Having a muscle pull, she was able to truly provide relief. I have had many massages at many places at different prices, and this is one of the best at one of the most reasonable prices. The office itself shares space with both a doctor's and lawyer's office, but the massage rooms themselves are nicely appointed, quiet and have soft, pleasant, relaxing music. You can make appointments online, they text message, and they send emails, so it is easy to communicate with them. And they have an introductory rate for your first massage.

The waiting room was shared with different offices, so I could hear from the next door that this happens quite often. I waited there for half an hour, but nobody showed up and I was very upset. So, I called this spa later that afternoon. A lady answered the phone but didn't apologize for what happened. The worse thing was that she just told me to get a refund. Surprisingly enough, that was not the end of the story. After I found out that I cannot get a refund, I called the spa again to ask if there is any way that I can get a refund or use my coupon. But, she didn't even bother listening to what I said, just yelled at me and hung up the phone! I NEVER had this experience before!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, nobody was this rude in my life. I still cannot believe what happened. I am not sure if she had a bad day, but you cannot treat other people this way. Now I wasted my money just to get yelled at by a total stranger. Unbelievable.

What's unique about this spa is they customize the session to you. There is a list of treatments from which to choose. Sarah dedicated 30 mins to my back with special essentials oils. She really did a terrific job on the areas most bothersome to me. I feel so much better now and still smell the essential oils on me hours after the massage. I really don't want to shower. I will definitely come back.

I told her that I wasn't going to pay her, so she physically put her body in the way of my car door so I couldn't leave. I then got out of my car and walked to the street to flag down a police officer, she followed me there too, and told me that there's an ATM in the donut store across the street. So I pretended to go along with her suggestion and got in my car and left. The business has apparently gone downhill to the point that she has resorted to these strongarm tactics, which are nothing short of traumatizing.

The masseuse took her time and targeted all of my pressure points. From head to toe, it was one of best massages I've had. She incorporated hot stones. I didn't give them five stars, because I can hear another patron in the next room and I can hear banter amongst the staff. A bit disturbing. Overall, the staff was kind, the place was clean and no upselling. If I'm in the area, I'll stop by for some relaxation.
