I bought a coupon from Groupon and I went to this spa for an appointment, yet nobody was there. It was closed. I found another lady waiting for her appointment. The waiting room was shared with different offices, so I could hear from the next door that this happens quite often. I waited there for half an hour, but nobody showed up and I was very upset. So, I called this spa later that afternoon. A lady answered the phone but didn't apologize for what happened. The worse thing was that she just told me to get a refund. Surprisingly enough, that was not the end of the story. After I found out that I cannot get a refund, I called the spa again to ask if there is any way that I can get a refund or use my coupon. But, she didn't even bother listening to what I said, just yelled at me and hung up the phone! I NEVER had this experience before!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, nobody was this rude in my life. I called before buying my Groupon to see if they were available. The receptionist, with a frustrated tone, told me she tells everyone all the time to buy the Groupon before booking an appointment. I told her that I wanted to call before because I don't want to purchase one and not be able to redeem it at the time I wanted. She said, "Just buy it. Anyways we are open today". I found Massage Supreme Spa through Yelp, read their reviews and checked out their website. I called and the voicemail said to leave a message or go online to book an appointment. At around 3:00 this afternoon, I booked an appointment online for 6:30. I showed up 15 minutes early, as instructed by the confirmation email I received upon booking. Door locked. No answer when I knocked. No answer on the phone. I kept this up for 15 minutes until my appointment time and then left. Can't imagine I'd try to book again unless they have a really good reason for this experience. read more
