would not have chosen it. The inside of the salon is nice and clean, and the staff was friendly, but on this experience alone I won't be back. read more

Came here for my birthday and I have good things to say! This little salon is located on South Salem, right across from Pizza Hut in Dover/Randolph border. The salon is under new management within the past month. It seems like they're getting into the swing of things. They didn't seem too busy for a Saturday, but I actually liked that because other salons get too crowded during the weekends. Walking in, my first impressions were that it's very clean, neat, and staff were very friendly and polite. I had made an appointment and was seated right away. I got a gel manicure ($35) done and the ladies who worked on my nails were very attentive. They took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect and they did a wonderful job! The salon also offers regular manicures, pedicures, some waxing, and what looked to be chair massaging (the ones you see in the mall where you stick your head through). There weren't any prices posted anywhere, only verbal disclosure. Their prices seem reasonable compared to their competitors in the area. They take credit cards and there's no extra fees. There is a small parking lot for the plaza that it's in. Check in on Yelp for $10 off a gel manicure. The son of the owner was very nice in giving me extra coupons for next time. I would come back for my next nail appointment! They were great! read more

I am elated to write this review. I purposely waited a few days because it's been countless times where I loved my nails, but the application was so horrible that within 24hrs my nails were already breaking. One thing about me - I take pride in my nails being immaculate! I stopped by The Polish Studio last week due to the reviews from my fellow Yelpers (thank you) and I was immediately relaxed by the environment and space they created. Upon walking in I was greeted politely and directed where I can select my colors. It was a tad hot busy but no worry, every thing was organized; however the wait was long. I got a gel pedicure & gel fill / new set. The pedicure was to die for. The hot stones was by far my favorite part. My nails were cut and cleaned to perfection. Prior to my pedicure, Jenny filed down my gel set & reshaped my nails so I was ready for the new gel application. Jenny, thank you! My hands are flawless. The gel is evenly applied. The shape is perfect and even on both hands. I appreciate you even more for taking your time knowing the business was closing; you didn't flinch or show any ounce of stress that you needed to rush. I've been to this place a few times and they have done a pretty good job with my nails if you're going for simple designs and looks. I can't really say I've tried anything super detailed in terms of designs so I can't really speak on their techniques with regards to that. The place is nice, clean. I'd say the majority of the staff are friendly and will talk to you while you do your nails. I will say there are one or two who will say absolutely nothing to you while they do your nails unless asked a question. I suppose it's a matter of preference if you're interested in having nail techs converse with you during your service. All in all, I recommend and they are accommodating when you have a last minute appointment you want to make. read more

Had my first visit at this place today, and I was really happy with the experience. First of all, it is spacious and the manicure tables are spread out nicely. It's very clean, and all the tools that they used came out of sealed packages. I don't know if I've ever been to a cleaner nail salon. It was quiet and the music playing was relaxing. The people who work there are very courteous and accommodating, and they duplicated the manicure on the picture I brought in perfectly.I already booked my next appointment. read more

Walked in without an appointment and they took me straight away. I was initially going to get UV gel done but the owner was kind enough to take the time and understand what I was looking to do and suggested I go with the gel dip powder or just do an extension. She explained how the UV gel was a better option if I planned to keep it on and get it refilled which wasnt what I was looking for. The guy (sorry didnt get his name) who performed the extension service and dip powder was very nice and did an excellent job. Didnt rush through it but rather took his time! so happy with my nails!! Im new to the area so have been to 3 nail salons of which this one provided the best service!! read more

Needed to find a nearby nail salon, saw the reviews and pics and chose this spot...so glad I did! Lina and her husband Ryan were very professional. I arrived a half hour earlier than my appointment and although they couldn't take me earlier (totally fine, I over-estimated traffic), they didn't just leave me sitting there, they kept touching base with me. Lina did a great job on my mani and an awesome job on my eyebrows! I had one weird brow and she told me where I needed to fill in and not pluck, in order to maintain a nice shape. Very clean and modern salon, great color selection and good customer service. Found my new nail place! *Lina and Ryan took over the salon about two weeks ago, so earlier reviews refer to the old owner(s). read more

