I'm truly confused as to how this place is still open. Read the reviews on google. They are known…read morefor hassling their customers for more tips. That's absolutely pathetic and unacceptable for a business to do. I knew when it happened to me it wasn't an isolated incident. They went as far as following a minor to his car to demand a bigger tip. Everyone here is unprofessional, and it starts from the owner. Read the google reviews and you will see the owner being rude to some, while giving the same tired response to everyone who left a review about them demanding more tips. The response was "we are sorry, customers typically tip 15-20% but it is ultimately up to them. We will do what we can to fix this". If it was up to the customers, then multiple customers wouldn't be saying the exact same thing about being harassed for tips. Clearly nothing is being done to fix it. Disrespectful and money hungry people that work there. They don't give magical massages to do all of that. Go to the other spa right down the street.

Long story short -…read moreI've been trying to get a refund of the unused $80 of $200 in gift certificates I bought pre-covid. 3 reasons: 1) the massages were mediocre at best, 2) nobody speaks english and I have 2 rods in my back so they don't understand my requests, the last straw #3 - the manager (Judy I believe) cancelled my 330pm appointment I made at 3pm - because 2 people walked in before I got there. FYI - I only went there again after my first time because I made the mistake of getting a "deal" by buying $200 in gift certificates. 1st video - Judy the manager incessantly yelled at me on Sept 12 when there were no customers there, she finally toned down after I started filming this. (she called me a racist because I asked for an english speaking masseuse) https://photos.app.goo.gl/jKZZdkATyEsFhfTm6 2nd VIDEO - Sept 26 - again I requested the refund which Judy said the owner was coming to give me. I left the place after 10 minutes of begging her to just give me $60 instead of $80 since she was busy with 2 customers (she denied it and let the customers sit through arguing). As I was walking out, the owner approached and assaulted me as my mother watched terrified. As my mother tried to get him off of me, I had to witness Judy punching my mom twice and holding her as the owner put me in a chokehold. He finally let up after I was able to get the camera on, but then he took the camera away from me. He told me to sit on the ground like he was a cop (and later I saw him show the officers a badge of some sort). https://photos.app.goo.gl/uLoBQ9hHvuQ5q6S5A

WORLD CLASS!! SIMPLY THE BEST! From the time I entered the…read morespa I could tell that I was in for a treat. I entered into a serene and nicely decorated environment that invited me into what would turn out to be the best massage ever. I was greeted by Massage Therapist Extraordinaire Marleny. From the start I could see that she had concern, thoughtfulness, and a true desire to make this an experience that I would not forget. She became immediately attentive asking for any concerns that I may have had, Any questions, and the areas on the body that I needed the most focus on. After the consultation, she took me into a therapy room that I never wanted to leave. Pure comfort and a sense of atmosphere created an environment that lets you know that she is intricate in each of her steps that lead to the treatment that will allow her to be the last massage therapist you ever choose. At that point she explained how she would initiate the massage treatment, asked which pressure interests you the most, and the celestial vacation begins. In that session I learned that Marleny has gifted hands. From your neck to your toes she does not miss a spot. You can speak with her throughout the session to let her know of any areas that you want her to concentrate on and she knows just the spot that you are talking about. She massaged out every kink and knot that I developed from my stressful life and did it with experience, care and those strong yet gentle magic hands. It is a miracle that the leg I had been having nerve and muscle issues with feels as though she has healed it. I never wanted my massage to end. I only sit and wait for my next one. TRY HER. YOU WILL NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE!

As small business owners ourselves, we understand that when a business is just starting out, the owners can get stretched pretty thin. To compensate for the volume created by the Amazon Local vouchers, Marleny took me on a Tuesday even though her sign says she is closed on Tuesdays. I appreciate that she made time for me! She asked me about points of tension and was very thorough about making sure i didn't have any injuries or illnesses before she massaged me. She took me to the "Egypt room" for my massage. Usually massage places go with an East Asian theme, so I appreciated the unique theme! She has great hand strength and was very diligent about trying to get the knots out of my neck and shoulders. I had a regular Swedish massage. In the past I've come out of a massage feeling super oily from the products used, which then tends to make me feel icky. Marleny's massage oil/lotion did not leave me feeling icky! The space is new and very clean and inviting. It faces JFK drive but I never heard any car noise. Overall it was a great massage and a very inviting space, and Marleny provided very good service. I think we will be buying a package of massages and make this a monthly event!

Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get out some knots or for recovery. Great service!
