The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because one main reason I went here was for the fancy pedicure chairs that are pictured on their brochure but they were not there ! However the current chairs are cool... Was greeted with a hello and offered bottled water ! That was awesome, only got a pedi and they were very efficient doing all the extra things like wax on my heels and leg massage. One thing that was slightly different for me was there was no polish wall to stand in front of aimlessly lol ! The gels polishes are behind the staff chairs but you pick your colors from the nail swatches like you are getting a gel polish even for regular polish, seems legit. I knew I wanted white and she just grabbed it, the perfect white polish so no problems with the system. I will absolutely return. I have been going to nailtini for over 6 months for SNS dip powder nails. Kim does an amazing job. She is super fast but always get my nails done perfectly. She is so sweet and very experienced. So far they have always been on time and very accommodating. I have gotten pedicures here as well and they're great. Very reasonably priced, pretty and calm environment, and kind staff. My 2 star rating has nothing to do with the entire staff. I was really disappointed with my dipped powder nails. It was sloppy. My ombre nails weren't ombre except for one nail. I also walked out with multiple knicks on my fingers which hurt for several days afterwards from the drill being used on me too aggressively. I do not think I will be going back for some time. It is a shame one nail tech can push me away. She was really nice and tried her best, but not skilled enough. This salon is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone is friendly! UPDATE: went back for my third time. So when you walk in the front table has a bunch of those gel color sample pallets. I went through and picked one. They said great choice and then we started the gel fill in process. At the end once my nails are done they tell me the cost which is $10 more than my usual there. They never mentioned that what I picked was extra. At other salons if it's extra they write it one the pallet and will confirm it with you before going ahead. So beware. I would have never gone to this salon however the amazing Tina moved to this salon. Tina is amazing she is gentle and very detail oriented when it comes to doing nails. Nice place. Clean and tidy. Was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I found it here. A little hard to see from the street (there's a big hill and route 10 can get busy) but worth it for the experience. The staff was wonderful and actually made the clients feel at home. There is no crazy noise level either. All of the instruments used were either opened in front of me, or disposable. The Pedi chairs are new, and liners are used. new owners, atrocious looking nails, unsanitary practices, same prices ive been getting my nails done regularly for ~20 years and got the worst gel mani/pedi of my life here. they do not use new tools for each customer but just reuse whatever tools are lying scattered around different stations. REGULAR PEDI the tech doing my pedi barely knew what she was doing. she didn't know how to cut/file the nails (barely touched them even though it had been 5 weeks since my last pedi and my toes looked a mess), and didn't bother cutting the cuticles. the polish she started with was goopy so she wandered around the shop aimlessly, looking for and trying 3 other goopy bottles (not the same shade) on top of what she already painted. when she was done, my toes looked uneven, bumpy, and more misshapen than before the pedi. it was also the only time i had to cut my own toenails immediately after i got home from a pedi. GEL MANI the owner did my mani and she did not cut my cuticles before she started with the gel base. i dared ask if she was going to cut my cuticles and she gave me a long stare like i was stupid. then she said "after." she finished applying the gel polish and curing it, THEN proceeded to cut my cuticles. but she had already painted over them, so there was nothing to cut, and the finished product looked messy. i don't write reviews often, but thought i should warn others about my experience here so no one else suffers the same. read more

I have been going to Nailtini for a few months now and I have consistently had a great experience every time! I specifically get my dip powder nails done by Tina, and she is my favorite nail technician I have had on my nail journey thus far. She had helped fix my botched nails that were done incorrectly by another technician, and they look better than ever! She is very sweet and thorough, and will even help make recommendations to best fit my nails. I have always gotten the almond shape, but she recommended I try the coffin shape and I am so glad I did! Nails always last a month without chipping, and the color selections are great as well! The owner has also always been kind to me so I have always felt welcomed. I've been coming here for almost a year now and all the reviews about "bad nails" is simply because they do not speak up to the technician. How is a technician supposed to know exactly what you want if you don't speak? They aren't mind readers, they're artists. HOWEVER, I can say the owners are fabulous. They accommodate you to what you need, if you show them a picture you will get what is in the picture without fail. They are honest with you, they won't tell you that they can do something when they can't. (a lot of nail salons do this) They take their time which is hard to find in nail salons these days!!! They also keep the conversation going with you so that their is no "awkwardness", they laugh and joke with you as if you are family. The designs they are capable of are comparable to WAY more expensive salons around, but NAILTINI IS REASONABLY PRICED. I have NEVER experienced my gel polish "peeling or cracking" unless I'm the one picking at them. The prices fall right at the average rate, the inside is IMMACULATELY BEAUTIFUL, pedicure and manicure ALWAYS superb. People are the hardest critics on the internet, but 9/10 times they never say anything to the techs or owners and then rant on yelp. If anyone has ever had an issue, they stop everything and handle it. THEY CARE about their customers. I will always be back, I love them. read more

After I found out the timing for a set of tips would be over an hour, I asked her to just polish them to make them look somewhat presentable. The nail technician was extremely sweet and very professional so I don't want my review to reflect negatively on her in any way. However, when I checked out, the owner charged me $30.00. For a clear coat of polish. Nails weren't even long enough to file. Literally just a coat of polish...$30. I went elsewhere to get the tips put on later that day. The owner I presume was really sweet but the lady who did my nails had a bit of an attitude and rushed through my service (she did a bad job drilling around my nail bed). I got the dip powder manicure and had to go back twice for them to actually get it right, the girl who did my nails ended up skipping a step so the powder wasn't able to set correctly (note first picture). As my nails grew out I noticed how sloppily she did with drilling around the tops of the nails and they scratched very easily. My friend who came with me loved her gel nails however they started peeling that same day and by the end of the week they had all peeled off. I'm giving the two stars because the salon was clean and looked pretty. I really wanted to like it but I'm hesitant to go back again only to be disappointed. read more

I'm always greeted by Lynn and I've never had to wait for my appointment time. I have been coming here for years. Last time I went in Mimi told me she was leaving and where she was going. I lost the paper so I figured I would come back to nailtini since I have had other people do a good job on my nails. I don't know if it is under new Ownership but I didn't recognize one person. The girl did an ok job on my nail (besides my thumb being lumpy). I went to check out and it was 45. A fill is 35 but she told me 10 extra for long nails. I'm not one to normally review anything however, I am beyond disappointed with how this business handles themselves. I called and made an appointment and when I walked in, they accused me of not having one. My fingers were soaked in acetone for well over a half an hour, and less than 24 hours after service (6 hours to be exact) the top coat started peeling on my nails. I got a powder dip manicure and not only did the top coat peel but one of my nails chipped. I emailed the business with the email that they provide on their website six hours after service with a photo of my peeling top coat and did not hear back. I emailed again the next day and nothing. It's disgusting to me how they can take your money and not rectify a situation or at the very least respond to an inquiry. I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. read more

I've been getting stiletto gel tips for over a year and a half now, and I used to always leave my past salons unhappy and feeling like I wasted my money. I've gone to five different salons before finding Nailtini, and finding them has been an absolute blessing. Mimi has done my nails twice now and both times they've come out PERFECT. At previous places, I'd have to anxiously watch them as they did my nails just to catch any mistakes as stiletto nails are difficult to shape evenly and was never listened to when I voiced my concerns. It also would take usually 2-3 hours but here it's 1.5 max. With Mimi, I can just sit back and relax because I know they'll look amazing at the end. Not to mention she is very sweet and doesn't force conversation on you, so it's just an overall pleasant experience. The staff are all very kind and you can tell they know what they are doing.