Got a gel manicure here a few hours ago and I'm thrilled! I've been going to Paradise for a while, but haven't been as happy with them. Actually went there first, but it was so packed I decided to try The Polish Studio based on the Yelp reviews and I'm so happy I did. Katie did a fabulous job and the neck and arm/hand massage was lovely. I didn't have any cash on me for the tip and she still smiled. I will be bringing it on Friday, but feel awful about it. I made an appointment thinking this would be my new place based on the reviews however I was not really impressed. I got a gel manicure and they scrapped the hell out of my real nail to get the gel off - hurting the integrity of my natural nail. Also, the cuticle cutter was not in barbicide or UV treated. This may be why the review from 2 months ago resulted in a infection needing an IV treatment. The guy who did my nails was very rushed and did not give a quick shoulder massage after, very turn and burn. Overall, I was not impressed. I will not be returning. read more

I had high praises for this nail salon until my last visit. The tech burned my upper lip with hot wax. She was fast and careless when waxing me. It happened so fast I didn't realize how severe the burn was until I got home. I returned the next day and the owner said, "sorry". I experienced several days of pain and I now have a large scab above my upper lip. BEWARE. No star for this experience. read more

My first experience there was absolutely wonderful. I opted for the deluxe pedicure experience which included a 20 minute massage, leg wrap, a thorough exfoliation and a warm hand treatment. It was complete relaxation and a very nice treat for my feet! Then I went for the dip powder nails and they came out perfectly! Just what I was looking for something nice and simple. Lina and her husband are so kind and so accommodating making sure you are comfortable the whole entire time. Their customer service was refreshing compared to other nail salons in the area. Great experience from start to finish! From the moment my girlfriend called to schedule our appointment a few hours before we showed up, we had a good feeling. She told me how friendly the girl on the phone was to her and was thrilled that she fit us in so quickly and easily. When we arrived, we were pleased to see how nice the salon was and were so happy that the owner and his wife were so friendly and welcoming. The manicure and pedicure we received was superb. And at a very fair price as well. The salon itself is very modern, with tv's everywhere to watch (on mute) while you're getting your service. They have very relaxing spa music playing, which was nice. The pedicure chairs are awesome, they are very comfortable and have built in massagers in them. They also line the tub of the chairs with disposable plastic so you are assured that each pedicure is clean and hygienic. My girlfriend's nails looked BEAUTIFUL (she's veryyyy picky and she loved them too). Workers in the service industry are usually so curt, as if they are doing you a FAVOR by helping you. We are patrons of their business, they should be warm, welcoming and friendly. Which is exactly what the owners of this business are. All of the employees were very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great overall experience. read more

Hidden gem! Found this place through a local FB group and am so glad I gave them a try. Very clean inside and following all safety protocols. Pedicure was one of the best I've had with a great massage to go with it. I also had my young son with me and they treated him like a prince. I enjoy coming to this nail salon. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing. Other nail salons have too many people gossiping, and I couldn't even relax. This place is an outstanding nail salon! Very clean and ALL of the personnel is very attentive and courteous! My initial appointment was an emergency need for a full set of tips and Lina fit me in when others had turned me away. They knew it would take them past closing time. Understand that Lina gave me the appointment knowing it would keep her past closing and I was so grateful. My nails looked amazing. I've been in multiple nail salons where someone tries to walk-in without an appointment, and they are turned away. While getting my scheduled pedi today, another women walked-in without an appointment and she was welcomed and ushered to a chair to relax without the feeling of being a burden. They politely explained that they had to attend to the individuals that had appointments first, but they would tend to her as soon as they could. I was in the area and as I was passing by I decided to check them out. The interior is very modern and clean but cozy at the same time. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as I walked in and they were able to take me quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. I got a gel manicure and I definitely recommend it. Sometimes when I get gel at other places, it comes out lumpy or very thick and my cuticles are a mess. I was very satisfied and most importantly love how smooth and shiny my nails look and feel! read more

Just moved to the area and was looking for a comparable place to the one back home. I have found it. Linda and Michelle are pleasant and a joy to speak too. If I came back here that frequently I'd be spending around $200 a month, maybe that's fine for the high class ladies in Morris county, but not everyone is rolling in dough.
