I called and Tracy immediately picked up and I was inside. She asked me to remove my shoes and place on some shoes that were provided at the front. After that, she sat me down to do a quick intake. We spoke briefly for her to get an understanding of why I was seeking her services and we headed to the massage room. Tracy was great - she's very knowledgeable, great at conversation and made me feel super relaxed. As I was getting my massage she was teaching me a lot about my body! Some of the stuff I knew and some I learned, like how I favor my left side, making it a lot tighter. She focused on trigger points and the meridian points on my body and explained which organs/parts of the body they represented. I opted to add on the Hot Stones to my treatment for the day. I left feeling refreshed and very well taken care of. Also - not to mention, Tracy's spot is soooo beautiful and relaxing. She has a ton of plants in the front room & the second I walked in, I smelled the incense she was burning and complimented the smell. There is a sound machine in the room as well which added to the relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend!

The mother will answer the phone with a rude "hello" and if you don't start speaking within the first 2 seconds she will hang up on you. Once you call back and hurriedly get out that you're a paying customer her tone will COMPLETELY change while she gives you the dumbest excuse that you are there too early and they expects clients to only be 5 minutes early. This place is a complete joke and I will NEVER be back! Save yourself some time, money and embarrassment by standing outside of a dump like this and just don't go! I will post a picture shortly to show proof of the sign. Don't take my word for it call the number for yourself to see what I'm talking about....you'll be shocked!

Let's start with I thought my Groupon was expiring at a later date and I actually called the day my Groupon was expiring, YIKES! Carmen answered and advised she'd still book my appt being that the Groupon was valid on the day I called. I thought I was going to have to go to battle but she made the booking process super easy, breezy. All booked and ready to go, Carmen then texts the new address which is 133 Front St, Secaucus, NJ. The day of my original appt, I had an unforeseen incident, I texted that morning asking she contact me ASAP. Approximately an hour later Carmen gives me a call and again makes life easy for me. She rescheduled me with no qualms, which didn't have to be done. She could've clearly stated my Groupon was forfeited and kept my money, but she gave me the option of rebooking the best time for me. Whenever I purchase a Groupon I'm always apprehensive, especially if it isn't in my immediate vicinity and I can't do drivebys or drop ins before purchasing or having services rendered. My main concerns were noise because the spa is on a main street (I don't recall being disturbed by any outside noise), it being on top of a restaurant (thought I would smell the food, but I didn't) and parking (wasn't sure how many quarters I would need for the meter, 1 hr/quarter, BTW). So, here I am January 3rd, I walk up the stairs to the manifestation of one person's imagination, yup, apartment turned spa. Dim lighting, calming music and aromatic essential oils in the air. I sit down, fill out some paperwork and walked into my treatment room. I was then offered an add'l service of a body scrub for a nominal fee in addition to my body wrap and hot stone massage. After my scrub, wrap and shower I was taken to another room for my hot stone massage where there was a glass waiting for a Mimosa to be poured (confirmed, not assumed I indulge beforehand) and FRESH cut fruit, yummy. While sipping Chanel went to feed my meter in the rain (that really happened). C to the 3rd power (Carmen, Camilia ~ sorry if misspelled, and Chanel), I appreciate you! Although, each lady rendered a different service they all paid special attention to me in my moment, my time, temperatures, as well as the amount of pressure being applied. I felt my comfort was their mission. If you were on the fence, go ahead and book that appointment, you won't be DISAPPOINTED, because they've definitely found a client in me. ‍‍‍
